2261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sell your altcoins and tokens TODAY, save yourself the frustration on: November 05, 2019, 05:37:49 AM
There are several altcoins that I have, not that I hold back, but I can't find the market and can't be sold. Indeed, altcoin is now trashy and useless. But not all altcoins are like that. ETH is still very popular, I have used ETH for the purposes of paying for the domain I bought, and it is very useful. The only frustrating thing is because the market conditions are not possible and the dominance of BTC is still strong. If we are able to go through this, I think we will get the results.
This is the common problem we have right now, we have the coin but we have no market to sell them. Most of them are from bounty campaigns and airdrops which turns out to be a scam project, and those shitcoins were stock in our wallets.

ETH is different from those shitcoins, eth is promising and we can really see that it is a good investment and has a future. The demand for eth is still increasing and still dominant to other altcoins.
2262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Extra weeks added to bounty campaign on: November 04, 2019, 01:14:36 PM
I think it's a mixed feelings - in the sense that it might go well and at the same time it might not end well. I have participated in a campaign that extended for three more months and at the end it was worth it. A week upon listing my rewards hit over $3,000 which is something compared yo what one would've received in any regular Bitcoin signature campaign within that period. I have also taken part in a bounty that extended but ended up running away with investors money.
It will all depend on the outcome of the project. No one can actually tell if the project will go well or not. Some project is actually being successful after extending the project for a couple of weeks, however, not all of them succeeded.
I have also participated in an extended project, but sad to say, it never becomes successful even after extending it for a month.
It is still a 50/50 chance, you just have to decide if you will stay or not.
2263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You don't want Bitcoin, You don't want Future :-\ on: November 04, 2019, 12:15:20 PM
Honestly, there are really people who don't believe in Bitcoin because of their wrong interpretation of it. They don't know its advantages as a currency and as a mode of payment. Yes, it also has its risks but it could honestly make things more convenient than banks. Bitcoin is more accessible and we could really have financial freedom through it in the future.

I agree with your statement ad financial freedom and transactions across the border and within the borders without involvement of any third party or government agencyt was the aim of bitcoin creation but here you could either find people only stressing on either the advantages or disadvantages of bitcoin rather than a neutral view as biased post sends out wrong interpretation of bitcoin. We need more neutral posts and analysis in order to help each other's and new folks.
My financial freedom is not tied to any third party unlike when I banked my funds and I am always called to come and summit all forms of identifications and subjected to all forms questions relating to some of my fiat transactions which is very annoying and embarrassing however with bitcoin I have the ability to access, hodl and transact my coins anonymously without any interference, I believed  bitcoin is the financial revolution that would sweep financial institutions in few years ahead.

Submitting required documents and all forms of identification is part of the regulation from the government. And yes, it is kinda annoying like why do you even have to give every detailed information in regards to your own money. I know it is required to know the source of it, but I actually not comfortable with it.
Bitcoin bypasses all those processes of required documents and gives us the freedom to keep our money and hold it without even submitting any legal documents.
2264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WILL Bounty campaigns Ever Keep to their Rules and Regulations on: November 04, 2019, 10:34:02 AM
Most of bounties have in their thread that rules can be changed anytime so i don't think we can do anything if we want to participate in that particular bounty. It's true that lots of bounties are fake and scam but there's some that are worth the time and effort, we just have to carefully find the legit ones.

And I think  that's only fair, isn't it? To be fair, I've been through a few campaigns myself and most of the good ones did change things throughout the duration, and I would say, sometimes to the benefit of the participant. Personal experience for me was good, I've always been able to negotiate when I can't fulfill my terms, like going on holiday, taking a campaign vacation. That's always what sets apart the good ones from the bad.
Yes, bounty campaigns have all the rights to change the rules and regulations anytime they want.
If they feel that it will be for the good of the campaign, they will change it right away.
Sometimes, they anticipate the possible things to happen, so they will adjust it for the good of the project.
Most of the time, they also stated such changes in the campaign, if a bounty hunter really reads all the information on the project, he will not miss to read it.
2265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Dogecoin real or a meme? on: November 04, 2019, 09:45:40 AM
Doge coin is real a coin and part of the cryptocurrency family, one of the oldest coins too but due to its supply doge price is still peny worth making it not so popular in the market, doesnt even have good partnerships for dogecoin to be used. We can say that dogecoin is one of the pioneers of cryptocurrency but as time goes by more better altcoin making dogecoin look like a mem now.
Yes, and it is one of the popular coins before. Considered as one of the best choices for investment. Its price is still cheap even now, and not considered to be a good altcoin investment anymore.
Dogecoin never shows any improvement since early 2018 and there's a lot of altcoins now which is way better than dogecoin.
2266  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are there any apps on Android for trading cryptocurrency? on: November 04, 2019, 08:54:16 AM
I can see a lot of applications for trading cyrpto-currency on Apple devices. I don’t have any apple devices with me currently, so are any trading platforms that work on Android on the Google Playstore?
You can use binance mobile app, it is available in Google Playstore.
Instead of using any other trading applications, use binance as this is one of the popular exchanges not only on web but also in a mobile application.

Android version of the trading platform has been provided in Playstore, you can download as you wish. Local trading platforms in my country are also available there. But for  better you can download the Android version of Binance because it's very easy to use.
Other than downloading any other local trading platforms, OP can directly download the binance mobile app, which is secured and he can assure his funds is safe.
2267  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bakkt will partner with Starbucks for Bitcoin on: November 04, 2019, 07:50:26 AM
Let's hope that his one is for real, ~Skip
I think this news will become a reality, increasing adoption of bitcoin will continue to be carried out by people. The more companies that adopt bitcoin, the greater chance for bitcoin to survive and provide a sense of security for investors because bitcoin is increasingly popular and efficient.
We don't yet to be sure. If this will become true, then this will lead to a positive thing not only to the users but in the whole crypto world.
And if happens that this will succeed and continue for a long time, this will lead to other business/companies to start to adopt bitcoin.

Bakkt, a New York Stock Exchange-owner backed bitcoin and cryptocurrency venture, announced this week it plans to launch a consumer app for cryptocurrency purchases in 2020.

U.S. coffee chain Starbucks will be its first launch partner, with the company one of the original backers of the crypto project, along with software giant Microsoft and Boston Consulting Group.

https://www.forbes.com/sites/billybambrough/2019/10/31/forget-the-halvingcould-this-be-what-sends-bitcoin-soaring-next-year/#12640c6e3062
Long time Starbucks become partner with bitcoin and accepted payment currency using bitcoin, many Starbucks store have adopt with bitcoin as transaction payment and you can buy with using bitcoin, last years Starbucks announce for receiving bitcoin for their payment way, positive way how Starbucks doing after accepting bitcoin as transaction payment and make many people will know whit bitcoin not only for investing but for currency.
Is there any link of that news? if this is for real, then there is a good chance that this to be a new trend.
I don't hear any news regarding this, maybe this is just for the selected countries and not available in our country.
2268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I need your advice! on: November 04, 2019, 06:07:30 AM
I have mentioned a project called Sessia (kicks). The project offers something like incentive. After each purchase, you get Cashbacks, and your friends can see your receipt in the Feed. What's more, you get kickbacks from all their purchases in the same shop.
What do you think guys about its future. I need your advice that should I invest in this project? Kindly suggest me.
https://www.sessia.com/
In my own personal opinion, just because the project has great offers that you can get cash backs, it doesn't mean it can be trusted or legitimate you should avoid this kind of projects because they are commonly scams. Even it is to good to be true, you should be wise and careful in making decisions because getting scammed is a big deal that you should not be greedy and rushing yourself in these kind of projects.

Correct since in the first place there's totally no guarantee specially on crypto space since on the first hand they got your funds and those promotions is just made to get an appealing touch for new  investors, people  should really do a wise  decision since it's really hard to trace back scammers if they already run our money.
Offers like this are good to be true, but we all know that this is just another gimmick that will actually get the attention of many people.
Having a clear mind to make a wise decision should be done and being greedy should be removed in oneself to avoid this kind of project.
Once becoming a victim, any transactions that have been done will never be reversed. The smartest thing is actually to avoid it.
2269  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another day, another Faketoshi on: November 04, 2019, 04:31:56 AM
Just ignore and continue what we are doing, this is just another gimmick they think that might give them popularity in an instant.

lmao , I don't even like the way he dresses , even her hair is very old-fashioned .
well , i guess that's the irony of being anonymous . of course i am sure 100% satoshi already think about it.
rules is simple for such this cases , don't believe anyone who says himself is satoshi, even satoshi it self.

Yes, we should not believe anyone who claims to be satoshi.
The developer itself has stayed anonymous even achieving the ath of bitcoin. That's why it is actually doubtful if someone suddenly claiming to be the real satoshi.
2270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China Creates Currency to Cancel-out Cryptocurrency on: November 03, 2019, 03:56:43 PM
For now, We can't make any more assumptions about what they are really trying to implement aside from making their own cryptocurrency. Their movement is being monitored every single day and giving a lot of positive and negative news about it, it's really good I think, but it's really hard to predict their movements. We should just wait for them to state what they really are after.

even if China successfully launches its own crypto, it will not affect the crypto market even bitcoin. because the real purpose of China is not that. they are more interested in monitoring their citizens. the Chinese government wants to oversee all online activities of its citizens, especially those related to finance. they are one of the countries that have anti-money laundering policies and I see that the country is quite strict with this. that's why they want to launch this.

but from some sources that I read, another reason is because they don't really like bitcoin. they want their citizens not to use bitcoin, that's why they make crypto coins.
It will affect, it's either in positive or in a negative way. We still don't know until they released it. The Chinese government not only wanted to monitor but also to control everything, they wanted to grab every opportunity for the increase of their economic power.
2271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto advice needed on: November 03, 2019, 03:09:18 PM
I think Apollo and Electroneum has a good future and they are working on merchants to use their tokens, so the team are active and it will take time to see real value of those two tokens. My advice is that hold it until the bull run comes, he may get a good profit in the long run.
There's no guarantee for both of them to increase when bull run comes, but it is still possible. We expect the unexpected things to happen in cryptocurrency. If the team is still active, then it is a good sign.

Hi cryptonias I have a friend who is very worried about his portfolio because since 2017 he haven't been able to make huge profit out of crypto cos he has no money to invest and i told him to joined airdrop and bounties ,his worries now is all his coins and tokens are not popular ones  this is his list
1)Apollo currency
2)electroneum
3)senno
4)slate currency
5)avinoc
6)snapparrazi
Etc all this are make from airdrops and bounties and the highest ones are around 50$ presently the rest are 30$ down ,what kinda advice should I pass onto him?
in my opinion, the coins are shitcoin, and there is no point in holding those coins. you better sell it and replace it with the top 20 coins. if you have a little capital, choose coins with low prices, such as xrp, eos and xlm. in my opinion the three coins will develop in the future.

I am also a bit disappointed in the list. No good coins are mentioned. Being honest, some of the names are also new to me. There is no point in holding them because certainly they are not the top ones. Instead of wasting time on these weaklings, it would be better to convert them all into bitcoin, which is the best. If some diversification is desired then I will suggest choosing ethereum also.
I do agree, it's better to switch these coins to a popular coin such ethereum for better opportunity of earning a profit than holding unpopular coins/shitcoins.
2272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Camouflage bounty manager? on: November 03, 2019, 01:33:48 PM
is it possible that the prize manager and the entire project crew including the developer, they work together and deliberately promote fraudulent projects?

I see how easy they are to erase red trust and promote fraudulent projects repeatedly?
Is this what is called a camouflage manager?

It's hard to actually affirm the fact that the project manager could be conniving together to support a fraudulent project. Its sincerely difficult to say that. I just think some projects find it hard to reach their soft cap. Maybe that's why many of them fold up, bringing disappointment to investors and those involved in bounty campaigns
It's hard to say, but we should only participate in bounty campaigns with known bounty campaign managers.
Bounty managers are not at fault here, they should not be accused without proof.
Even reputable bounty managers can become a victim of a scam project. Bounty managers are just doing their job to manage the bounty campaign and if the project turns out to be a scam, it is not their responsibility to face all the blame from bounty participants.

2274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is happening with ETHEREUM Now? on: November 03, 2019, 09:45:47 AM
I am also a little surprised why ethereum is very difficult to rise at $ 300 this year, even though ethereum is a good and potential altcoin, if in my view this happens because no one has dared to buy ethereum at $ 300, so the increase in ethereum prices is only up to at the point of $ 250.
Every crypto in the market is experiencing this difficulty. It's hard for every crypto to continuously increased their price, it is indeed that the ethereum price increased compared to previous weeks, however, we can still see that ethereum is struggling to achieve even the $200 price as of now.

I want to know the opinion of all crypto friends in this forum about Ethereum, because the price of Ethereum is currently unable to rise beyond the $ 300 figure. ethereum prices are only between $ 150 - $ 250. and this incident makes me wonder, why did this happen to Ethereum ??
Actually it is not just the ethereum only but also the ripples and also the bitcoin, or the whole cryptocurrency market is really in a bad condition right now,in which is we are seeing that the market is in a dump condition so we must just wait and hold our ethereum for a long time until the good time will come. The ethereum right now is kind of stable in which the price of it is ranging $150 - 200$ only because of the bad situation of the market
Yes, all cryptos are in the same situation. We really had a bad market as of now. Ethereum might stay on its current price for more weeks/months depends on the flow of the market.
2275  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in High School Syllabus on: November 03, 2019, 05:52:38 AM
i am wondering who is going to teach these in schools though? do they have trained teachers in bitcoin field familiar with cryptography and blockchain that could teach them or do they plan on starting to train them?

I understand they will have to train the teachers first on blockchain technology courses and I think the syllabus they will be using will be patterned or similar to the blockchain technology and cryptography courses offered by online education entities such as Coursera or MIT OpenCourseWare or maybe they might get to partner with leading universities that also offer with similar online courses.
Of course, I think before they even implement this course they have already figure things such that. They have trained their teachers and probably applied them to online courses regarding crypto and blockchain technology.
They won't start implementing this to their syllabus if they don't even know to themselves what bitcoin is, it's ridiculous if they do that kind of thing.
2276  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Share Your Experiences on: November 03, 2019, 03:39:18 AM
Was reading about how Bitcoin first came into existence and people's first experiences with Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, etc on Reddit. I want to know how your guy's first experiences was with Bitcoin, and if you ever had any regrets or wins throughout the years. Also, would be cool to know how people first actually got Bitcoin back nearly a decade ago when it wasn't as easy as buying some from a local Bitcoin ATM near you.
I learned about bitcoin through my classmates. We were actually talking about the gambling site my classmate used to visit and he always boasted on how high his earnings have become. At first we thought it he was just kidding because we all have no idea that there's such thing as digital money. He taught us some ways to earn such as joining signature campaigns and gambling and we all experienced what he have gone through and as a result, we are all investing in bitcoin up until now hoping to see the price go to new highs again.
That's kind of interesting thing for you, you discover bitcoin because of your classmate who gamble using crypto. If it was me, if I get to know bitcoin was about gambling, I will avoid it.
As for me, I was started doing faucets, I actually wanted to earn without capital and until I discover bounty campaigns, since then, I keep on learning even in investing and trading.
2277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the safest way to buy crypto? on: November 02, 2019, 01:50:34 PM
Using a popular exchange like yobit can be useful to you. There is no need for users to undergo KYC so you don't need to think about the security of your identification. This exchanger is also safe and it is guaranteed that you can easily buy crypto at any time you want.

Depending on the country you leave, in my country we do trade on trusted escrow in Whats-app, which neither bank nor government can ever detect what is going on. I have used black market most. Although if you don't follow the rule of play, you can be scammed.
It is possible, as long as there is a third party that can be used to buy crypto in your local country and as long as the feedback about them is good, using it will be the best option.

I'd go for my stored altcoins,
ETH, XRP, and BCH.
I already planned it even before, if altcoins will start the bull run at any time, I'll immediately buy these coins. I already provided enough savings for this plan. I can see the potential to these altcoins and I know that I won't regret my decision after buying these altcoins.
