All my issue Solved . Thanks Exmo , Got verified and same time Tech support handled my Vanished withdrawal too and paid to me . All those who waiting should get their funds too , as i think exmo simply overcrowded and backlog of tickets .

Send emails to EXMO, but only get auto messages. Chat support say wait for email.

Hello, I transferred 1600 USD to my EXMO account by wire transfer on 11.12.2017 It still never showed up in my account!! It normally takes at most 5 days for the transfer. I have 2 open tickets about this issue but nobody is responding! tickets: 260890, 232400. Support chat does not even work... Dear sirs,
5 days a go I made an ETH fransfer for 0,419 ETH (from EXMO tot Blockchain wallet). The Ethereums did not arrive at my wallet. A little research shows me that the ETH amount had been send tot a wrong ID (No idea where this ID is comming from). Can you please help me resterende my account in EXMO?

Dear EXMO,
I have multiple open tickets related to problems with withdrawing to OKPAY and MoneyPolo. The money was removed from my account but never transferred/sent to OKPAY and MoneyPolo. I contacted supported multiple times through chat support as well. And the tickets were created and sent to tech department they told me. They also promised me in chat (it's also visible in the support tickets), that these issues would be resolved and replied by tech department in 7 business days. This time has already long passed now, and the issues have not been resolved, and I didn't receive a single reply.
When I contacted support again today, I was treated very rude and unprofessional again, as always has been the case.
I don't know what to do now, because EXMO has money from me, and doesn't resolve the issues, doesn't keep the promises, and chat support is never helpful and supportive.
Can you please help me with these issues?
Another big problem I have is that I did a withdrawal to credit card (MasterCard) last week. I had to do this, because EXMO suddenly removed all other withdrawal options for EUR last week, so I had to pay the very high fees of 3% + more to withdraw to credit card. But what's even much worse is that I didn't receive this money as well (2265.37833 EUR).
It is stated (and also promised to me again by chat) that withdrawal to card should only take between 30 minutes and 3 business days. This time has also passed for me, and I still didn't receive any money.
A ticket has also been created and sent to tech department for this, but as usual, nothing has been done and I'm still waiting for the money. Could you please help me and explain why I keep having to beg for my own money? When will I finally receive my own money ? for which I also pay a lot of of high fees to EXMO as well.
I really hope you can help me out with these issues? I would be very grateful! Thanks in advance!

hi I made my withdrawal on 11/01 and there was still no proof of transfer. My only job is as a currency negotiator and I'm losing money. I need to solve my problem my email cadu.voss@hotmail.commy ticket 311792. I advise investors not to buy a currency, nor to transfer coins to the platform. my problem will be a lesson to new investors.
