1981  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🦉 Owl.games 🦉 Web 3.0 Crypto Casino & Sportsbook - BTC-Metamask-Walletconnect on: May 12, 2022, 11:21:34 PM
I think we can skip the automatic listing. The Owl.games can go either on community voting and paying listing fee however they need a huge community to vote for them as you can see some projects do have thousand of community which probably get through constant advertisement and probably giving rewards but I think you can get supporters if you have other good uses of the Owl and probably some airdrops like from previous airdrop you have.
They could try to have that community listing vote.

Their community is growing and that could tell from the interest of everyone in this community. But I don't also think that they have a problem listing it with a fee.

That's much better IMO if it's going to be in a good exchange and that will also increase the number of people in their community when listing news gets published and public.
1982  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Altcoin is good to invest in right into? on: May 12, 2022, 10:22:27 PM
why alt coin go for the Bitcoin. I think who are the real holders they don't miss this dip. Even then if wanna invest in altcoin then you should take the top coins for investment. it can be- BNB , Polygon (MATIC) , ETH , Lite-coin they are also in a great dip for making profit by investment.
Terra was once a top altcoin.

I've read this argument when somebody has said that those people that have been telling about investing at the top altcoins, should think specifically.

I'm hit by that argument because I'm also suggesting the top altcoins. But with confidence, if the market is like this, nothing beats buying bitcoin. Then next is ETH.
1983  Economy / Speculation / Re: Panic People Are Selling BTC And Buying inflationary Fiat For Safety But They on: May 12, 2022, 09:21:58 PM
I guess the majority that is panic selling are those that have got in on 2020-2021. They've seen how good the market was and thought that it will never fall.

Just like us, the first batch under 2015 and the next of it is from 2018. We've all learned that it's totally fine and it will recover maybe a year or two and go back to its former ATH and even higher.
1984  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holy Crap ! Terra is gone to zero ?!?! on: May 12, 2022, 08:32:11 PM
Down 100 % on CoinMarket Cap !! What !?!
There are still a few percentages remaining.

It currently shows down by 97.09% and that's close to 100%. This coin changed a lot of lives when it hit ATH and now, it had also changed a lot of lives but negatively.

When it has reached a centavo value with what has made it look like it had the rug pulled. Feeling sorry for those people that have heavily invested on it and don't even hold a bitcoin.
1985  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The so called "Internet community" of naysayers on: May 11, 2022, 11:26:24 PM
I would just ignore those folks and usually, these people that make fun of the market aren't really investors. Or probably, they were once in a while and then got rekt.

So, they make fun of the market and usually live with the memes that are too funny for them when they see and know others are struggling with their investments.

Well, the last laugh is still with us. It's just a matter of time.
1986  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just lost my job, new yorker here, what to do next? on: May 11, 2022, 10:17:23 PM
Oh my god....these charts today...I need to put in money in my alt coins before I literally lose my investment.
We're all struggling as we look at the charts. So you decide for the both of them, looking for a job and at the same time investing while the market is on a discount.

I've been in that situation before where the market was too cheap and I cannot buy. Because my last money was for my needs instead of investing and I can't afford to sacrifice those needs.
1987  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what is the best investment for the next halving? on: May 11, 2022, 09:06:39 PM
Hi, I'm new to bitcointalk.
I'm only 15 years old and I'm Brazilian, I want to know which is the best long-term investment.

for the next bitcoin halving Huh
Hi. I'm new here too, but I have some fundamental knowledge that I've accumulated over two years. I have speculated on many coins on wowswap exchange, particularly those outside the top 100.

I just made a conclusion for myself that for the long term BTC is the main asset for me, which occupies about 80% of my long term investment portfolio

Be DYOR and good luck to you
Good job!

You're doing the best thing a 15 year old can copy.

It's all about the stability of the investment that you're about to buy and bitcoin is the choice that a newbie can make. Not just because of it being the king of the market.

But fundamentally and economically, bitcoin stands as the best of them all. No debates but only proof of the market's existence ever since.

If they managed to find other ways to utilize the OWL tokens I think listing in Binance would be possible and easily. I am curious if any of the gambling utility coins is listed in big exchanges like Binance? I am curious what other uses of their coins.
Winklink is on Binance.

It's really a big gain if owl token will be added on Binance someday. We'll see that soon as we all know that the team is working hard for the token to become more usable and have more use cases.

There could be a surprising announcement about listing it to another exchange even it's not Binance but another exchange that's familiar and popular, that will do and be enough.

Yeah. Trading volume and liquidity is the main problem of OWL token right now since its very hard to trade on there DEX due to the huge slippage and low volume. I’m a day trader but I can’t do it on Owl tokens due to the reason above. I’m just patiently staking my tokens for a small APY compared when you scalp OWL with a normal slippage.I hope they should atleast list on decent CEX like Kucoin and Gate so that we can attract more investors to buy and hold our tokens to increase our exposure as well as the token price.
They'll do that and maybe they don't just want to announce it for now. It will be a surprise announcement for sure if it happens when they post it here and on their Twitter account.

Winklink is on Binance.

Winklink is an Oracle token just like chainlink and not a gambling token that has a utility same like Owl tokens. Many casino on tron using there oracle but that doesn't that Winklink is a casino token. Winklink is a huge project on Tron ecosystem since many tron dapps is using its oracle system just like chainlink which is widely use across all blockchain.
Thank you for that information and clarification. Isn't it that winklink before is wink and it's the token for its own casino? So that casino is no longer existing as they've changed from wink to winklink and focused more on this as a project as an oracle token?

Try to get into freelancing platforms like fiverr and upwork to have some gigs. Having a job there will surely help to make ends meet.

Aside from the two, there are other freelancing platforms where you can use your skills and work. I hope it helps and hopefully, you'll be able to find one and wish you to have a better situation.

Thank you, Ive used fiverr before...works very slowly..not sure what niche is popular these days on there...Ive ordered tons of traffic offers on there when I used to do affiliate marketing, too bad CPA/PPC died during the pandemic.
You should try any other niche that's in demand.

There are various skills to choose from and any amount you earn there can be used for your own survival and at the same time if there's any spare amount.

You could use that for investing as the market is bloody today and this is the perfect opportunity to buy. Just wishing you all the best!

That sounds good.

You can personal make that and as given with the example you've got. You should start doing that for everyone to see so that those that don't understand how it looks like.

Will be able to see on how it's going to be looking like. It'll be like an overview of those that you've given based on the description.
1993  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: About NFT on: May 10, 2022, 07:51:29 AM
to buy NFT works that you really like.  Potential investors should also learn about the creators behind NFT's work, as well as its historical value.  Investors are better off doing research first regarding the utility of NFT, I personally am more interested in investing in crypto
Definitely investors won't buy an NFT that doesn't have a market value.

The valuation will depend on its creator and also to its community. The better the community it has then the higher value that it will have as everyone who's interested on it starts to mint.

I've seen people making a huge profit in NFT just after a few months of holding those NFTs. But if I'm to choose, I'll stick to the usual crypto market.
1994  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to do campaign on this forum on: May 10, 2022, 04:02:51 AM
Is there someone that offers this service?
Yes, there are actually a lot of managers that you can hire to do this job for you. I can recommend you the one that's currently managing the campaign that I'm in.

He's sujonali, here's his thread: 💠 Sujonali1819 💠 Professional Campaign Management Service 💠Available💠

About the pricing, I don't know, it varies from manager to manager and how much you've got into your agreement. You're free to contact him.
1995  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 08, 2022, 11:53:45 PM
What such setup and lack of knowledge from his team.

That was really a dumb thing they did to even put their sauna session on a live feed.

There's been an alarming weight loss reduction in Casimero since he arrived in England. That all started the craze.

But I wonder, if that's really a setup, what reason/s are they planning to put the blame on Casimero? Maybe these people behind the setup are glad that things got becomes easy because Casimero's camp themselves created the violation.
One thing for sure.

They're going to do research to know those rules wherever they are and they won't do the same mistake. Casimero should focus on his own body preparation.

While the team should work for things like this but they failed.
1996  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I’m done with trash coins!! Looking for something promising on: May 08, 2022, 10:55:22 PM
I think you can get what you are looking for on this platform, many new projects are announced on the altcoin section almost on a daily basis, all you have to do is take your time and research on this project and if you see the stupid cheap coin with a good prospect then you invest what you can afford to part with.

You can also keep checking on members signature and I think it will make it easier for you.
Yeah, taking time to research mostly about them.

Because if no one will do it and they're just randomly choosing those projects that they want to invest, that's the quickest way to lose money.

And if you're tired buying those altcoins that you don't like and have made you losses, invest on bitcoin and consistently do that as the price is cheaper lately.
1997  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: STEPN on: May 08, 2022, 09:56:31 PM
It's like the NFT-P2E idea that you need to buy an NFT first before you get to the game. So in this case with STEPN, you'll have to buy the shoe as a requirement for you to be eligible to earn as you walk or run.

I would assume the same thing as you.

Right now, it's currently on hype but everything that goes high will come down and all the hype that it has will eventually be gone.

It's just one of the transient trends in the market like P2E so it's no wonder that the hype will soon fade away. Compared to P2E, I find M2E really M2E very useful because in addition to the goal of making money, M2E can help us improve our health by jogging. I really hope this trend lasts longer than we think because it really helps.
This is not a ponzi project but with the current high price, it is very unlikely to be profitable for new holders. But if you have time to jog, maybe you should give it a try.
I remember that there's one exact project that has started it out before but it didn't do and didn't became popular.

I think with stepn, the marketing was good and they did very well on it. And as they have expanded, people have seen that it's profitable only for the early users that have accessed it.

Yeah, just like in NFT-P2E, when you're too late, you won't see how profitable it is anymore because the hype is likely gone.
1998  Economy / Gambling / Re: crash game some new ideas on: May 07, 2022, 10:35:39 AM
Go for a 0% house edge and you'll eventually be going to adjust to a likelihood of 0.1%.

A casino is a business and as an owner, you'll have to take a share from the operation that you'll do unless you want to run a charity out of it. Taking a percentage from the winner's profit on top of the house edge, you'll just push customers away.

So, you think 0%edge and take winner’s profit  is not good idea, even its more fair and cheap fees than 1%~2.5%edge
Yes, it's not a good idea.

If it's quite new to the player, he would be better if it's about the edge and there's no cutting out from the winner's money. It depends on the numbers though.

Whichever is lesser for you to take, well I guess that's where the players would be favorable for the fees.
1999  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Some Errors We Make In Trading Crypto on: May 07, 2022, 07:52:13 AM
It's like they don't trust those words that I've told them. But yes, it's about the lesson that they've gained and they went through the situation that I've been in as well.

That's why I've talked to them when they've asked about crypto so that they can avoid that experience I've got. Well, they chose to experience it and they're good right now.

And we're still taking on how things are working with the market and mostly when it's on the bloody days.

Hard learning as it is, those kinds of people will only realize that the market is not an easy venue to earn money.

It's true that if your friend learns something and takes that as a one step forward, they will be able to manifest ideas on how
they can probably earn the right way.

But, if they will not do anything to do better, the chance is just to repeat that same mistake and will continue to lose
more money, it's an own decision that will give opportunities to those who really seek for the betterment of success.
At last, they've learned that it is the reality in the market.

They're able to experience it and it has validated their own thoughts that it's not an easy going market. Just as the other businesses and investments.

There's the same risk that it has and that's why it's profitable because it has a higher risk that they should also go.
2000  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: STEPN on: May 07, 2022, 01:40:14 AM
Going back in here and speaking of STEPN.

I saw a post on Facebook that there were people that have bought those virtual shoes and they're also able to earn through walking as GPS is needed to track their walk.

Does anyone know that? As I've seen that they're able to make a profit from walking while that app is on. I'm not sure about the whole details but it's like an NFT shoe that's needed for you to earn as you walk.

What you've read was right. This is a M2E project or move to earn. But first you have to purchase a shoe and there are like several level of each shoe that would determine how much you're earning everytime you move.
This has been the new hype and there were actually more projects are copying the same.

This kind of project would definitely die down If there's not enough people purchasing the shoe.
It's like the NFT-P2E idea that you need to buy an NFT first before you get to the game. So in this case with STEPN, you'll have to buy the shoe as a requirement for you to be eligible to earn as you walk or run.
