several minutes ago, i received email where were said that someone sign in my profile of exmo and trade with my doges, hopefully i changed my pass, before he made a withdraw. but all my doge was exchanged in btc.

i have fix it myself, i turned on sms verification and hope no one else will be able to connect in my account. but anyway it will be very good if you will fix it for other users

Apparently I have something similar to this but unfortunately for the hacker he did not find funds in my wallets and he keeps trying to log in into my account as I occasionally get verification sms`s .

Hello Diced90. Unfortunately you can’t change e-mail of your account. Please change your password ASAP and turn on two-factor authentication via Google Aithentificator: Account / Settings / protection - Google + SMS

Can you tell me why SEPA withdrawal does not work anymore? I get the error message, that it would not be supported for my country (germany).
But few months ago I did successfull withdrawals and I can't imagine why you would stop supporting germany?
I already wrote few days ago to your support, but they weren't helpful at all...
First they said that my country is not supported.
Then they said I should make screenshot of error message.
Then they said I should try it later again.
Now few days later, I tried again, but still not possible.
I just wrote to support again, and guess what? they ask again for screenshot of same error message. -.-

So I feel like it may be better to ask here...

Our provider, through which EXMO have deposit/withdraw for our clients on SEPA, does not work with Germany at the moment .
We do not know why and can not influence this.
We do not know how long.

And the technical department now again asked for a screenshot.... Could you please improve your support? Unfortunately I have to stop trading at Exmo, at least reduce my trading volume by 95%.
Without SEPA it does not make any sense. All other methods are by far too expensive. (Advcash is free, but what to do with advcash eur?!)

Maybe you can look in adding Tether? Bitfinex and poloniex have it for USD. Maybe you can add this and also EUR Tether as depsit/withdrawal option?
