on http://pom.m-hash.com no block found since 1201570, i mined two days there for nothing. Avoid this pool.

you wont find this info in the form you want it.. you have to learn a lot of stuff first.

i haven't try on any other than 16.10.3, but if any gains on other drivers, i don't believe they are significant +- 5hs
2784  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: TRULY Custom RAM Timings for GPU's with GDDR5 on: February 16, 2017, 06:44:05 AM
I remember having around 860-870 and doing 910-915 on windows with the wrong drivers, yeah.. most probably 950 on windhows now :p

You say with wrong drivers, which are those, and which are the good drivers?

Did anybody modified the SGMiner - AMD GPU's for better hashrate ?

w0lf did but its not free

Holy sh*t,someone made a nvidia gpu miner for this.
It's criminal :

ccminer/1.8.2   1   0   1   67.82%   42.1 Mh/s

LOL

No no, do it on linux with sgminer Smiley

So if you use macOS you would say do it on macOS...
Anyways all my rigs are on windows, all my friends rigs are on windows, everyone i know is mining on windows..
Sorry i won't install linux just to prove you that my modification can do 800+ on it lol.

Even if it can't it doesn't bother me because i am just into increasing hash = more earnings, doesn't matter if its on freebsd, ubuntu, windows lol

2791  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: TRULY Custom RAM Timings for GPU's with GDDR5 on: February 12, 2017, 09:20:31 PM
i don't know why are you stuck with the voltage thing?
If you can't lower it by -100 then you simply won't do it, the hashrate stays same (or even better) if i don't undervolt.

The point is the ~ 850hs at 1260/2100 with samsung memory. Thats stock core/+100 mem, which doesn't add on the power consumption.
On full stock 1260/2000 i get around 815hs.

Will put this rom tomorrow on my 5x470 rig and run with sgminer if that's whats "the thing".

I checked it now for you:

Idle : 105w from wall
Working : Hash ~ 807 H/s, VDDC : 0.8938 V, 197w from wall

My custom timings for 470 8GB Nitro+ OC (11256-02-20G) - Samsung mem

For the powersaver guy :
(1126/2100 @ -120mV)

For normal usage guy :
(1300/2100 @ -100mV)

Congrats, you have a card that won the sillicon lottery...

You do realize that 98 out of 100 cards like that can't handle -100mV while running 1300 core??

Try this on a 6xGPU rig.. and while NOT using claymore.. if you can do that, i will say: Congratulations to you sir.

Why do you think that 1300 is much when the def clock is 1266 ?  Roll Eyes

Also why not claymore ? Not enough power hungry? Better sgminer ? Why?

Also im running a 5xGPU rig with -120mV for weeks now on ETH (145mhs)...

Is this faster than the Djm miner?

OK, its all here now, separate source for linux (https://mega.nz/#!7FQWxJya!zgZCqjpeNzc_UZQYTcGz2rYogKwnlYu-1ILzKQdpSRY) included.
It can be compiled on windows too, striped everything, left only lyra2z algo, so it can't be used for anything else.

this is CPU miner, djm has GPU miner

I am sorry but i did not ask for any confirmations from anyone, i just released an optimization for an algo, that's all.
Anyone can use it, that's why i shared it.
I don't get it why you act like this, so if i ask wolf to give me the source of his kernel because i don't believe its faster than mine, and he won't do it (for obvious reasons), i should get mad at him or what?

joblo, you are all wrong.
I said i implemented matrix usage like optiminer did in his miner a long time ago, and i used it on your code, yes.
Never said it was optiminers code, lol.
Anyways i like reworking your miner because i like it the most.. coulda work on tpruvot version or any other.. but yours is the nicest Smiley

And i don't get it why are you pissed on me for the speedup i achieved with timetravel algo.
I told you, test it for yourself if you don't believe in that speedup.
