8741  Other / Meta / Re: [NOT CONFIRMED] Bitcointalk users info leaked? on: May 10, 2013, 08:01:41 PM
Yeah, I haven't received a email of this kind.
I doubt there is information leaked, I think it's just a troll move.
If it isn't, many people are going to be...furious.
8742  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.2 Reputation Loan on: May 10, 2013, 07:56:57 PM
The bitcoins have  been sent and been confirmed 6/6.

I have held up my part of the deal, I will let you guys know what happens, however I'm confident that it will be paid back in full and on time.
8743  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 5000$ Loan on: May 10, 2013, 07:53:33 PM
Well that's great news, sadly I can't do it, but I think some others may feel a bit 'safer' now, I wish you the best of luck.
8744  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 5000$ Loan on: May 10, 2013, 07:32:56 PM
I don't think anyone would loan you this kind of money unless you gave them documentation about the car itself and your identification.
This is certainly a high amount and for the short reason you gave, that just isn't good enough.
I always ask for identification and any other documents which the lender could provide me with.
Also, stating your car has been talking away from you isn't a good reason, you need to provide more detail and offer documentation in a private message if someone is willing to do this.

But, it's already been stated this is sketchy and isn't in enough detail.
8745  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 100,000 votes on Dropbox website and counting! bitcoin adoption imminent? on: May 10, 2013, 07:27:43 PM
Wow, I can remember when this was struggling to get votes, now look at it.

It's really really high in the list, hopefully bitcoin will be implemented by the end of the week (wishful thinking?).
8746  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can a newbie enter anyrolls competition on this thread? on: May 10, 2013, 07:26:04 PM
Is there a link to all the giveaways

What do you mean? there is not a thread which has a link to every giveaway going on.
Because there are a lot of different giveaways going on at the same time, it would be hard to keep track.
8747  Other / Off-topic / Strangest dream you have had? on: May 10, 2013, 07:18:36 PM
I had a really strange dream the other day, and was wondering what is the strangest dream you have had?
8748  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DEVCOIN Facebook on: May 10, 2013, 07:14:46 PM
Yeah, Devcoins are not much use at the moment, well what I mean is you can't directly buy from a exchange with USD etc.

So not useless because they are used for a lot of things, just hard to get old of, but doesn't this make them more valuable? hehe.
8749  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Free Bitcoins every hour at Bitcoin Socially on: May 10, 2013, 07:13:27 PM
Thank-you for providing a great opportunity for new users to bitcoin have yet another chance to gain a few bitcoin!
8750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Vircurex hacked? on: May 10, 2013, 07:12:03 PM
Oh, that's going to have a big blow on all the currencies.
Vircurex started to gain a lot of traffic when mtgox went down.
This is a real shame.
8751  Economy / Digital goods / {WTS} Amazon,Xbox,Starbucks & more Gift Codes below face value on: May 10, 2013, 07:09:06 PM

8752  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: $1.5 Million in BTC? on: May 10, 2013, 06:28:51 PM
Wow, that is a substantial amount.

But, it could just be a exchange transferring from on wallet to another, their cold wallet to their hot or something like that.
I'm not sure, I might go and look for this.
8753  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Rules to avoid being scammed on: May 10, 2013, 06:27:15 PM
Very good guide, needs to be a sticky.

Bitmit even though takes small fees every time you sell a item, is the safest option I have came across, unless you use escrow of course, but bitmit uses escrow and makes it a lot simpler for a casual trader.
I have been trading on bitmit.net since 2012 and have NEVER had a problem, never.
8754  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: OMG! Won in 32 BTC in Satoshi after losing few bets!! on: May 10, 2013, 06:24:16 PM

8755  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: coinbase? on: May 10, 2013, 06:23:05 PM
Yeah, there was a email which was sent out, Mine was in the spam folder which it normally isn't if you haven't received a email.
It's a pain, I was just about to beta test my website, shame.
8756  Economy / Auctions / Re: Bobs (famous!) House in Germany auction, take II ***3 DAYS LEFT*** on: May 10, 2013, 06:14:48 PM
No matter what, people are always going to warn people that this might be a scam, but I saw your reply and gave a very good explanation in using lawyers in order to sign papers etc.

So there should be no problem.
8757  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.2 Reputation Loan on: May 10, 2013, 04:49:26 PM
No problem.

Assume that everything your teacher says is the exact opposite of the truth and get a decent education out of public school.  Grin

Perfect!
8759  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.2 Reputation Loan on: May 10, 2013, 04:24:53 PM
The OP has provided enough Id for me to send the loan, I have sent 0.20 to his bitcoin address.

I'm expecting to have 0.25 BTC within 2 weeks.

I have kept a log of all conversations me and the OP.

Seems a friendly guy and very polite.
8760  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: FirstbitsRepo.com - Premium firstbits address such as 1sexy, 1stud, 1champ, etc on: May 10, 2013, 03:25:29 PM
I like this site, it's not to 'fancy' and easy to navigate through, I will be getting one of these soon I think!

Btw, I registered.

The only improvement I could suggest is adding more, but the site is actually very good and I have not come across a site like this yet.
