2301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT HAPPENED WHILE I WAS GONE? on: October 29, 2019, 12:18:32 PM
The situation we had right now is usual, the market is still volatile and the market is still on the bearish market.
We can see an improvement in its price compared to past weeks but the market was still unable to continuously go up. You can also research the newest updates using google to read everything in detailed.
2302  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What did you know about Bitcoin before becoming a bitcoiner? on: October 29, 2019, 11:32:17 AM
I started in bitcoin when I was looking for extra income on the internet, And bitcoin I found, I started in faucet but I didn't earn enough here. So I've been working since then but back when the bull run started here I got interest because a lot of people make big money here. So here I am focusing on and discovering other revenue opportunities in Bitcoin and in other Altcoin.
I started in fauce too, at first I am happy if I have a .5$ in total , since I need a part time job to support my studies , and then I found this forum in which there are several bounties that I could join. I am happy that I have earned before , because now I have completed my studies. I didnt believe in bitcoin or in any digital cryptocurrency before.
I tried doing faucet before, but I wasn't patient enough to wait and achieve their minimum withdrawal.
It takes my whole time every single day, in return, you will only get a little amount of money, it will take you a whole month to reach their minimum withdrawal.
Because of that, I tried something new like trading, then I have found this forum and learned bounty hunting.
2303  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we really have fast transactions like the XRP? on: October 29, 2019, 10:39:50 AM
Yes i been try to withdraw and deposit xrp in exchanger i experienced a fast transactions. Its been a minute then my xrp received it.
So i think xrp transactions are fast and good.
I agree with this. I can get my XRP in just 5mins , it is faster than usual! At first I have a doubt on it but then I believe that XRP is much better than in eth. Maybe because it is not yet congested.
We can't deny that the lightning network is indeed great, using XRP when having withdrawal or transactions will only take for a minute or two. In terms of having a fast transaction it is indeed better than using eth.
Both eth and xrp are a good investment, they have different use and there is no need to compare both of them, they serve their own function and the most important is, they give us satisfaction.
2304  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Bitcoin beat Bank interest rates and inflation. :-> on: October 28, 2019, 02:33:42 PM
In the last couple of days, I made more profit from selling a few coins, than what I would have been making in 3 years with the interest on my savings in the Bank.  Wink  I get about 5% yearly interest on any deposits that I have in my saving account at my Bank and I just sold some coins for a 20% profit.  Grin  <Subtract the fees and the capital gains taxes and I still get 3 times more profit, than what I would have got for a 3 year interest from an investment in a Bank>  Grin

So, I do not know what kind of interest you are getting and how long you have to wait for that, but my Bitcoin investment has just crushed the Bank saving option.  Wink

I also love the fact that my investment in Bitcoin is growing much faster than my local inflation rate of +/- 2%  Wink

Let's discus your local investment options compared to the returns that you are getting from Bitcoin and let's see who is the winner in this fight to beat inflation.  Wink
Forget about bank rates or inflation rate which are usually in single digits, Bitcoin was able to surpass the ROI of gold, oil, bonds as well as S&P 500. If you see this year's ROI. Bitcoin gave us about 2x returns if you see today's price. No other asset can hgive you that much return in such a period.
Keeping your money in a bank will only give you a 3% interest for a year depends on the bank interest. You can secure that it is safe and it won't be stolen by anyone.
Having your investment turn into bitcoin will give you a much better ROI, it is risky but it is much better than storing it without having much interest.
2305  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ukraine wants to legalize crypto (again) on: October 28, 2019, 11:54:46 AM
Some may say that the decision of the government of Ukraine is good; However, we all know that their economic status is not doing good. They also suffer from corruption which affects even their justice system and civil society.
This may have an effect to increase their status, or maybe make it worse.

I'm not sure that this could help the state at all. Such news is always good accepted in crypto community but Ukraine itself and government will not profit from that even if they succeed. And I'm not sure if crypto business in Ukraine could use this opportunity for fast recovery.
We never know until it happens. Ukraine can use this opportunity but I also do not believe that they can reverse their current situation to a better shape. The legalization of crypto doesn't bring economic boost that easily. Unless they make a move to earn it.
2306  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will China start Altcoin Season on: October 28, 2019, 10:52:15 AM
It looks like that. China is having a very important role in crypto. When the gevernment is going to support with rules and regulations, this is good move and best for the crypto market overall.
It's hard to say for now, but things may go that way anyway.
If China continues to grow and make an improvement for cryptocurrency, this will lead to good things for the whole crypto world.
This will start for a possible new chapter of development.
2307  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to avoid fraudulent projects? on: October 28, 2019, 09:31:21 AM
The best way to identify scam/fake projects or projects which are very unlikely to become successful is through the extensive performance of research on that project. Here, the investor must look thoroughly into the team in order to know the expertise of the team members. Also, it is good to know the idea of the project, does it have a use case? Is the product capable of attracting investors?
Investment must be done with a lot of research from all the data in the project. the more extensive the research carried out, the better the project's advantages and drawbacks will be, and therefore the data collection when conducting research must be maximally carried out
It should be taken seriously, and it shouldn't be taken so easily. Decisions to be made when it comes to investing should not be made in a rush. It should be done with care and thorough investigation to avoid unpleasant things to happen.
2308  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Stress and Happiness on: October 28, 2019, 08:33:29 AM
Bitcoin has been one of my options as a source of income since 2016. There are Ups and downs in the market and my folio can relate actually  Cheesy
It's stressful and most of the time I will hate myself for not doing what im suppose to do.
Although God owns the future, but I must also really confess to you that my life has been of an great change ever since I got to know about the opportunities I can take control of in bitcoin, and if not for bitcoin opportunity which I still believe was presented to me by God, I was almost at the peak of my life when I had lost all hopes.

There is no system in life that does not have stress, and I don’t think that the stress that I have had in bitcoin investment, trading and activities can ever be as much as the stress that I have ever had or experienced in my life. The thing about bitcoin investment is that, it can be strategically planned to reduce the level of stress and risk that is in it, but the happiness that it brings after the stress really makes one to forget all the tension that we have gone through it.

It is really hard to anticipate the future until we get there, we didn't anticipate that there will be a thing called 'digital currency' that we have right now, still there's a lot of development and innovation that will gonna discover in the future. So, let's see and we should not stress out ourselves, there's a lot of opportunity out there.

It will be good when we focus on a sure money for our future. Invest for our goal in life and think how we can help ourselves on the future.

We can invest on digital money but don't put at all just have a second option to avoid regretion.
Bitcoin is giving us a lot of feelings depending on the happening. I can say that dump and pump gives us both stress and happiness when the market pumps we are feeling happy but when the market dumps we are feeling stress because when the market dumps the value also of our money is going down. It is moving accordingly to the price of the bitcoin or the cryptocurrency you are holding, to help our selves when these happens we should hold if the market dumps and sell if the price rises up. But there are also other expressions we can feel here like being angry when someone is scamming you and take your money. There are lots of people like that here so we should be aware every time.
The volatility of the market should not be taken seriously, it should not be giving us stress though we have an investment.
We should not be feeling that way. We should feel a little bit of excitement for its increase or even in dump of its price. Stress should not come first, it may become a reason for panic selling and more losses.
2309  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH experiences the deepest downfall this year on: October 28, 2019, 05:42:07 AM
Comparing the performance of ETH in 2019 to 2018, I will vouch for the performance of ETH in 2019. In 2018 during the long bear market era, ETH experienced its deepest downturn price of $80. 2019 has been good to ETH although ETH has not yet recovered to even 50% of its all time high price mark.
I am beginning to question myself if ethereum is ever going to recover, it is very easy to think it will and I still believe it will but the results have been so poor compared to what bitcoin has done during this year that I am beginning to lose hope, bitcoin is once again going up in price and while ethereum is doing the same its growth is nothing compared to what bitcoin is experiencing and this is despite all the improvements that the developers are making to ethereum.
Please don't fall into the dark side mate... Yes,  this year wasn't a satisfying moment for Ethereum and everyone really disappointed because we are expecting too much for this coin.  And to know that fact that we are still in volatile market and not really we have a huge market resistance, we could still be thinking that Eth will still at low. But ain't really makes me think that it will goes down deeper,  and we'd rather to keep positive and look for its potentiality.
Ethereum may be showing us an unsatisfying result this year, but we should consider it as a good part since we can invest as much as we can.
Do not feel disappointed, we should expect that this will take more time before it increases its price but it is sure to come at the right time.

2311  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: From financial debt to financial stability- thanks to bitcoin on: October 28, 2019, 03:20:54 AM
All I'm hearing is don't have children. Children cost money. This is why I will never have a child.... -_-

Anyway...
Bitcoin saved me too. I mean I still have to work and make ends meet but it has enabled me to do all sorts of different jobs which now support crypto payments and not just Paypal. I am pleased about that. My biggest issue about working online was how I would be paid. It also opened windows for varies earning opportunities.
Where is it that you live? What kind of house do you own for $14k? I am very interested now. What are some other living costs there? What are you currently doing?
Please reply.

Well, having a children is indeed costly, but it will be your motivation to work harder and to find more opportunity to earn more, it is not that they are your obligation, but it is because you love them and you wanted to provide everything you can for them, but of course, if you are not ready yet, then you don't need to be in a hurry.

For me, thanks to Bitcoin, I can provide my family needs and wants.
Having an inspiration while working can remove your fatigue, and that is the advantage of having children.
You will not think about the cost, but thinking about how you can provide their needs and wants because you love them. Having a family is not something that should be avoided, it is necessary so you can have someone to together in your life.

As for me, Bitcoin helps me and my family to become financially stable, I can give them what they want and what they need and it is enough for me.
2312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market is Not Ready for Libra on: October 27, 2019, 09:12:16 AM
Facebook wants Libra to go live as soon as possible because they have fear of missing out in the cryptocurrency race. They want it as early as now, but being under a government that has hot eyes on cryptocurrencies, and Facebook being too popular, they need to pass through regulations, which isn't done yet and with controversies to Facebook's way of handling data and privacy, Libra is having a hard time to go to the market. Anyway, I don't think Libra is semi-centralized. It still seems centralized to me.
This will be their greatest mistake if they pursue this move.
Making everything in a rush will only lead them to failure. Even if they can successfully launch Libra right away, we all know that the project is still not set, after their partners leave the project they still intend to continue without having an alternative plan.
2313  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The One Thing That Could Stop Bitcoin on: October 27, 2019, 08:23:16 AM
The thing that can stop bitcoin is all people in the world agree not to use bitcoin and the entire internet network the world is dead.
So both of these reasons can make bitcoin unusable, not China which is destroying the fate of bitcoin as is widely discussed. Although
it is true that most investors come from China, but China could not stop bitcoin. Because as long as there is demand for bitcoin, nothing
can stop bitcoin.
We all know that it is impossible to happen.
For me, the one thing that could stop bitcoin is being unable to make an improvement. If bitcoin will stay as it is even after so many years without any development, it will be left behind by other cryptocurrency.
2314  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Betting : A big problem to crypto? on: October 27, 2019, 07:33:23 AM
There is nothing wrong with that, any crypto users can do whatever they want with their own crypto.
As long as crypto continuously circulate, there's nothing to think about that. Fiat currency is also being used in betting, you're just giving yourself of something to think about which is unnecessary.
2315  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Unrealistic bounty allocations on: October 27, 2019, 03:58:16 AM
I feel sometimes they actually have to do this to lure people in because people seem to be too stupid to figure this out on their own. So they have to offer more then the next time. They forget that, that is the value of the token when it first comes out. So better to invest in an ICO doing a bounty then to inbvest that amount of money. If you get $1000 worth of bounty tokens it would have still cost yu $1000 to buy that many.
It's their way to collect people to support and promote the project. They know that if they show bounty hunters a huge allocated fund, there are some chances that they can gather people as many as they can. They focus on unnecessary things where it will be hard even for them to do, instead of focusing on realistic things.
2316  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: don't rely on gift tokens, balance your time with other things. on: October 27, 2019, 03:03:26 AM
This may be true, doing other things such as trading may be of help. but we should consider that not everyone can do trading.
Not everyone has experience and also not everyone has their own capital to start trading.
So, we can't blame the other bounty hunter if they focus all of their time doing bounty hunting and waiting only for their rewards.
2317  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to understand YOUR crypto risk on: October 27, 2019, 02:30:10 AM
This information is timely as a number of people could benefit, at least educationally. Practically speaking, bitcoin prises can defile technical analysis which means there is always an amount of risk attached to trading

Very true. Understanding risk is the cornerstone of ANY investment. I can't stop the mania, but I can help people profit from it.
Practically about how to invest with bitcoin and waiting when bitcoin price higher and lower will give you moment how to know risk with bitcoin and altcoin, you can know whit how to faced and ready your self with bitcoin and altcoin investment risk, when price dump you can feel how risk if bitcoin price have dump, always use your investment source from not your saving money for ready when price of bitcoin down.
Basically you should know how to handle risk by applying risk management.
Analyzing your investment and evaluate the risk. Without applying risk management, your chances to minimize and to avoid losses is highly expected.
2318  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: dormant addresses are waking up? on: October 27, 2019, 01:47:22 AM
There are possibilities that these addresses are own by whales that just the market passes till right now, I have a huge speculation that they know what will happen why they hodl such big amount of bitcoin from 2011. In this case, we can perceive that market will be much lively as they participate in trading.

Different speculations are now coming into our minds. A sudden movement of a dormant wallet which is suddenly appeared after all these years.
There is a higher percentage that this is owned by a whale and there must be something huge that will happen in the market for the next following days or months.
2319  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price today ! on: October 26, 2019, 01:08:14 PM
actually I also don't know what caused the value of bitcoin to go up 30% today. maybe the two reasons you mentioned also affect the increase in bitcoin. but this news really makes us happy because the rise of bitcoin makes the green altcoin market back after a long time in red. and maybe now it's time for bitcoin to bull. after the bear market for a long time.
Considering the adoption of the Chinese government to blockchain technology, announcing to prioritize its improvement is really a big factor in the crypto world. Some may not consider it but as we can see, bitcoin price suddenly increase after spreading this announcement around the world.
2320  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are You Concerned On Sudden Rise of Bitcoin? on: October 26, 2019, 12:00:16 PM
No, there is nothing to worry about.
It is normal for bitcoin to have an increase in its price after the dip. It is volatile we can normally see ups and down anytime. We should not be concerned; instead, we should watch for more possible things to happen on its price.
