2101  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you consider gambling to be a "fun activity"? on: December 10, 2019, 05:50:30 AM
If my losses will above my expectation, like losing a thousand bucks, I don't consider it as fun anymore. It is already at my fault since I am too obsessed of winning. It is already too much greed where losing so much money is not healthy anymore.
2102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hide my money from my country 2 on: December 10, 2019, 05:04:23 AM
Hide my money from my country? Actually think you wanna ask how to secure the altcoins especially stable coins, I will suggest ledger hardware wallet which more safe and secure use it and secure you all coins.
all of them recommend hardware wallet, is that the most appropriate choice? I actually prefer Trezor or Ledger because in my opinion a system that is managed online is safer for digital assets. and in this case, USDT could be the right choice to save your money.
What? You prefer Trezor or Ledger, but you are also asking if hardware wallet is the most appropriate choice? Trezor or Ledger is both hardware wallet or offline wallet, users prefer to use it since it is the safest way to store funds.
2103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the difference? on: December 10, 2019, 04:04:48 AM
If they will adapt crypto it doesnt mean that they will create their own digital currency. We already have a lot in the sphere so meaning they just need to select which is which but then again it is possible that they will do such move. I am thinking that BTC would be the universal digital currency just in case.
The possibility for it to happen is high, and some country already created their own digital currency.
Those country who's planning to adopt digital currency will most likely create their own digital currency to control and have a benefit for it. They won't use any other existing crypto just to use for their everyday living.
2104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Confused, Your thoughts is needed on: December 09, 2019, 01:48:22 PM
i just check the project that you are talking about which is Tokoin and that project already made 2 bounty with the total amount allocated just around 2 million Toko which is just 0.1% from the total supply
and currently it being sold at kucoin which is a good exchange, so if all the bounty hunter sold their tokens i think it's still not affect the price because i just saw at kucoin that there is a huge buy order there
he's not talking about Tokoin. he's actually talking about other tokens. and just mentioned tokoin as an example. he simply meant that why tokoin didn't dumped if other tokens are massively dumping just because bounty hunters selling their tokens.
I think other tokens are dumping because they are not that much demanding compared to tokoin. tokoin has a very good demand and team doing hard to maintain that.
and also based on their telegram group, they will distributed token reward in several part. it will keep again from price dumping. another bounty manager or developers team should follow this way. token price depend on its demand in market, and if dev team could created by providing good projects and developtment progress. no matter how much bounty allocation as long as they able to do this i am sure price will maintained.
That is only showing that Tokoin has its own way to avoid their coin to drop its price. Having an alternative action like this only proves that the project is really promising. Developers should have this kind of plan in their project, it is not only to benefit themselves but everyone that supports the project.

To answer OP, 1-10% of bounty allocation has still an effect in the market, however, it will only become critical when even investors and the team will dump their coin. In the case of Tokoin, the coin still remain with its original price because the team has its own action plan when the dumping of coin will come. That's why even after bounty hunters dump their holdings, it didn't go down just like the other coin.
2105  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can i Bitcoin or not on: December 09, 2019, 09:48:31 AM
Lols, I just viewed your profile now, you have been around since April this year and have been into bounty too, from your experience with altcoins and bitcoin, you should know by now that bitcoin is the king and good to invest any day as compared to the rest of market.
It only shows that even if he is in this field for how many months, he still lacks the knowledge to at least decide for himself when it comes to this situation. Well, he is still a newbie, we can't blame him.

OP, if you have enough money to buy bitcoin, don't just spend it or make a rash decision. We all know that investing in bitcoin is good, but you still need knowledge and the right timing to do it.
2106  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are so few women buying into Bitcoin? on: December 08, 2019, 04:02:43 PM
Imo it's all about risk. There are so many women in economy, business etc and that's typical, but when it comes to crypto market where everything is variable and risky, interest in such case is much lower.

maybe you mean women tend not to dare to take a high enough risk in crytocurrency that makes them reluctant to get involved in investing in this field. if this is the case, I don't think women are enough to understand how cryptocurrency works so that they feel unsure if investing in this field can provide benefits
It is not that they don't understand, they just don't want to get involved in the first place.
The main reason behind this is that their interest is not in there. I have tried to test the reason for it before, for men and women.
As I gather information for my so-called research, asking my friends who're interested and so on. Only a few women accepted the offer, the reason they told me is that they are not interested in this technology.
2107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Altcoins not Growing These Days on: December 08, 2019, 12:08:38 PM
I think one of the reasons for this situation is that investors prefer Bitcoin as a safer port instead of altcoins. Sudden declines in altcoins frighten investors naturally, and small increases in altcoins do not provide a satisfactory profit for short-term investors. This causes investors to turn to Bitcoin. And in this case, it increases the dominance of Bitcoin and causes the bitcoin to suppress of altcoins more.
I don't think of it that way. Investors tend to do another type of investment to at least make a profit while we are in the bear market or maybe they put their investment to safety like stablecoins. Bitcoin has the same situation as altcoins so I don't think that they will prefer bitcoin where they will just having the same scenario.
2108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What’s the best coin to buy apart from bitcoin on: December 08, 2019, 11:10:53 AM
If it is just altcoins then Ethereum will be the best pick.
It ain't cheap that is true. At $150 as of now some may think it will just be a waste of money.
But, that is not true.
Even from the start when I am having problem with transactions thru bitcoin my next choice had been Ethereum ever since.
Fees are cheap and the speed is way faster.
From thereon I didn't regret anything from buying it. There is still a chance for it to grow into something better.
Aside from ethereum, there are more other popular altcoins that are best to buy for now. But it is true, ethereum is the second-best of choice after bitcoin. It is not a waste of money since investing is a gamble, a big opportunity to make a profit our of your investment may come after some time, we should never think of it as a waste of time.
2109  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling for increasing and decreasing money on: December 08, 2019, 10:09:08 AM
What? It's too confusing, why would someone want to reduce or lose their money? I think you got the wrong idea about gambling, believe me most gamblers do it on leisure and not purposely lose their money through it.
one thing i am only sure here, that OP wasn't a gambler all this time because only speculators can give such ideas.

those who think that Millionaires or Billionaires intend to play gambling because they have too much money and wanted to spend this in gambling.

Or maybe he does not think of making money even having a lot of money. He is just throwing ideas without thinking.
Rich people do not intend to play to lose their money, actually, their mindset is to make more money.

what he does not know is even rich people are looking for the win whenever they gamble.

though the truth is they are capable of losing not like others that it is hard when they lose.
Exactly, but rich people are indeed capable of losing money, but they don't want things to go that way.
2110  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sale my old bike and buy bitcoin, what do you think? on: December 07, 2019, 06:37:05 AM
My decision is wrong or right? The upcoming year 2020 give me good profits ??

Only time can eventually tell of your decision to sell that old bike and buying some Bitcoin can be wrong or right, can be profitable or not. Nonetheless, if you are planning to hold on to your Bitcoin for some months or even a year then I am advising that you stick to that plan and not change course along the way. First, you have to determine at what level of price you would be letting your Bitcoin go. Unlike the regular Bitcoin traders, holders really have to extend more patience and the best way to do it is just forget that you have some Bitcoin in the first place. Bitcoin holding is more like farming especially long-term crops. Patience and time are things we have to understand well. Anyway, good luck to all of us.
Yes this question can only determine once his expectation will come to happen. For now, the only thing that OP can do is to trust his decision, he already executed his decision so be it. Continue to his goal, if he is planning to hold it, you are right that he must stick to it. Patience will be tested, after those long waits, it will be a win or lose in the end.
2111  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: my story: why bitcoin has failed (and keeps failing to this day) on: December 07, 2019, 05:55:06 AM
Lemme help you with rephrasing your title... "My Story: Why I failed with Bitcoin (and keep failing to this day)"  Smiley

The fact that you can't even rant properly just shows how bad you are with things in life... Get help before its too late...
Yes, people does the mistake and ends with loss. Now when you ask with the responsible person most of the time we get to know it is the mistake of bitcoin. If there is nothing to pin point the volatility of bitcoin will be mentioned as the cause. People need to change, as most of the people find it very new they just fall for without proper analysis about thr market.
Mistakes are part of trading process, there are no perfecr trader in the market where he/she has 100% winning rate. But we can avoid mistakes if we have proper plan and proper analysis. The analysis that we should have is technical analysis which is important because it can help us to make better decisions.
Of course, it is already part of our journey since we started learning. Mistakes is always there, and it is our  job to correct and learn from our own mistakes and to become a fine man that will do our best of the best after those mistake.
Technical analysis is really important but everyone is not gifted with that, most of them having a hard time to analyze the situation and make more mistakes before they accomplish it.
2112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Teach me how to fish on: December 07, 2019, 04:32:00 AM
It is actually good to learn from people but can also be very dangerous considering what has happened in the past. If trading is not working for you just try out other things.
What's the point of learning if you can't even take the risk? If you think that it is dangerous, how can you move forward to be a better crypto user if you can't face a failure. If trading do not work in the past, trying it again won't give you enough harm to make you fall, it's better to try than regret it.
2113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Recent Icos facts on: December 06, 2019, 12:41:56 PM
There are a lot of Icos ongoing without specific products. I still believe many of them are going to give us a huge adoption in this space. But the problem is many Icos are planning to get investments by providing nothing with a solid scamming exit plan. You won't be able to trace them by reading their WP, Team, activities even company formation. Recently I saw an ICO, they were genuinely working to do something but later they ran away with a bit of raised money. They closed their website, TG group and everything.
Can anyone suggest to me how to choose the scam icos ?

There's only one solution and this will spare all your heartache and headache, don't invest in ICO anymore, consider taking a vacation investing in ICO, and if you really want to invest, why not invest in the top coins in the market, investors have stopped investing in ICO you should too.
It's way better actually than investing in ico's. ICO's are dead, there will be no profit we can earn from it anymore. Move forward, try to move on and do another thing that will give you an opportunity to earn. It is actually right that investing in top altcoins can be a good start to stay away from investing, it's a good way to earn a decent profit.

2115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Frozing Funds from Hacked Exchanges on: December 06, 2019, 10:09:05 AM
Is it possible that they give back the funds from investors who are victims of exchanges breach?
Yes, it is. That is one role of Binance being a leader in the world of exchanges. They are more than responsible not just for securing the funds of their customers but they are also helping to determine funds from hack exchanges or funds coming in to them to be laundered.
IMHO, there's a process for it and what that could be? I don't know but there's a protocol and investigation that should happen before releasing the fund to the rightful owner.
You're correct with that, but also, it is only possible for binance or any other big exchange since they have the capability to produce payments for the victims of exchange breach. But for those small exchange, it is impossible to retrieve their funds whatever please they make, their funds will forever be gone.
There is a process or legitimacy process where you will be needing to provide proofs that you are the owner of funds, amount in the exchange you had before the breach and many more.
2116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do people still create new ERC20 tokens/projects nowadays? on: December 05, 2019, 05:29:30 AM
- snip -
Almost all new projects still runs on erc20 smart contract but the problem is scammers use the smart contract the most nowadays, that is why many believe or called erc20 scam blockchain

not now mate . most new projects right now are have been made under eos and tron but eth projects were now slowly declining maybe because of the ico controversy and add in the state of eth and other cryptos such as altcoins that are also going down   . sure many scamers are using erc20 coins like on ico for example but this does not mean that its the erc20's fault or the eth fault on why they got scammed  and no one also blame those platforms  but they only blame the project that scammed them  .
yes, due to the massive number of scam projects created during these past few years, the effect of it to erc20 smart contract is really huge. The creation of tokens using this contract suddenly declines because of the said reason.
Indeed, it is not their fault since smart contract is just being used as their core, but they somehow created a mistake since they don't secure their possible users once the token creation was done. They should take an action plan for this because it affects not only their platform but each and every one of us.
2117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FEAR OF DUMPING on: December 05, 2019, 04:47:14 AM
Don't we know that if they heldup a bounty it is the initial fundraising process, because the project founders don't have enough funds to be directly listed on one of the exchanges.
That's why they don't have the funds for that, so they pay bounty hunters with their tokens.
It is one of the reason. It is indeed true that they don't have enough money so they will start paying bounty hunters with the token instead of paying bitcoin coming from their pocket or directly coming from the amount raised in ICO.
2118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: UNFAIR TREATMENT OF THE BOUNTY HUNTERS on: December 05, 2019, 03:50:22 AM
In the last 12 months of so there have been almost no bounty campaign that has paid any decent reward to hunters the bounty market has become slower and slower since then and now it seems to be completely stagnant or dead and the situation can only change if we see the ico craze back in the market which does not seem to be the case for now.
Lol if you are not watching all of the bounties properly. As you can see that MYO has already paid a very good amount and remember sessia has already paid the hhunters too with the decent amount and i think that you are not right by saying there have been no bounty campaign that paid reward to the hunters.
I think what he mean about "almost no bounty campaign" is that, there is no much bounty campaigns that is still paying unlike before. Because most of them are scam. There are still few bounty projects that are legit and paying, but it is really hard to find a good one. Even a legit looking project turns out to be a scam.
2119  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are the world’s governments not using cryptocurrencies? on: December 04, 2019, 11:18:29 AM
Some of them might use some cryptos as one of the parts of their financial reserve (maybe with seized BTC and other cryptos?). But the point here is the volatility.
More likely is that some special services might be using them already for years as speaking of their grey/black budgets.
It is impossible, they won't and they don't even try using it as one of the parts of their financial reserve. You said it yourself, volatility is what makes them stop about the idea of using bitcoin. It is not just risky but they cannot afford to have losses just because of its price changes.
2120  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Maybe satoshi is dead on: December 04, 2019, 08:22:43 AM
I do not know whether Satoshi has died or not, it is still a huge mystery and big question mark until now. But I hope that Satoshi will be fine wherever he is. And I am very grateful to Satoshi because Bitcoin has always been the leading coin among other coins, even the bitcoin is growing until now.
A mystery where we should never be looking for the answer. Whatever happens to him, or wherever he is, his existence is still unknown and there is no reason for bitcoin user to find him. He wanted to stay unknown and he wanted to have an anonymous living where there is no one knows that he is the creator of bitcoin.
