Regarding Segwit
Implementing segregated witness may require another hard fork to XBC or even a complete overhaul of our current codebase. On a best scenario case it could be done using a soft fork but it really depends on if it is compatible with old clients, if the network stays on a single blockchain that can be used by new and old clients.
For XBC it will be complicated, probably more so as our codebase is going to be very different from the Bitcoin implementation. The source for segwit would to have to be heavily modified for XBC. Bitcoin has undergone many refactors over the years since some parts of our current codebase were implemented and there are fundamental differences in the coin to begin with.
We could use our own codebase and add the needed BIPs and refactor our codebase or the BIPs code as required or go back to where XBC left BTC and start pulling commits or get the latest version of BTC and implement our coins features on it. None of these options would be easy as the code bases will now be so different.
We probably would have to start by rebuilding the commit history, fork Peercoin, apply the initial XBC commit to where it left the PPC codebase, then pull updates. We could then add the Bitcoin codebase and start pulling commits. Only the commits that apply to segwit could be pulled and then commits that support those commits. It will be a bit of a tangle but probably better than trying to update all 12,000 or so commits XBC will be behind.
It would require months of solid work, pulling, compiling and testing. There are many BIPs that build up to segwit and those will probably have supporting BIPs to them as well.
We firstly need a developer(s) to begin auditing the codebase to mark out each stage where we should plan to work on a subset or a Bip at a time and factor in any other possible setbacks which may impede such progress all the while being able to monitor the performance of each update over the course of the development.
It would be a costly and time consuming affair that will depend on many variable factors but one we have agreed to start investigating so yes it is still on the table regarding looking into it fully and break down all the elements involved so until we say it is no longer on the table this is the case.
That is the clearest and most direct answer I can give to this question until we know more.

no man he means segwit ( faster transactions ) was build for BTC. So they need to make either a custom segwit, or change the whole xbc code to look more like btc. So that they can implement segwit.

I called the channel XBC, and this is the link: https://t.me/joinchat/AAAAAA7LrzLpZZmfZqsquQClick on the link with your mobile phone, download the app if you didnt have it before. And join the group!

We dont use telegram. Not everyone uses anonymous chat groups. We have the thread here and a skype group, shoutbox on the website and email. We also have onboard wallet messaging for any community members to contact each other. What needs to be discussed there that cant be discussed here or via pm,email or skype?

Only ideas Bittrex want to hear is the shakedown fee that is better spent on development of coin.It is development of coin that keeps XBC solid on Poloniex.I see many commits on github but they are all shown as only a few.Why not have make this look like more as other coins do.There are probably hundreds of commits on bitcoinplus github all hidden behind one or two?Make more sense to show all these maybe.

Yeah, I get it. In principle, somewhere I thought so. But for the full understanding I decided to clarify the information.

Installed a crypto bot on the XBC telegram https://t.me/joinchat/AAAAAA7LrzLpZZmfZqsquQIf you type /price xbc in the chat you can see the real time poloniex price in the chat! Its not a official XBC telegram, but as soon as a official XBC team member joins, I will give him the mod rights. We got 6 members in one day and growing:) Feel free to join, so we can communicate better.
