On the 28th December 2017 I submitted a request for withdrawal of XRP 473.267831 on to my RIpple wallet opened with coinpayments.net. Exmo confirmed the withdrawal and I also did confirm the transaction to proceed with. The withdrawal was marked as completed whereas as of now (31st December 2017 Moscow time) I didn't receive any funds in my Ripple wallet. Exmo didn't provided me TXID of the transaction performed. Support doesn't respond. I submitted 2 tickets - to no avail. Ticket #281168 and #282404. Strange is that I performed two withdrawals with them but involving smaller amounts of XRP: 113 XRP and 49 XRP - and surprisingly they were processed and completed, whereas the bigger amount transaction (473 XRP) went missing. Can you assit me on this matter? I am desperate to find any solution.
UPD. As a result of the support conversation was an automatically generated email "Your inquiry (282404) was accepted and is being regarded by our Customer Support service. In order to add comments, please write the answer to this letter."
No clarification was provided, no wothdrawal processed. The exchange just stole my XRP and doesn't want to address this matter! Any help?
3rd January 2018. 473 XRP transferred. They just used my funds to make money but I am happy they gave the money back.

Hi EXMO team , I transferred few bch from my EXMO wallet and I got the mail for the confirmation, when I clicked the link to confirm ,the site did not respond and I got the error message that site could not be loaded .After few hours I checked the status of the transfer it is still as "VERIFYING" .can you please update me with a solution for this.when will the transfer be completed.kindly help me out guys. Im worried . It has been three days still it is VERIFYING TICKET NO: 276251

Hi Exmo,
I registered recently and activate the ip validation for the login, but my isp has changed my ip now, and I can't access to my account. I have access to my email, and I have the user/pass of exmo website and too I have access to my 2 factor authentication, nevertheless I can't have access to the ip with which I registered.
My inquiry is 252332.
Anyone else have happened? how can I solve it?

I'm trying to get verified since november 2017. Contacting chat etc. doesn't help. But after reading a lot of comments here , I'm not sure I have to regret this !! If EXMO is a "reliable partner for users", then where is my money!? If you don't want to be considered a scam, than you should follow up on your legally binding obligations or at least respond to questions sent to your support desk.
On 5 December 2017 I have initiated a withdrawal of money from my EXMO account. This money was supposed to be transferred to my MasterCard account. The status of the transaction in my Exmo account is shown as "Withdrawn" and I received an e-mail confirmation from EXMO saying that the money was successfully transferred. However, as of today (4 January 2018) the money still has not arrived to my MasterCard account. I have contacted the issuer of my card and they told me that they don't see the payment.
I have been writing to EXMO support constantly since 12 December 2017 and I have received ZERO replies. Just check the support tickets #228452 and #255365.
It is unacceptable for any company not to respond to client requests for a month, especially if it is related to money transfers. If you lost all client funds just say so and don't waste our time, so we can take legal actions! Or have courtesy to respond and fix the issue.

My account hasn't credited till now. Several communications with support gave zero results. Three tickets were created: #241739 (opened 18.12.17) assigned to Alina Yvarova - was closed without resolution #247841 (19.12.17) - was closed without resolution, no one assigned. #281758 (31.12.17) - opened, no one assigned but high priority. Money earned legally and do not breach AML policy. If required, supportive documents could be provided. Thanks.

exmo poor crypto exchange site .. poor support 8 hours ago i made an eth withdraw , status: stuck on verifying.. 6 hours ago i made ticket , still now answer. about 6 hours im waiting for online support Chat started Queue position: 99 one time Queue went to 35 but wrote reconnect. again ... morning i made a ticket at an e-currency exchange site they answered me within 1 hour .. exmo learn from this sites

Dear @Exmo I have opened support ticket #290642 for asking to reset my authenticator code, As I removed the Authenticator by mistake from my mobile, and I have no backup of Keys, So please reset my authenticator, I am waiting badly.
I am getting no Answer on Ticket also I am waiting for someone to respond me on Live chat, but seems that there is rush on live chat,
Please do resolve my issue ASAP.

I got an "server error" message while requesting a Withdrawal of more than 4000 XRP.
And --- coins just vanished from my accoount, leaving no trace in Transaction history (((
I filed support request #290759

After waiting 2 hours for support-reply in chat, I got an answer "your request is sent to technical support, please wait for an email" And I found new support request #291051 submitted, while my first #290759 was CLOSED - with no action taken!!! Very promising.... I am still waiting on my vanished 4000+ XRP!

I'm trying to pay you more fees and you won't let me. Support inquiry 290550 and 291888 Please, could you resolve this quickly? I'm only asking for releasment of crypto.
