I don't like Liquid approving members and then accepting their deposits. But later on t is reverted again and then asked for more KYC documents. I am not against KYC but you should not have approved my first submitted documents in the first place so I won't make a deposit. Embarrassed
Sketchy as its best,eh?  Grin

MY anti virus always blocking when I tried to sign up. This must be one if not the safest and cleanest exchange fully accredited in Japan.
Dont have that problem when making some sign-ups.

Why does withdrawal take so long? I read that you do not work at the weekend? I started to withdraw BTC on Friday night and they will be on my wallet on Monday? I use your exchange for the first and last time. Very bad service. I will use binance or Kucoin.
If they dont work on weekend then its expected it would be credited on Monday. There are really some exchangers that do have that set up.

I'm having very poor experience with liquid and their support.
It's not the first time I'm withdrawing fiat with them (which ensures that the bank info is correct), but it's the first time that it takes weeks and the funds are still missing.
After a week of inquiries of the payment status and my requests to provide actual payment information (the request was made on May 31st and the payment was marked as processed on the 2nd of June) the only response I'm getting is: "we've got our responsible team working hard on this as we speak" and "Rest assured that we will keep you posted on any updates from them regarding this." and zero actual information.

Now it's Friday and they do not even bother to answer. Very bad support and client treatment.

UPDATE: June-17 still no funds or information from Liquid
UPDATE: June-18 apparently the transfer is currently delayed at my bank (flagged by their compliance team), which is sort of "good news". However it seems that the transfer was made on June-10th instead of advertised June-2nd. Still I've got no payment details or any clarifications from Liquid, which is sad.

Telegram is one of the largest instant messaging platforms in the world, revered for its slick interface and impressive stance on privacy and security.

Telegram is now on a mission to create the world’s most adopted cryptocurrency ecosystem with the Telegram Open Network (TON) and Gram token. Public investors have been itching to get their hands on the coveted Gram tokens after two highly successful yet exclusive private sale rounds last year.

Now, for the first time, Gram tokens are on sale to the public on global crypto platform Liquid. Liquid is a reputable, secure global exchange with a strong history of pushing innovation in the blockchain space.

Gram tokens are priced at 4 USD, but holders of Liquid’s utility token, Qash, can access an exclusive rebate that means you can effectively pay as little as 3.50 USD per Gram.

Telegram and Gram
Telegram is a staple in the cryptocurrency world, with hundreds if not thousands of crypto communities embracing the app. Fittingly, the Telegram team is jumping into the world of crypto with a blockchain of its own.

Telegram is huge, with more than 260 million monthly active users who will benefit from the launch of Telegram’s own blockchain, TON. Across the app, 70 billion messages are sent every day while more than 500,000 new users join the platform daily.

TON is set to launch in October, providing Telegram’s vast global userbase with a means to send instant transactions on a highly scalable blockchain network, while upholding the highest standards of privacy and security.

TON will have a number of services powering the ecosystem.

  • TON Storage: A distributed file-storage technology that will enable distributed storage services similar to Dropbox.
  • TON Proxy: A network proxy/anonymizer layer used to hide the identity and IP addresses of TON nodes.
  • TON Services: A platform for third-party services.
  • TON DNS: A service that reduces the friction of interacting within a crypto ecosystem by assigning human-readable names to accounts, smart contracts, services and network nodes.
  • TON Payments: A platform for micropayments.

The Gram token
Telegram aims to vastly extend the scope of the messaging platform using blockchain technology. Telegram users will be able to use the network for fast payments, convenient storage, VPN and a range of other services.

At the heart of these plans is the Gram token, the native currency of TON.

Using Gram, payments will be fast with low fees, making use of an innovative wallet integrated into Telegram clients, which could instantly make it one of the most adopted cryptocurrency wallets in the world.

The utility of the Gram token is vast:

  • Commission ("gas") paid to TON nodes for processing transactions and smart contracts.
  • Stakes deposited by validators to validate transactions and generate new blocks and coins.
  • Capital lent out to validators.
  • Voting power required to support or oppose changes in the protocol.
  • Payment for services provided by apps.
  • Payment for storing data securely.
  • Payment for registering blockchain-based domain names and hosting TON-sites.
  • Payment for hiding identity and IP addresses.
  • Payment for bypassing censorship imposed by local ISPs.

If you’re interested you can join the Gram sale here.

Liquid.com

Are US-based customers not allowed? Tried to sign up just now and there doesn't appear to be an entry for United States as the country of residence.

 Angry Angry Angry
This is a terrible exchange.

I also transferred the ERC-20 token to the ETH address. The exchange decided to appropriate this money for itself. Now she has access to my money and does not want to give this access to me. Hiding behind very favorable rules for ourselves ...

Apparently her affairs are very bad. That she is robbing her customers.
The exchange was designed in such a way that you will lose your money just by carrying out daily work. For any improper action, the exchange will appropriate your money for itself.

The owners of the exchange think that they have outwitted everyone ...

Apparently in Japan, not everything is as good with regulation as we were told.

I was using them for some time. It was always reliable although not very fast - took several days to "initiate" the transfer(excluding weekends, sometimes starting ffom morning friday till tuesday - LAZY MOFOS) then 3-5 days to arrive to IBAN USD or EUR
then they changed their payment provider and it became very expensive. Not using them anymore.

And also their support is basically non existent - they reply, but NEVER able to provide usable information

SCAM ACCUSATION

Crypterium (CRPT) and Liquid.com exchange has been involved

A member of the Greek crypto community has sent, from his personal wallet, the amount of 12,000 Crypterium (CRPT) to Liquid.com exchange in 29th of October 2020 10:13:57 AM +UTC.

Here is the transaction ID
https://etherscan.io/tx/0x290f0d16ba43f641ae58b6e24965854c76d3f8e44d87086a42089537ce1fbe66

The amount never came inside the account of this person in  LIQUID and since then his is trying to figure out what has happened.
He has been continuously sending messages and emails to both supports teams (LIQUID.com and Crypterium) and each team accuse the other team.

The situation as for today is the amount of 12,000 Crypterium is been holding by LIQUID.com without any cause!!!

I will follow with email conversation as soon as I have it

The hacker who hacked the Liquid bitcoin exchange sent the Ethereum cryptocurrency worth almost $20 million to the Tornado Cash transaction mixing service. Hacker is also trying to convert ERC-20 tokens with a total value of $45 million to Ethereum in order to avoid their blocking by projects that have such an opportunity. To do this, the attacker uses decentralized exchanges, including Uniswap and SushiSwap.
