8581  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammer Trade Fortress on: May 16, 2013, 02:03:23 PM
No, you paid for a service which TF was offering, he provided you with a deisgn & you didn't like it, now you think he's scammed you?

That's not a scam.

If that is true what you have quoted then yes I believe that is a scam.
8582  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't use Miningunited.com! on: May 16, 2013, 01:13:36 PM
Just looked into it more, it's simply to good to be true.

Like Badbear said, why would they need to borrow money in the first place, they are offering insane rates.

Don't trust it one bit.
8583  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't use Miningunited.com! on: May 16, 2013, 12:10:14 PM
No problem, others will learn it the hard way.
It's sad MU probably got tons of BTCs if they decide to run away now :<

Very true, I believe this will happen. They have already got a lot of users using their service, which haven't received anything yet.
The ones that claim they have are normally low post counts and can't provide any evidence, however there are some who generally give good evidence, but MU could just do this to build up a reputation.

I have been wary of this website since it got announced, I'm not going to say it's a scam without any solid proof, but I will warn others to look into every possible aspect of the site and chose wisely.
8584  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Who tried Bitcoin-phpMiner ? on: May 16, 2013, 12:01:45 PM
CPU mining is very hard to even earn a little income, however GPU is heading the same way.

In mu opinion, your better off offering services/goods to earn BTC.
8585  Economy / Goods / Re: WWW.HOTHOTHOT.COM - The Original Hot Sauce Superstore Now Accepting BTC on: May 16, 2013, 11:58:59 AM
This is a very good site and is a lot different to the normal websites which offer a service on this forum.

8586  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTB] Google Play giftcard... $25 - 50.. Ontario, Canada on: May 16, 2013, 09:41:34 AM
I actually sell these codes for $9 for a $10 code, I only accept Bitcoin at the moment. However, willing to listen to offers of alternative currencies.

interested...

Few questions.. tough ones.

Will these work in Canada ?
We do have the redeem option now.. it should be possible but maybe region specific some how?

Can i try and pay after ? Escrow ?

Very interested, I just need a few important apps.. Smiley

Coinguy!  Hey brother..

I visited a few rogers stores... they have NO IDEA what im talking about, they barely know their own promotions..
The promotion was the only verification I found either about being in canada. Also visited Walmart, Target, and shoppers drug mart..

No joy on all accounts...   Next will be a 711 maybe ?  I could see them carrying it in the future..

I did some research and I believe they only work in United states, there are only cards for united states & united kingdom available.

I will contact google just incase they would work in Canada, but I don't think they will.
If they DO work, i'll contact you and we can sort out escrow etc.

So what do I win?
I'm happy with the bolded part of the quote, if thats all.

You can give yourself a pat on the back.

I can't believe this, at least it was found before anyone lost any money.

8589  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Selling Gift Codes less than face VALUE on: May 16, 2013, 12:28:29 AM
Sold out of starbucks codes for the time being.

Will be ordering a few more in the next few days.

Thinking of adding options for Ebay gift codes and minecraft gift codes, these codes would most likely have 5-25% taken off the original price.
8590  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BTCT Wallet Very Slow on: May 16, 2013, 12:06:40 AM
I don't use the service, however are you certain it's on their end and not your connection speed?
8591  Economy / Services / Re: WTS - Document Writing / Editing Services on: May 16, 2013, 12:00:00 AM
Bitcoinuser123, is a very polite and friendly 'Bitcoinuser'. I have successfully traded with them and talked for a very long time.
They offer a quality service which I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Certainly, a great service provided by a great person!

Interesting, will be keeping up to date with this.

Good idea, easier for people who don't know how to sign, +1.

So he's telling you how to scam? Okay....

No, I'm telling him.

Ah, I see now me being a idiot there.

I have had suspicion of ironcross from long ago, he was requesting a loan because is car got taken away, and then he was offer to buy different things.

It would be really great if this got added as a sub-forum. I know it can be related to services etc.
But, this just seems like a great way to break it up from the other things located in other sections, however I don't have anything to add at this moment as i'm mainly a python programmer, and learning java now.
8598  Economy / Goods / Re: Spectacular house for sale in bitcoins in Barcelona to fund social projects on: May 15, 2013, 08:09:09 PM
Another house up for sale, this is so exciting!

Pity I haven't seen any houses in alaska yet!
8599  Economy / Goods / Re: Would you buy: PSP radiant red 3000 series? on: May 15, 2013, 05:25:27 PM
I might be interested if it's hackable - what model number and firmware version?
A PSP without homebrew is pretty pointless

I will have to look into this and provide more information later tonight.

what do you want for it?

I'm willing to accept offers, pretty much highest offer accepted, or if there's enough interest I shall do a auction instead.

Don't bother actually with that information unless someone else requests it - I don't want it badly enough to be likely to win an auction.

I would only auction if there is a lot of people who are interested, but I will still post this information later so that it's fair for future reference.
