It's just my opinion guys, sometimes I over exaggerate statements and sometimes I admit my wrong understanding from those statements.

Moving on.

Nonito's career is not over, but if I would suggest, I think he should retire already.
Majority of us want him to retire already but I guess that we're not going to see it happen anytime soon.
1702  Economy / Economics / Re: Idea if you struggle in your life but u speak english on: August 13, 2022, 03:07:47 PM
Why is it that it seems that it's easy for you to tell that someone who's a nobody can contact a whale or someone who's too big for those industries that you've mentioned?

Why don't you try it on your own and apply all of the ideas that you're building on your mind? It is easy to say for you to tell all of those things but apply it first to yourself.

And when you're done, boast it here that you've done it on your own.
English is life saver for most of people ... you can politely say very hard thing to the people and yet it is done.
We do switch to english in our community for polite refusal because in our culture there is no polite word to refuse.
I don't understand what you're trying to say. I don't think there's something wrong with what I've said if you try to understand it.

He's saying opinions that are obviously can't do and before telling it to the community, he should have thought of it first. So, if there's anything not polite I have said, please point it out.

I'm not trying to be rude.
1703  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FARM XYZ new yield farming protocol? on: August 13, 2022, 09:12:30 AM
I'll avoid any yield farm project these days. It's worrying that there are many of them that are being hacked, I'm not a skeptic but I just don't feel the urge to put your money into these new projects.

They're sketchy thus, they're not really that strong in terms of security because they can easily breached.

Another problem is you don't know who the devs are or if they'll do a backdoor job on your funds.
1704  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 12, 2022, 11:56:42 PM
I just hope that he have learned the lesson that being overconfident is also dangerous. But yes, despite that he's aware of who can he beat and win.

It's better for him to have that emotion set at the normal setting so that it won't overwhelm him when he's on another match whether it will be from a lower division fighter or of the same.

Who? Donaire? I don't really think that he have that kind of attitude where goes being overconfident to his foe because of his capabilities, we know Donaire's attitude towards Inoue though but none of it shouts that he's overconfident.

Even us didn't really expected that Inoue will evolve that much because we think that they will still have a long 12-round fight where there will be a long blow-by-blow punches all the way to the 12th round. But Inoue finished Donaire in just 2 rounds with a stoppage.
On his match with Inoue, he said that he's going to beat Inoue and that's what I think that he became overconfident on that time. That's just my opinion and if you think guys that it's not a sign that he's overconfident with those words, that's okay.

It is what I've thought of him.

But I want the best for him if he ever will have another match again. We all love to see him back and healthy again with a win.

1706  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trading more efficiently on: August 12, 2022, 09:55:21 PM
If you're concerned about looking at the chart everytime then you can go for dual monitor setup, no need to buy expensive monitor you can even use a cheap 18 inch monitor or use your TV as monitor with VGA or HDMI port so you will have no difficulties.
I saw those traders that are connecting their TV monitors, well, the smart TVs that they have as connected to their PCs for better chart viewing.

If it's really necessary for one to become better, you'll invest into those monitors. But if you're the normal trader and you are starting your trading career, go with the little you have.

And from there, you'll eventually see what you need and what you lack of.
1707  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 12, 2022, 08:54:17 PM
KD won't do any good for the team because I expect that the deal will mean that the Nets will have Smart and Brown, I don't think that they will just go and grab one player from the Celtics in exchange for Durant, right? So in short, the Celtics will not be the same anymore and that means that they will start from scratch again and might find themselves hanging when Durant starts to make trade request next season if the team won't work-out.
They think that it's going to be a good trade if they accept it and fans can't do anything with that. But we all are in agreement that this isn't a good trade.

Whether they see it as a fair or not, it's still not going to do well and this could lose them more fans where also part of sales are coming for the franchise.

Nets won't just settle for a 1:1 ratio trade whether they'll be getting a superstar, most of the asking trade are likely more than 2 and note that they're contributors and star players.
1708  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Large buy alert app on: August 12, 2022, 07:56:52 PM
Hi does anyone know of a app which alerts you in real time to large buys made for any particular token ?
If you have twitter you could follow this account.

https://twitter.com/whale_alert

It posted some huge movement or transfer of coins usually major coins and top tokens on the market. Pretty sure can help in some determination but not actually traded, bought or sold. You just get hinted on possible action like usdt or busd movement or btc transferring to exchange or wallet.
This is also my way of determining large buys. I just go on this twitter account and probably it has an app that it uses to detect all of those large buys and transfers.

I'm too paranoid on downloading apps since it could contain malware or mining algos that uses your PC or device for it.

That's why following that account is enough for me.
1709  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: GALA to 1$ on: August 12, 2022, 06:46:57 PM
If the market ripes and its market cap surpasses the total supply limit of it then we'll see gala on $1.

Maybe if the next bull run is really high and the market cap for the entire market cap does the job like more trillions of money coming in then everything can be of possibility.

Also, if the team keeps on developing, soon more investors will appreciate and realize that there's really a working project on it.
1710  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sources of gambling news on: August 11, 2022, 11:59:25 PM
I actually haven't thought about source for gambling news and I didn't know that there's such that exists because I usually go to the usual outlets that has been shared that's related to crypto news.

Reading some source, it has made me that some of them are like referral outlets instead of having daily news.

I think OP should merge all of the links suggested on the first post.
1711  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mastering the market movement is what aid profits and not the price. on: August 11, 2022, 11:32:49 PM
As a day trader or a passive trader, most are confused about how to make the best out of the market, and many will always complain of losses during a bear market, meanwhile with the right mastery one can make massive profits in the bear market and this goes further to clarify the fact that market conditions do not have much to.do with your profit maximizing but proper market mastering is what gives profits in whatever market.
If we say mastery, you're likely have put all of the things that you need for you to have almost zero losses in trading.

It's true that it's not all about the price because any price the market shows, you're adapting it and you can make profit from within. That's why many traders are learning from experiences.

And at the same time, they're having the best learning experiences because they're applying what they've learned.
1712  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Universal Seed Phrase on: August 11, 2022, 04:39:33 PM
Most multi-currency wallets have this but I don't know if each of them can be applied to their own specific wallets like have you mentioned.

For example, a Ledger wallet, it covers all of the supported cryptos that it has on that seed phrase. I'm not sure if I've taken the question exactly or it's sort of not that accurate.

But technically, vv has explained it well.
That's the down side of multi currency wallets, you cant copy the recovery seed into standalone wallet of each coins it won't work, you will be left with an empty wallet, for you to make use of your wallet in another wallet you need to get your private keys per coin, this is available in Trust wallet but not possible on others unless you go the hard way using iancoleman.
It's a hassle if you'll do it per coin. But we all have our preferred way of using wallets and what we think is convenient for all of us.

There are the pros and cons for each of them and whichever you choose, make sure that you're aware of how convenient they are and you're decided in using them.

It's not all about the seed phrase's purpose why we choose a wallet but on this case for OP, he has the specific reason as he said.
1713  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 11, 2022, 03:47:56 PM
Yes, thanks for letting me remember that. But still, he can also be part of the selection process and ask the promoter and organizer if it's possible to fight with his pick.

As for cherry picking, it will still be a hit for his match as everyone is waiting for his retrieval from the last lost that he has made. I'm sure that many fans of him will still watch whether it's from the organizer or his pick.

I guess there is no need for Donaire to do some cherry picking in the said division because I bet he can manage just fine even the champions in that division, he chose to fight in super-flyweight next so that means that he is confident enough that he can defeat those guys. He really knew that he cannot defeat the current Inoue now, so much better to do some cleaning in the lower weight class for now.

1715  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question about smart contract projects on: August 10, 2022, 11:50:19 PM
~snip~

For me, it still depends on the game developer how they will market their gaming platform itself, so whether it is under SOL or ETH, you can never have absolute answer on this matter. But of course, once eth network reduced their fees significantly, it will be a very good attraction to users and developers. But whether SOL or ETH, the games have their fair competition.
Yes, that's why it will still depend on your perspective.

There are projects that are good in the solana network and the same goes in the ethereum network. And both networks also has worst projects that we shouldn't invest.

But if it's all about popularity.

We all will agree that it's on ETH.
1716  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 10, 2022, 11:21:49 PM
If he's going to pick his next opponent, he has to be sure and eager that he know that his opponent is easy and he'll win. It could be wrong for the others to have this mentality.

That's not how it works. If Nonito Donaire will pick his opponents, the promoter and organizers will have to agree with it too.

If he's just cherry-picking easy opponents, that's not worth watching and promoters will think that's not a good fight to organize.

Donaire should just agree to whoever opponents he will face. At the point of this career, there should be no picking or selecting who he wants as he's starting from the bottom bracket now. Besides, I think he won't have a big problem facing top boxers in Flyweight or Super Flyweight Division that's why no need to be picky of his opponents in that division.
Yes, thanks for letting me remember that. But still, he can also be part of the selection process and ask the promoter and organizer if it's possible to fight with his pick.

1717  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin cannot stop amazing me on: August 10, 2022, 10:51:46 PM
There have been speculations and projections that Bitcoin price would keep falling until it would soon become worthless, yet people still trust it.
Yeah, those are speculations and the same goes from those speculations that we've been reading about bitcoin reaching $100k or more for the next bull run.

Actually, this speculation has been going around not just for this year.

But if you've been here years ago, you're probably hearing this time and time again and it had never stopped that they keep telling that bitcoin is going to be zero or dead.
1718  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question about smart contract projects on: August 10, 2022, 10:20:25 PM
Do you think that games on solana blockchain will do better than those on ethereum blockchain?
Doing better will depend on who's looking at. We've got biases and even if the other is being successful but we don't hold it, we'll say that we still have the best despite not being successful.

Also after the Ethereum PoS switch will other projects matter?
Still, it's because there's the competition. But on this matter, then others might also do some updates that shall take the spotlight of Ethereum by that time it happens.

If Ethereum can finally fixed its gas fee and have a limited supply wouldn't Ethereum blockchain be more attractive than every other?.
Yes it is.
1719  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can Day Trading be profitable in Crypto ? on: August 10, 2022, 09:52:53 PM
To all the plebs like me who read all the trading "advice" in the topic, first ask the person who's giving the advice if he/she has been a profitable consistently, WITH PROOF. If they're not, then don't take their trading advice. Because for many plebs, the best trade is probably just a low time-preference HODL in Bitcoin. If can't perform better than Bitcoin-HODL through day trading, then why day trade?
I agree.

Those that would tell that it's profitable and they're making from it, just ask for a proof and see their trades. I see people that have been adaptable to the situation of the market.

They are in both spot and margin and they're better in their own strategies as they trade. Whether they trade in margin, they know how to handle the risks there and they're being profitable.

But that's them and not me, I prefer to get myself less risk yet profitable by holding.
1720  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 10, 2022, 09:24:34 PM
We don't know about that.

Many will have just to agree with him whatever he thinks is best for him. He can have another match if he want to but it's not anymore with Inoue.

He can match with other boxers that he haven't taken yet and I guess that's where he should focused first before aiming for someone like Inoue again.

Well, right now Nonito Donaire is really focused on getting his 5th division belt, and after that a rematch for Naoya Inoue, he surely said it in the Article that I have read, but for me, it is really a hard fight for him to take another Inoue fight, well Donaire is just very Stubborn to surrender for sure and accept defeat, that is what kind of a person Nonito Donaire is, I surely agree that he just needs to fight boxers that he didn't fight before but for me pick a fight he can win, but again Nonito Donaire is not that kind of a boxer, he would surely want a challenge,
That's true.

If he's going to pick his next opponent, he has to be sure and eager that he know that his opponent is easy and he'll win. It could be wrong for the others to have this mentality.

But this is boxing and that's how it goes when they're having a match because they have to think positively just as what he have thought regarding his fight against Inoue.
