301  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos can use AI to get additional edge? on: June 27, 2019, 02:02:16 PM
The casino business already pulls in billions every year, how much more of an edge do they need?  They already have one of the best business models where people basically just hand over there money to them.  AI will change a lot of things but I don't see it having a big affect on gambling.
302  Economy / Economics / Re: Using credit cards to buy bitcoin in the bull run on: June 27, 2019, 01:58:40 PM
It is better than what most people buy on credit cards. BTC > tvs, high end clothes, and expensive cars.  At least btc has a chance to go up in price while those consumer goods do not.  Plus you can always just claim bankrupt if things go horribly wrong.
303  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump and Noble Prize? on: June 27, 2019, 01:54:38 PM
Well Obama won the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize so they don't have much credibility.  For those that know what kind of operations that Obama was behind they know how evil that man truly is just like most people in positions of power.  But hey maybe they will now give it to trump for avoiding war with Iran, lol.
304  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Doge coin is good or bad for investment ? on: June 26, 2019, 11:47:29 AM
Dogecoin is looking really bad right now.  It is under 30 sats and looks like it will keep dropping.  Dogecoin was never a serious coin and never will be.  It was always a joke form the start and I would warn anyone that is looking to purchase DOGE.
305  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pricing sales in Bitcoin on: June 26, 2019, 11:37:30 AM
Businesses should be converting to fiat instantly, they are not in the business of gambling with their profits.  They have salaries and overhead to pay.  Very few businesses accept bitcoin directly anyways, it is usually through a middleman service like bitpay which they receive cash with.
306  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Comments on deposit bonuses on: June 26, 2019, 11:15:52 AM
I've tried of few of those bonuses for new players on different casinos and it is always a major hassle to walk away with any winnings.  They have strict conditions that must be met and they often try to disable your account if you win any large amount from it.
307  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunters risk on ERC20 tokens in ICO on: June 25, 2019, 04:07:14 PM
A similar thing happens with stocks, founders and other early investors aren't allowed to dump right away and are subjected to a lock up period.  I don't see any issue with this as it gives other new investors more confidence that the price won't crash.
308  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The longer you play poker the better you become ? on: June 25, 2019, 04:00:58 PM
I think if the conbination of skill and luck will join you have no reason to los and yes, I believe the longer you play more games the more skill you gets.
You are making a big mistake here. Skills need to be either developed or god-gifted from birth. Most people are actually developing their skills in poker and other such PvP games like rummy.

They are pros in these fields and its basically what they do in life. They earn their living from such games and they have to focus on that. People may think that if they play for a few days they would also gain these skills but that is a wrong assumption. Its not a get-rich-quick method. Being a pro in poker is something like a new life needed. Question is till then how are you going to feed yourself?

Poker and pvp video games have a lower barrier of skill that more people can learn.  No matter how much you practice you can't be a professional basketball player unless you are born with strong physical genetics.  With mental games like this everyone has a shot to succeed.
309  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Any knows the mathematical formula to winning the lottery? on: June 25, 2019, 03:55:45 PM
Have you gambled lottery?
Why Mathematicians aren't riches now in gambling since they know and expert in equation solving finding the x value?
Equation solving in Mathematics are helpful to finds or pick the numbers, how did you know if it is even or odd numbers in right combination?
Is the binomial coefficient formula will really help you to find the right winning combination?

Share your thought here and let's discuss this. Cheesy

I've seen stories where the government run lotteries were flawed or when the prize amount reached a certain amount there was a guaranteed value if you bount all the ticket combinations.  People do take advantage of these opportunities but they are very rare.
310  Economy / Economics / Re: THE BITCOINS AND THE UNDERDEVELOPED WORLD on: June 25, 2019, 03:49:15 PM
Countries like the United States want to keep labor cheap in those countries so as long as the USA remains the dominant military power nothing is likely to change.  Bitcoin won't life those countries out of poverty since very few of the people were ever in a place to own any.
311  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BTC millionaire looking for good causes on: June 25, 2019, 03:34:49 PM
I have been quite fortunate in life. I've always been super interested in new technology which led me getting involved in bitcoin in 2010. I obtained a substantial amount and made quite a bit from it. I'm currently worth $26 million, My finances are $2million in cash and bonds., $10million in stocks, and the remaining in bitcoin which is around $14million in current prices.
This sounds like a scam introduction Cheesy. People with any serious money never discloses how much they have because its dangerous.
Simple as that, be careful here Wink

?  You can look up the net worth amount on every famous actor, athlete, and businessman.   No reason to live like a hermit because a few outlier events that happen.  Do you see people like Vitalik or Roger Ver being kidnapped or attacked? No you don't, stop being so paranoid, that is no way to live life.
312  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Royal ramble in the casino on: June 25, 2019, 03:28:17 PM
People will get very aggressive when they lose money and it is why casinos spend a lot of money on top notch security.  Gamblers are losing their houses and savings and they aren't just going to quietly walk away with a smile on their face.
313  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Does jr. member rank profitable in signature campaign nowadays? on: June 24, 2019, 01:57:29 PM
ICO is not a scam or a waste of money.
The vast majority are, though.

Having an ICO doesn't mean you are definitely a scam, sure, but it is a very easy way to get people to send you their money for very little effort. You can buy a premade site, buy the code for a premade token, and launch your ICO on this forum all for less than $100 last I checked. There is no shortage of newbies who will be fooled and send you some cash, even more so if you run a bounty campaign that pays in your completely worthless token which you just created out of thin air. For every ICO which developed in to an actual ongoing working product, there are hundreds, if not thousands, more, which fail, stagnate, bleed out, steal, scam, disappear, and so forth.

BTC paying campaigns are more popular because BTC is actually worth something. Almost all ICOs are not.

Its the same thing for startup companies in the real world.  New things have a high failure rate and there are still successful crypto projects being launched.  Most people are just not willing or able to do the research to find the diamonds in the rough.
314  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Future of bounty hunting is uncertainty on: June 24, 2019, 01:54:14 PM
Every project/company needs to pay for advertising.  Bounties are a very cheap and effective way to do so.  Even the largest companies in the world that are already established are spending billions a year on advertising.  Coco-Cola and Disney are huge but they still have enormous marketing budgets.  You need to keep your name out there or you lose market share quickly.
315  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BTC millionaire looking for good causes on: June 24, 2019, 01:51:43 PM
Thats pretty cool OP, unfortunately there are a lot of negative people on this forum that can't imagine anyone would do anything out of kindness.  Usually it is a reflection of themselves because they can't imagine even giving a dollar away of their money.

Also its not like this guy is crazy wealthy, maybe if he was claiming to be worth a few billion it might be far fetched.
316  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Universal Basic Income on: June 24, 2019, 01:48:42 PM
We have enough resources for everyone its just that greedy people at the top like to hoard.  UBI is a natural progression towards an advanced society.  Remember if wealth inequality gets too far out of hand the wealthy will be exposed to the very real threat of revolution.  Poor people would rather flip the game board over and start again making all those dollars worthless.
317  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fans Can Bet Crypto on Twitch’s Top Streamers on: June 24, 2019, 01:44:06 PM
I would rather just bet on sports instead, I'm not really into video games and they are too easy to rig.  Also you are dealing with players that are poor who would be willing to fix matches for small amounts of money compared to professional athletes that make tens of millions.
318  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why casinos want you to stay long in their area on: June 24, 2019, 01:38:45 PM
Whenever you win big they give you a bunch of free stuff hoping you will stay longer and continue to play.  they know the longer that you play the closer you will get to the expected odds and the house always has the advantage.
319  Economy / Marketplace / Re: NSFW - iStripper.com accepts Cryptocurrencies on: June 24, 2019, 01:33:44 PM
I'm surprised anyone pays a cent for any of this considering the amount of free content that you can receive.  Well I don't want to knock your business and if your making a profit hats off to you I just don't really see the appeal.
320  Economy / Economics / Re: Dont believe on sale on: June 24, 2019, 01:29:02 PM
Often times I've seen stores raise the current price and than mark a percentage off to make it look like it is a better deal than what it really is.  Retailers can't be trusted (everything is always on sale) which is just a gimmick to get people to buy more useless junk.
