Many projects are destroyed or can not go beyond because greedy people arise and want things to happen anyway and without a product! Elastic is one of the few solid projects that has proven to have continuity with or without $! Please understand this and here is no meanness.
Good point. It is amazing that all the fights now I see are about greed and power,,, it used to be about coding or on how we should scale (oops sorry). Look at all these projects and see how many have products. Elastic from my short read goes on. Because the devs love their job. |

Successful according to your list is about money raised then. Because Bancor is trading for below ICO price, also had many problems. Humaniq is a lot of talk, recruitment, with unrealistic biometric banking idea. They already miss milestone. also trading now poorly. Yes, above ICO price but not even 50% if looking at BTC or ETH price people bought it for. ICOSTATS.com shows the unbiased success. Since money means success. |

Korecoin is not that really rising up actually it is in a balance level right now plus it is a 3 year old coin so I guess it is normal for its price as of now and nothing is new but who can really tell what is going to happen if you believe it has a future now I will support it to be invested by you.
Sometimes I really wonder about these coins. More than a few years old. Almost zero volume and yet someone or someones is mining them away. I will guess that sometimes these are Bitcoin miners who have upgraded to new hardware. They just leave the old computers to mine easy hashrate coins. Maybe it is just the same groups of miners even, who knows? |

Considering all potential futures branching out from this point, we see Elastic technology as doing a lot of good for a great many people. Our DD found that EK's teams' design and goals are sensible and achievable, whereas other similar projects have quite outlandish ideas that are not possible (some are clearly pseudoscience). We anticipate Elastic will quickly become a de facto cloud computing platform. Technology is the key here, not ico prices nor past history. Markets are a discounting mechanism: they discount past history and anticipate the future. Yes i know, its going to be something between 400.000 sat and 1.000.000 sat before end of this year. 200.000 sat is just a first step. There are at least 3 supercomputer projects,,, on paper SONM looked like the most able, with strong development team. With experienced persons from actual supercomputer background. And yet look at what happened to them. Elastic may appear less desirable next to SONM but as you say, they are a lot more realistic. |

What makes people compel to hold the bitcoin in this critical situation? What are they waiting for? Any good reason?
Bitcoin holders have already seen such price rises and dips many times before.They are well aware that each time bitcoin price increases followed by a price fall,still bitcoin price would get stable only at a price higher than its previous price.They have seen bitcoin price gradually increasing in a long term basis and so they don't want to bother any price fluctuations in short term and they feel much comfortable in holding bitcoins instead of selling in panic as newbies do. This is true only for as long as it is true. I am also a Bitcoin believer, but I know one day this pattern has to change. I am hoping it does not for a very long time. I know all holders have this hope. People all talk about $10.000 or even 1.000.000. But we are more simple. We hold. But we also hope. |

I did not see properly the first post about smart contracts. Sorry. About this, no, this will not really do anything to give Litecoin such a boost. Smart contract is not "new". Ethereum is most known for it but Bitcoin can theoretically use it.
Litecoin is Bitcoin's guinea pig, so yes, of course smart contracts will help, but we know it is for Bitcoin.

Actually my expectation are much higher than OP's but this wont happend before LN is implemented. What is the definition of "real pump"? For price to double now is already a fear, are you talking 10x for $400? That's higher than ETH and BCH. But you are correct. Summer is already belongs to others. I believe they said they are releasing a updated wallet on aug 8th if im not mistaken im just waiting for that to get.
Do you know if it will be for Macbook or not?  One of the co-founders mentioned in a video that they will not be focusing on a wallet for macs, but will be focusing their attention on the windows one. He said wants the community to get involved and well... the community did get involved and made one for the mac. There is a nice light wallet for the mac I saw on reddit. As much as we dislike BCC we must be fair. Bitcoin took so long to get recognition. And it did not have Competitors. We cannot say for sure its future as a coin. But as a competitor to BTC, it must fail. It is only a little superior until BTC scales. Not unique.

Actually this is an interesting idea. But the main concern is privacy. I see a possibility that someone who will offer their WiFi will get a separate one just to monetise it. Meaning, sell it for cheaper to more. I cannot think of why yet, but time will tell.
