Hi. I lost some funds. I withdrew some funds (1675$) from exmo to payeer, received the withdrawal confirmation email, clicked the confirmation link, got the confirmation that the withdrawal request was confirmed, but I never received the money on Payeer. Also, I don't have any private message about this withdrawal, but the money is gone from my exmo account. Payeer answered that they see no transaction on their side and that it must be a problem from exmo. Please help. Ticket ID: 323933

Dear Exmo Team!
I was exchanging DASH to USD an hour ago and got 3172 USD from that exchange. I splittet the sum of 3172 USD in 150 USD batches for the Withdrawals via AdvCash . But after 20 withdrawals there was no money left in my wallet. There are missing 150 USD. The total sum of withdrawals are 3022 USD and my wallet is empty. If you sum up the Selling Orders in DASH you will come to the sum of 3172 USD. Could you please tell me where my money is? It´s gone. There also were only sent 3022 USD to AdvCash. Please help me to get my money back.

I don't know why they don't respond to tickets, So pathetic.
I bought a USD $ voucher from an ecurrency exchange website, I can't find option in exmo account to upload this voucher in my USD account, Please guide me How I can?

Dear EXMO,
I have multiple open tickets related to problems with withdrawing to OKPAY and MoneyPolo. The money was removed from my account but never transferred/sent to OKPAY and MoneyPolo. I contacted supported multiple times through chat support as well. And the tickets were created and sent to tech department they told me. They also promised me in chat (it's also visible in the support tickets), that these issues would be resolved and replied by tech department in 7 business days. This time has already long passed now, and the issues have not been resolved, and I didn't receive a single reply.
When I contacted support again today, I was treated very rude and unprofessional again, as always has been the case.
I don't know what to do now, because EXMO has money from me, and doesn't resolve the issues, doesn't keep the promises, and chat support is never helpful and supportive.
Can you please help me with these issues?
Another big problem I have is that I did a withdrawal to credit card (MasterCard) last week. I had to do this, because EXMO suddenly removed all other withdrawal options for EUR last week, so I had to pay the very high fees of 3% + more to withdraw to credit card. But what's even much worse is that I didn't receive this money as well (2265.37833 EUR).
It is stated (and also promised to me again by chat) that withdrawal to card should only take between 30 minutes and 3 business days. This time has also passed for me, and I still didn't receive any money.
A ticket has also been created and sent to tech department for this, but as usual, nothing has been done and I'm still waiting for the money. Could you please help me and explain why I keep having to beg for my own money? When will I finally receive my own money ? for which I also pay a lot of of high fees to EXMO as well.
I really hope you can help me out with these issues? I would be very grateful! Thanks in advance!

I am just about to start trading with exmo but looking at recent complaints regarding withdrawal issues, it makes me feel worry whether my fund will be safe with them. I've long awaiting for my verification to get approved but it doesn't matter now if it will just keep pending there forever. Good luck to all who still have big fund there.

I reported ticket: 332170
There is a second time when transfer from Exmo to Advcash is not reported in transaction history, in advcash but in is taken from my ballance account. Please take a look for tokens connected to my withdraw (my operation was between 11:55 - 12:10 at. 19.01.2017)
Last time you fixed this problem.

Hi i had deposited 752.46$ through okpay but money got deducted from okpay account but doesnt show in exmo.it never happened before.tried creating ticket.but no reply from over 24 hours.tried contacting through live chat waited for 3 hours.only to hear from live support that they have created ticket will get reply within 7 days..i am confused should i raise claim with okpay support because i am getting no positive response from exmo support.really disappointed.my ticket no 329237..please anybody help
