1841  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why there are so many people who get addicted on gambling? on: May 16, 2020, 06:41:27 PM
People get addicted to gambling if they're entertained too much and have a motivation to win a big prize even though they're already losing. It's like playing computer games, if you get excited and entertained too much in that game, you'll definitely get addicted to it.
well their motivation is coming from greed and nothing more, because if they only play for fun then their motivation is to have happiness and not totally winning .
I agree, no more discussion but it is because of being greedy and the desire to make money in gambling. If it is all about being entertained, I don't think that they will last longer without having the said reason.
That's why it's considered already as a mental issue since it's hard to recover from that addiction 'cause you'll already hooked up on gambling and want to play the whole day.
Yeah thats it,mental problem of those addicted gamblers and they need to be treated as they really need help.
Even if they will be treated or someone helped them, it is not enough. Getting out from addiction will always be a choice, a person will not get rid of his addiction if he won't choose it in the first place.
1842  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Some People Cannot Stop The Urge To Sports Betting And Gamble Even In Pandemic on: May 16, 2020, 06:08:24 PM
I heard from my Mom that some of our neighbors who received financial support from the government were used to buy alcoholic beverages and gamble instead of using it as an emergency fund during the pandemic. Gambling addicts lose their sense of responsibility, as mentioned by some people the worse case scenario would be for some people sell organs to black market to satisfy their greed.
Yeah, I don't know why people have this kind of poor mindset, the government is trying to help them in the pandemic of COVID-19 but they have this kind of mindset and use the money to their greed use it to gamble or buy things that is not essential. A lot of people here in our country are caught gambling even though it is not allowed to go outside since digital currency is not really adopted here in our country they just go in the neighborhood and play.

Having this poor mindset will make you poor and stay poor, without a job to make a living they should be wise where to spend their money especially the money came from the government.
Maybe because that is the reason.
They received support from the government, they were being helped that's why they don't mind if they just spend the support money in gambling or in any activities. People tend to burn the money especially if it is not coming from their hard work. Also, this might be their reason to satisfy themselves because there is no such thing they can do during this lockdown.
1843  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Real or fake? on: May 16, 2020, 05:46:47 PM
It's a fake buddy.
It is an investment scheme that will just take your money from you. There is no such thing as sending a certain amount then you will receive double after that. There's a lot of the same scam tricks like that, you should remember that there is no easy money in crypto.
1844  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you read about crypto? Favorite sources? on: May 14, 2020, 04:03:13 AM
I read crypto updates through Cointelegraph and this forum,
I stopped reading social media updates since there are pages that is misleading the updates or just taking the update from another website.

1846  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Enhanced restriction in gambling casinos is it possible on: May 11, 2020, 05:53:55 AM
snip~
Casino Houses has Funds and resources to cover all the expenses imposing this Enhanced Restriction because all they want is to continue operating because it is not a joke those profit that they are losing in this situation .

So i believe that this is possible if they will ask for exemption in Gaming Corporation from the government as they will surely follow the rules.

and also this will help the government gathering funds to support the needs of the people in this pandemic so real life gambling will be operating once this passed.
Even if they have funds and resources to cover all the expenses for this enhanced restriction, isn't it too risky and it is better to for everyone to stay at home? Even if the goal is to gather funds to support the needs of the people, there is this possibility that this pandemic will not end if this will be imposed.
1847  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token burning on: May 11, 2020, 04:09:56 AM
Some project have token burning schedule to increasing their token price.
But this is of course not free, the team will need to cost some money to buy so they can burn it.
And i think it is a good sign of project, because the team is in fact, care about the value of their token.
It's true but this is not a good process anymore. Token burning had been a process even before, it is used to decrease the supply and increase the price for their holders. But this is becoming useless because project developers are not applying it in the correct way. They most likely do this process even without the demand. So, basically they are just applying it to try and have the possibility of having more investors which won't happen because this can't attract new investors anymore.
1848  Economy / Gambling / Re: My urge to go to land base casino in this lock down and how I fight it. on: May 11, 2020, 03:33:05 AM
But yesterday was a different feeling though, their was like a feeling that I need to go to casino and play. Maybe it was just the effect of the boredom during this lock down.
Why don't you go playing online gambling? There are several trusted sites for gambling. There are also online casinos. Well, probably this has been your habit and it is addictive, so I cannot also say this so easy for yours. Just do some more interesting activities with your beloved family inside your house or even in your backyard or front-yard cheerfully.
He knows it, he also included on his post that he plays online as well, however, since playing online is really different from playing in the real casinos, having this feeling is not avoidable if you play often in a certain physical casino.

I also have this feeling sometimes, especially if I have nothing to do. I have the feeling of going to a gambling house, but unfortunately, none of them are open yet.
1849  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Play? on: May 07, 2020, 12:06:24 PM
If something like this exist, will you still play? Do you think it is a bad idea to make the users make a donation in this way?
I will,
If ever that there is an existing casino like this, I don't mind playing. Their intention is good and as long as they can provide the legitimacy of this activity, it would be good and a lot of people will probably reach their help.
1850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you newbie looking for perceive income? Just be careful of AIRDROP on: May 06, 2020, 05:13:54 PM
Sometimes, they are out to get your personal information like email address, etc and sell it out for money.
This is true, and this one is really alarming for everyone. That is why newbies and anyone who continuously participating in airdrops should avoid those airdrops that require everyone to submit KYC verification to avoid their personal information to be stolen.
1851  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mayor Of Las Vegas wants the whole city open, including casinos and stadiums on: May 06, 2020, 04:09:25 PM
I know this is a very hard decision for the mayor, she just doesn't want their economy to fall while the people in Las Vegas are also suffering from this pandemic. She needs to choose whether she will let the people of this city suffer from this pandemic and its economy will fall or the city will suffer from this pandemic while they can save their economy.

1853  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you doing now? on: April 19, 2020, 01:02:41 PM
How do you survive in the current market situation?
If the bounty project is no longer profitable, what do you do now?
It is true that bounty projects are no longer profitable, that is why all the bounty projects I have participated before and received a decent reward was converted to btc and still on my wallet. I save it to have a bright future, even if I don't receive a reward in bounties, I still have my back up money that I can use.

1856  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crowded Casinos - Play or not? on: April 18, 2020, 11:44:19 AM
I am not used to play in such a crowd, I might disregard playing in a gambling house if it is too crowded and will play in online gambling instead. I don't know if I can take the pressure of playing together with so many people with me and with people who can see how I gamble. It is embarassing in my part.
1857  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino workers, asking for salary during the shutdown on: April 18, 2020, 07:23:07 AM
This is how business work!

They utilise an employee when they needed them the most and when these employee need the business to help them they just ignore them or throw them out.

As a human being this sounds bad but this is the truth. We need to live with it.
Yes, business as usual even in times like this when pandemic hit the world. This kind of business is only concerned with how they can earn more and they don't even have the slightest care about the one who is working with them.
1858  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Betting Double After Losing is Really a Good Decision? on: April 18, 2020, 06:27:48 AM
It is a good decision if you will win. But it is very risky since after you lose, there is the possibility that you lose more if you won't get that winning after doubling your bet. It might be the reason for you to do the same mistake and you might end up losing your funds so fast.
1859  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which one is the best to earn more? airdrop or bounty? on: April 16, 2020, 04:35:50 AM
As my experienced, I have participated in many airdrops but I didn't earn anything since I started participating. That is why I suggest that it is way better to participate in bounty campaign than wasting any of our time in airdrops.
1860  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: High rewards still possible in bounties? on: April 16, 2020, 01:45:56 AM
It is not possible anymore, bounty projects are having a hard time to raise enough funds for the development of the project and that includes the allocation for their bounty program. There is no more interested investors that are willing to risk their money unlike before. Having high rewards is like good to be true.
