And i guess he is not violating any rules of the forum ?

Yes that is ok, 220 +- 15-20 H/s for those cards. You can play around with wattool and lower power consumption with lowering the voltage.
we do 800 per rig and now you tell us you can do 800 per card. time to roll on the floor and cry.
With a simple strap copy, the 480 does 750H/s on XMR, don't be dramatic. not dramatic. sarcastic sorry

it's not so profitable for now. I'm mining eth (or etc) with my three radeon 280x (total 45MH/s) and mining zec with my 270 just for not let it sit iddle.
must be kidding right ? zec is still the best option for old cards For old cards, it is better for mining the ZEC than the ETH. But the profitability is quite low now especially if you pay for electricity. Remember not all miners mine to sell their coins right away. There are people who have the money/resources to mine and hold expecting long term profitability to be better. I know people who have mined ETH for a year and have yet to sell any of their coins. I have a friend like this, he is holding lots of eth, in a hope that it will get to 20$. Now he had the chance to sell them at 15$, but no, i think he was just too greedy. Now his ethers worth 50% less...

so tell me something, it's ok for you folks to hack a miner that has a devfee because you think the fee should be smaller, but it's not ok to hack a miner that has a fee of 2.5%, because that percentage is ok ? So who are you now to decide what fee is ok , and what isn't ? If 10% is much for you, don't use the miner.
I do not think the developers has much incentive to beat the Claymore. They are not rewarded properly.
why not implement 1% dev fee? the linux miners are more stable i don't have any stability problems with claymore's, and its not a linux miner.

Do 2GB GPU's still work with eth mining?
My 2GB radeon r9 270 do not work with eth mining. I'm continuing mining with my 280x GPUS. Using 270 for zec mining for now. Ok, how profitable is ZEC compared to eth? it's not so profitable for now. I'm mining eth (or etc) with my three radeon 280x (total 45MH/s) and mining zec with my 270 just for not let it sit iddle. must be kidding right ? zec is still the best option for old cards

PRICE FALLING AGAIN. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
quick, dump!!!
why can't you mine eth with r9 270 2gb ? I can
that ssl thing is only good for mining software makers, plain old users don't benefit anything from it. i would say it only slows down things a little bit because of the encryption-decryption process.
I don't see it being necessary at all, considering how it doesn't affect any good hackers. This is protection from government spying. mixing threads eh ?
That's ok but any benefits (faster speeds, better stability) for mining?

Why does it say that using a local stratum proxy causes more stale shares ? Is that true?
I have a few machines on my lan and don't want to setup every machine once i change a pool, that's what a proxy is for.
On the contrary it should reduce them especially if you have multiple miner on the same network. Well yeah, that's logical for me too, but try to point claymore miner to a local address, and see for yourself what it says

or do this if you have a modded bios AMD turned on drivers signing so you can do one of two things use a modded version of the Drivers or sign your own bios which is possible but harder to do over patching the atikmdag.sys kernel . you can by pass it like this http://www.overclock.net/t/1604567/polaris-bios-editing-rx480-rx470-rx460/1050#post_25699216 and it does work . I'm using The new AMD driver with a modded bios after i patch the driver, i Like the new driver and using it with no issue at all other then the driver signing junk . Why would i do all that patching stuff ? Is it worth it ? Those drivers are better for mining or ?
