doktor83, can you tell me how to find the voltage offset equivalent portion in your tool so set a negative value? In windows I can use watttool and set my card at -18 and shave 40 watts off. I have come across a few threads talking about I2C but I dont fully understand how to find that specific value even after using atombiosreader to find voltageobjectinfo and then searching in hex workshop. Following a few other threads from a google search I see you have helped others with it. Is it possible to get some explanation on what I need to do?
Most BIOS don't have it built in. You'd probably need to hack it in, and thats assuming you have one of the specific voltage controllers. Now having a program that did all the hacking for you... that would be aces

Different controller types, different pointers, too much work..
You can add VDDC in VOI, recalculate everything, etc.. in hex editor.
BUt that's still no guarantee that it will work
