1301  Economy / Speculation / Re: I confirm my forecast - $100k by 2019 for 1 BTС on: August 13, 2018, 03:48:19 PM
This is every BTC holder’s dreams. But the market is uncertain. I won’t say it is impossible but I cannot say it’s possible. It is completely unpredictable.

Anything is possible in this market. I'm sure most people from the early days never dreamed bitcoin would ever reach $6,000.  I've seen projects go 100x overnight before, I've seen projects with billion dollar market caps fall to zero (bitconnect).   The crypto world is a roller coaster and there is no reason we wont see new all time highs by the end of this year.
1302  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin and altcoin on: August 13, 2018, 03:42:02 PM
All depend on certain situation. We all see that right now it is better to trade on any cryptocurrency with a US dollar. But of course I also have own protfolio, but it mainly consists of Bitcoin, Ethereum and about 15% another altcoins from Top-20.

You have a great investment strategy.  Anything outside the top 20 is extremely risky, a lot of good altcoins in the top 100 are down over 90 percent which is very alarming.  Never keep your money in tether as well because it can implode at anytime.

I would invest 5-10 percent max of my funds in these type of high risk coins.
1303  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Pre-Season on: August 13, 2018, 03:35:11 PM
Can't believe the new NBA season is almost here already.  I'm really curious how long Lebron can keep up his elite level of play considering how old he is.  It's extremely impressive how many games James had played without any serious injuries coming straight out of high school to the NBA at 18 years old.  He is one of the most durable players the league has ever seen.
1304  Economy / Economics / Re: what your opinion about this? on: August 13, 2018, 03:29:03 PM
I don't think the ETF really matters that much.  Bitcoin can survive just fine on its own with the support of our users.  It already hit 20k without an ETF, this whole thing is over hyped in my opinion.  For what it's worth, I believe it will be accepted and it was only delayed so big investors can enter in the market at a cheap price.
1305  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you feel like quitting? on: August 13, 2018, 03:19:28 PM
Every market goes through corrections, its only a matter of time before it picks back up.  The crypto market crashes can be brutal, after a crash like this only the strong hand investors remain.  Quitting is for losers and perseverance is for the winners.

Markets are a tool that transfers wealth from the impatient to the patient.  I know this quote is cliche but it is very true.
1306  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Manny wins over Matthysse!! on: August 12, 2018, 02:35:57 PM
I would like to see heavyweight boxing become more popular again but the sport lacks any true stars like Mike Tyson or Evander Holyfield.  At least Mayweather helped keep boxing alive with his perfect record but boxing isn't even close in popularity compared to what it was 20-30 years ago.  Now it seems to mostly be about UFC.
1307  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Will the Bear Market End? on: August 12, 2018, 02:25:52 PM
It looks like the bottom has already been touched around the 6k level.  I've read some speculation that this bear market will last a very long time similar to the 2014 crash, but I believe this time is different.  Crypto is much more widely adopted and billions have been invested in mining facilities and equipment.  All these big players will not let the price crash any further.
1308  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum TO $400 AGAIN on: August 12, 2018, 02:09:45 PM
About $300 for ETH in 2018, unbelievably cheap! I think we will never see so cheap Etherium again in the future. Many ICOs sold their raised ETH and dumped the price. They will regret about it in few months when ETH will be $1000 again.

Can't believe it dropped this low, right now is a golden opportunity to pick up more.  It wont be long before bitcoin is back up to 10k and ethereum is back up to 10k again.

I have a feeling that scammy ICOs are the ones that crashed the ethereum price by dumping all their raised funds.
1309  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best place to live if you are a Bitcoiner? on: August 12, 2018, 02:04:34 PM
From what I've seen Japan has the most physical stores that accept bitcoin as a payment option.  Trying to pay with bitcoin in most countries is a nightmare.

It's also very important to move to a country with little or no capital gains tax if you are looking to cash out large amounts of bitcoin.
1310  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many hours a day are you spending on online gambling? on: August 12, 2018, 01:57:55 PM
I usually only gamble a few hours a day if I'm feeling up to it.  If you include the time of watching sports that I placed bets on the time would be much longer.  Sometimes I'll go weeks without gambling and other periods I'll gamble everyday, it just depends how busy I am with my personal life.
1311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do lot of people hate bounty dumpers? on: August 12, 2018, 01:21:25 PM
A lot of people on this forum are only here for money.  Most of them don't actually care about cryptocurrency, new technology, and the projects being developed.  This is why Theymos introduced the merit syste, Non English speaking spamming bounty hunters were flooding this forum and abusing it.  It's still a major problem but merit at least stopped the majority of spammers from ranking up.
1312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Hunters Dump Always? on: August 12, 2018, 12:59:07 PM
The people that end up dumping immediately end up regretting it once prices soar.  They have a short sighted mindset and will lose out on huge potential gains.  After being in the crypto market for years it's clear that patience pays off.
1313  Economy / Services / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io 🚀 [Signature Campaign] 🚀 [Up to $120/week] on: August 10, 2018, 04:39:38 PM
Op, why is that I encountered failures of withdrawal in sportsbet.io? It says that insufficient gameplay, do we really needed to participate in the game play? Please have some advice about it.

I'm having the same problem, it still says insufficient gameplay and wont let me withdraw.  It's been like this for over a week but I've been patiently waiting.
1314  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever stopped or removed from casino on: August 09, 2018, 09:06:33 PM
I've seen some drunk customers removed before at a casino.  It caused quite a scene and these 2 guys wouldn't stop talking trash to everyone and constantly swearing.  I do most of my gambling online anyways so it's not like this is a frequent occurence for me.

In the old days if you misbehaved or were caught cheating they took you to the back room to "teach you a lesson".
1315  Economy / Services / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io 🚀 [Signature Campaign] 🚀 [Up to $120/week] on: August 09, 2018, 08:47:57 PM
Hey guys!

The next week of the Sportsbet Signature Campaign officially beings in a few hours:

August 10 @ 3:00am EST

Please make sure you have the NEW SIGNATURE updated to guarantee your next 3 weeks of participation.

Updated the sig and I'm happy to be part of this campaign for another 3 weeks.

It's really unfair that you get red trusted all of a sudden. Hopefully it will get removed.  I'm confused why someone as trustworthy as yourself got tagged.

1316  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to spot a Scams on: August 09, 2018, 08:36:58 PM
Don't invest in ICO's unless you have a high risk tolerance, even the legit projects have a high chance of failure.  I've read that over 90 percent of ICO's in the past year have ended up failing.  The obvious scams are easy to identify because they usually copy their whitepaper and have fake team member pictures.
1317  Economy / Services / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io 🚀 [Signature Campaign] 🚀 [Up to $120/week] on: August 09, 2018, 01:21:21 PM
I'm glad to hear that the campaign got extended Smiley

1318  Economy / Speculation / Re: What's next for bitcoin on: August 08, 2018, 01:03:45 PM
Hey guys bitcoin just hit $8000 do you think it will still go down to  $600 or it will continue to rise?.
Please what's your take on this?
Just be patient and soon this will rise above our expectations, I don't think that this will go down lower than $1000 as we know that many investors had still holding this coin. Although it's unpredictable market and the price can swing in up or down but expect a better price coming this month.

It's impossible for the price to go anywhere near $1000 again.  The only possible way is if Satoshi himself starts selling his one million bitcoins.  I agree that the patient ones will be rewarded and the panic sellers will heavily regret their decision in the future.
1319  Economy / Speculation / Re: it was obvious on: August 08, 2018, 12:58:44 PM
probably new bottom record like 4-5k than rise but not this months number.  i dont expect it to reach 8k again this year.

and why is that?
i am not saying you are right or wrong but i fail to understand the reason behind these two statements.
the evidence that we had so far are these:
- price fell down hard 3 times this year and each time it went to $6k couldn't break it and bounced back.
- this recent movement was from $6k to $8k and then back to $6.5k

do you have any other evidence/fact that i don't know about? and based on these how do you predict $4-5k as bottom?

I know the OP would at least give his reasoning for these predictions.  The truth is no one really knows where the bitcoin price will be, if anyone could accurately predict the movements they could constantly take out shorts/longs at 100x leverage and become extremely wealthy.
1320  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Benefits of gambling? Yes - it exists! on: August 08, 2018, 12:48:58 PM
One of the biggest positives for myself and gambling are the friendships I've made from it.  Formed a lot of good relationships with great people that I wouldn't have if I wasn't involved in gambling.

It really does help stimulate the economy as well by providing jobs, this is something that the gambling naysayers often forget about.
