In my opinion, there is no need.

a wallet to hold the main amount of my savings that is safer than your conventional wallet set up.

I'd just create a paper wallet.  Can't remember the last time I heard about someone hacking a piece of paper over the internet.

Listen to this, it's the most secure method in my opinion.

I wonder if I could do a kickstarter to get this thing off the ground...  Hmmm...

Go and try at the Bitcoin kickstarter.
You mean Bitcoinstarter.com?  Has anything ever been funded there?  I was under the impression it was still below "critical mass" to be useful.  Maybe I could run parallel campaigns on both kickstarter.com and bitcoinstarter.com, and let one pick up the slack on the other as needed.

Dammit, I meant to say, bitcoinstarter and kickstarter, silly me.

8625  Other / Meta / Re: why is this topic a sticky? on: May 14, 2013, 08:38:48 PM
Excellent question!

Indeed, what is going on?
8626  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Who's in for a lottery? on: May 14, 2013, 08:18:36 PM

8627  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.26 loan on: May 14, 2013, 08:04:40 PM
Wow, lack of information there.

Would you be able to provide collateral?
Without it, many users may not even consider giving you the time of day.

Also, how would you assure that you can pay within the time specified?

lol yeah I wasnt thinking when I posted this(come to think about i shouldnt have even posted this)I don't need the loan now anyway.I just got my money back from btcjam lol

Due to your recent title change, you can lock threads yourself.
They will not delete this because bitcoin users like to do background searches when dealing with someone.

Modify the post and lock the thread.
8628  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: linux vs windows on: May 14, 2013, 08:01:24 PM
When I used to mine, I used Linux. It seemed to mine faster, however it depends on your current internet connection etc, so I could of just been lucky when I was using it to mine, It wasn't much of a difference.
But, Linux will most definitely run faster.
8629  Other / Off-topic / Re: 1 BTC if you ask me the RIGHT question. on: May 14, 2013, 07:53:01 PM
How are you today?
8630  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Need 6 btc can pay Cash trusted only on: May 14, 2013, 07:43:13 PM
I can use any method, whatever is easiest and cheapest for both of us.

Are you paying the current rates? or more/less?
8631  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Coin of Midas :: Bitcoin Paid-to-Click on: May 14, 2013, 07:33:00 PM
We want more ads Smiley

Agreed, this site would be a great way to earn Bitcoins, as long as we can get more offers going.

Wow, I have never seen a thread like this before, you obviously know how to work things out.

This is the most solid proof I have ever seen.

Have you thought about offering escrow, I would certainly not take the risk of sending you bitcoins before receiving the product.
Bitmit.net is a great place to sell goods, with a built in escrow service.

Maybe go and list it there?
Also some pictures would be good too, maybe with your username by the console (with the current date).

I tried bitmit but havent sold anything on there(this and computer parts).I will update pics later today.I mean if anybody is interested in buying the ps3 I am willing to let the funds go into escrow.I sold a few items on here with great success so I don't plan on scamming and my record would also state that.I ship within a day etc..basically what Im saying is that I am serious about selling this item and serious about any other deal I do lol.

Us Bitcoin users can never be to careful, I may consider this now you have stated you are willing to allow Escrow.

I'll contact you if I decide to purchase.

Lol, I don't think they meant bitcoin there, I think they are lotto tickets, anyway thanks for sharing.

No one else get these lotto numbers, okay?

8638  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anyroll's 10 BTC giveaway is a scam, he sent me and others a phishing link on: May 14, 2013, 06:56:32 PM

I'm confused, syn999 said he won.
But there's a post on the forum stating he got hacked.

What is going on.
8639  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: UK Government to create Bitcoin Exchange on: May 14, 2013, 06:53:49 PM
It's interesting on how they would go by this, I would like to ask who would actually use a regulated run exchange?
Would people prefer to use other non regulated or not?
8640  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Kickstarter on: May 14, 2013, 06:50:42 PM

Can you let me know what is wrong with my Bitcoin crowdfunding platform?  Be great to get some feedback.

http://www.bitcoinstarter.com

What I'm finding is people want this system but when its built not to many people want to use it :/

Thanks,
BitcoinStarter

I think the site is pretty bland, and needs a little graphical work, in my personal opinion it's just lacking that professional feeling, could just be me I suppose.

I will look into your site more when i'm home, currently on a mobile device which isn't good for browsing you typing.
