That's the old XBC that stalled out and died.The developers abandoned it.This is a completely new coin that was funded & developed by 2 community members who decided to offer a swapout with anyone who owned XBC at that time and deposited them to poloniex .There they could choose to stay on the old dead chain or have their coins swapped free of charge to the new coin which took on the Bitcoinplus name and ticker and continued trading on Poloniex.There were many notices posted here.poloniex,twitter etc for many months to give everyone a chance to avail of the offer but the deadline closed back in 2015.

Well, I'm sure if you dig through the blockchain and looked for my stakes...you'd prob be able to sniff out some of my wallets.

I can easily say I don't have more than most of the locals here.

Its the way I build up my weight...its a staking technique. Lots of guides out there about the best way to stake.

If you were to be inclined to pick up some XBC before it breaks $100USD again - I can help you out with the best way to stake, we can even break this down to running on a Raspberry Pi.

This coin doesn't have to do with anything about bitcoinUnlimited and their network now does it?

I have seen XBC mentioned on an exchange I was visiting and they were only taking this inexchange for BTC.
So now kind of confused about the whole thing.

Are you speaking about how Roger Ver offered BitcoinUnlimited for BTC??..yea thats pretty old news...Its the way big money scares people out of their Bitcoin before they plan to inject massive money into it.

Either way I have no idea what that has to do with BitcoinPlus...please stay on topic man.

Dear All,

I have been reading for a while and been into crypto for many years but rarely post on BCT (and old account got wrecked years ago) and thought it was time to post here. I have been seeing the developments and efforts BOTH by the community and users which is great and I am really warming up to XBC. For that reason I also just send a support ticket to Bittrex to push them to get XBC listed there. While being very busy with  I will try to come in here more often. Keep up the good work and efforts everyone.

Dear Bittrex,

In the past bitcoinplus was being traded at bittrex. Unfortunately it was removed when the old developers abandoned it. Over the last years the coin has been refurbished and for that reason been traded on Poloniex for a long while. What can we do to get it back on Bittrex. The coin has been doing very well (see link)

They have a thread and the developer can be contacted below if you want to enquire further about their exchange.I havent seen any scam reports about them.

"The block explorer hosting period will expire in 13 days. Please contact support to renew the hosting period."
Do you guys feel it's worth to renew it?

We keep a secondary independent blockexplorer up and running not only to ensure there is always one available should one have an issue but so one can validate the other.
