My prediction is that bitcoin will rise above 20,000$ in the futures. But we have a long way to go  Just stay strong

It could happen next year, remember that every year we surpass the success in the past years and that makes bitcoin the hottest investment now.
I could even make a prediction that it will be worth $100,000 per bitcoin and I have a feeling it will happen 5 years from now, it would surely gonna make happy especially those people who are still holding firm until now.

Yeah I think bitcoin will become $100,000 per each next 5 years. I know it is not impossible because the bitcoin today is very powerful. I believe that bitcoin will become a great coin in the future.

That was a big prediction, well I hope it does really happen.
Bitcoin is great and it showed its greatness already and this year is a statement, with the current price of $4,000 at this
quarter, we can expect we will close this year with a bigger price.

Indeed bitcoin will reach to the bigger price tag by this year end. There are lot of buyers and investors interested in the coin. More people are coming in and at same time many sharks are also entering this lucrative market. Those who have doubts about the scalability, will get some assurance due to recent proceedings.

I think what's actually booming these days are altcoins. More and more tech savvy people are opening their very own ICOs and they know that they are going to make money from it. More and more people are also finding out about cryptocurrencies but that doesn't mean that they will invest on bitcoin. Most people nowadays get persuaded on investing on new altcoins because it's the one that gets the most advertisements or promotions. Most coins out there has their thread die right after the distribution of bounty rewards and then the coin just drift off to wherever the wind will take them.

My prediction is that bitcoin will always be the main cryptocurrency but people are going to invest more on altcoins.

Indeed, bitcoin will be still the main cryptocurrency but the people will put more bitcoins and money in altcoins because we all know that they are very volatile and it is very easy to make money in altcoins so i think it is easy for them to decide on which side they will get serious and which side they will play and have some fun.

In my opinion, the major problem that Bitcoin might face is if it will be used into illegal activities related to drugs and other anomalies. Since Bitcoin is decentralized and it has anonymity for its users, it is not impossible for this problem to happen. And there'll be more cases like this, it will negatively affect the reputation of Bitcoin and might as well make others to doubt about Bitcoin legalization. And will also lose the opportunity of having more people and higher demand.

In fact, the legalization of bitcoin can only push people away from using it. The fact that criminals use bitcoin is nothing says. Cash is also used by criminals and what? To prohibit cash payments? You are oversimplifying the situation. An easy solution to this problem, but legalization certainly not an option.

Legalization of the bitcoins is vital for their common sue and survival. Without legalization, people are afraid to step into crypto world because they think using bitcoins as an illegal currency can put them in a cell. Legalization of bitcoins is good in national interest as well.

That true, even if we don't want to make it happen but the government will surely do that, bitcoin is not only the future because there will be similar system that will be implemented in the future and we are successful now because the decentralization is recognize to be helpful to benefit all of us.
With decentralization we can ensure a fair transaction, and there will be more project that will have their own blockchain and as long as the word blockchain is widely use, bitcoin will continue to be popular and grow.

The legalization of it will also be totally made in each country in the world I think because as the users and investors number increase, then the influence may also grow as big as a nation making it more possible to have the government legalize it.

I think the only obstacle that bitcoin may encounter is the legalization of it to every country in the world. Maybe some of us know that bitcoin is used for some transactions that is against the law or illegal. I think that is one of the reason on why would it be hard for bitcoin to be legalized globally. The users also that is not that much knowledgeable about bitcoin may cause some unecessary problems for the whole bitcoin.

About legalization of bitcoin... I think is not the first step before we can see another big pump. And also this is not a necessary step in my opinion.
People can choose their preferred form of savings,:also magic bean if you want!

I would say in 5 years from now. The only thing that I can see that can hurt bitcoin is a new currency that central banks/government/businessman will support. I think they're not taking bitcoin seriously for now because they were experimenting on it and on us.

I think after the block size is increased without much problem, there will be less congestion. The price could be $6000 or higher.

For me my prediction about bitcoin it is going to spred and spread and it famous nowadays and he have a lot users who trusting bitcoin. They some possibility that they have some spamers and obstacles that controlling a Being papular of this. I agree, I think the 5k level would get here before the year ends. Most especially there is another hardfork that's coming on November so most likely it would either be before that month or after that month.

Already,bitcoin faced a hard fork in august 1 and it successfully overcome it and now its price is $4300.Yet,it is said that bitcoin is going to face another hard fork in november by segwit 2x supporters.As a result of this,we would be having three coins,bitcoin with segwit,bitcoin cash and bitcoin with segwit 2x.It is said that even more hard forks could happen in future.It would damage the reputation of bitcoin and it will not help for the progress of bitcoin in future.

I agree, chances that bitcoin will hit 5000$ mark before December 31st is huge, but i think that once it will go to 5000$ it will fall down days later... Probably we will see price like 4000$ at end of this year.
