Schalke is really bad this season compared to Dortmund but yesterday's derby match will always be a difficult match for both teams including Dortmund even though they are in a better position than Schalke and it has proven so when Dortmund can only get a draw it is not surprising, only of course it provides additional disadvantage for Dortmund because the competition to pass Bayern positions will be increasingly difficult.

Well, maybe Dortmund really underestimated Schalke, we all know even if those teams are in the below position if you underestimated them they can surely bite you, and Dortmund didn't realize this and it was really too late because Schalke already tighten their defense, or Dortmund really has a bad day that time, that is why their play was really off,

The match ended in a draw with all teams scoring one goal, Union Berlin wasted many chances to still be a title contender this season with their results I think they are out. The match was well controlled by the hosts, even though they had fallen behind they were able to equalize and get 1 point.
It seems that Union Berlin has experienced a significant decline in performance so that they have had unsatisfactory results in the last few matches, it is quite unfortunate about that because they were predicted to make Bayern's move to be difficult but that only happens in the early part of the season after that they just keep going down.

There are so many games that ended up in a draw Hertha VS Mainz, Eintracht Frankfurt VS Stuttgart, Schalke VS Dortmund, and recently Wolfsburg VS Union Berlin matches, well I surely notice that Wolfsburg is getting great with their matches and has to leave Union Berlin in utter shocked but surely Wolfsburg also struggles in making another goal against Union Berlin because surely Union Berlin's defense is crazy aswell,

Dortmund needs to be ambitious in terms of their policies the German league is listed amongst the top 5 leagues in Europe but the competition they're giving to Bayern is it top notch they need to learn to keep their best players and not ell them out as if they are sporting Lisbon or Ajax their mentality is only on making profit not to win titles and as long as that is on Bayern will continue to win their league title..

i think normally you can congratulate bayern münchen on the german championship again. like almost every year, the other teams give away their points.
that's how it's always been in the last 10 years. you think that dortmund might have a chance at the title and then they only get one lucky point in gelsenkirchen.
that's just too little for a top team. dortmund, leipzig, wolfsburg, leverkusen! all these clubs want to become german Bundesliga champion again.
but look at their performance! they won't achieve this goal in the next 20 years. bayern münchen has to play the match with 8 players.

Dortmund policy is really affecting them, how can a club sell their best players and expect to perform very well and to win the league.  I don't see Dortmund good enough to the Bundesliga league this season. Dortmund have the habit of selling their best players and don't make plans of winning trophies.

Dortmund has been trying so hard. It's better if you are trying to look at the statistic against schalke or i may try to mention it here. dortmund is really ambitious to win the trophy this season.

It seems like that dortmund has been going back on the right track again. Remember that in the last transfer season if it's has rumored so many times Dortmund was approving if jude wanna leave from the club.

Dortmund is a club that has a very good business oriented in football and its implementation was also very good by buying the new player at a cheap price and then trying to develop it to make it can be sold for a high price.

They must perform better than Bayern Munich if they want to be involved in the title race this season, the draw they got against Schalke must be the subject of evaluation, because in the next match they must get full points so as not to fall behind Bayern. Thus their opportunity to compete with Bayern Munich in the title race is still quite open.

I think the Dortmund players were still frustrated when they were eliminated from the Champions League by Chelsea so that the Dortmund players seemed to experience a slight decline in mentality which made the match against Schalke not go as expected. lucky for them not to lose from this match but a draw makes the point difference to 2 with bayern munich.

Dortmund are still on course for the title for this season as they are well on their way to another win in the games to come.

I also think that the mentality of Dortmund's players dropped a bit in terms of confidence after losing to Chelsea in the Champions League, but Dortmund should get back on the right track in the next game, at least to keep the chances in the title race. After watching this match, I feel that the main reason for Dortmund's defeat is their poor match strategy. Dortmund's tactics were not good in this match. We have seen the performance of Dortmund in the previous matches. They played well. Even against big teams, they win only because of excellent match strategy. But their performance in this match was poor. They dominated the match, attacking a lot. But did not keep their defense strong. In the past matches we have seen Dortmund attack less but their overall gameplay has been stable. But even though Dortmund attacked a lot in this match, their gameplay was not stable.

In attack Dortmund played very well, but in defense they again make mistakes. I will say that Schalke were also good in this match, they were very active and it was obvious that they wanted to level the score with all their might, in the end they succeeded.
Schalke have fallen too low in the table, they need to get out of there, and they have the potential to do so. Bayern are back in the lead, while Union Berlin, which until recently pushed Bayern out of first place, is already 7 points behind Bayern.
I noticed that Union Berlin have very good results when they play only in one tournament, but as soon as games in European cups are added, the results immediately deteriorate, perhaps the players simply do not have time to have a good rest.

I watched Dortmund's performance in the previous few matches against Schalke. Although they attacked very rarely, each of their attacks was organized. And their defense was solid. Their are still games to be played for Dortmund  but the problem is they be consistent in this games. Now Bayern Munich is leading the league with different of two points it will boost their moral and reduce pressure on them to continue to be at the top. I think I will be difficult for Dortmund to be in the same position with Bayern Munich or lead the league.

The consistency of clubs at the top now still has a big problem, they always waste opportunities when they have the opportunity to overtake Bayern Munich. I think not having the consistency is the reason why they haven't won in the last 10 years as well. They weren't bad teams so far this many times in a row, of course they had some great teams along the way, but what happened is that they lost to teams that they could win against, which caused them to lose the league as well.

Same will happen this year, Bayern will win because they win the games they need to win, and Dortmund lost points on a game that they needed to win and that's why we have such a situation at hand, we could have done a lot better and we are not seeing them potentially winning the league due to these type of games in the end.

Can't believe this Dortmund team. They drew with one of the two worst teams of the Bundesliga. Just because Dortmund lost to Chelsea in the UCL doesn't mean Dortmund have to play so badly. Maybe it's actually a lucky 10 run streak, because this is the real dortmund we know.
Now Dortmund are completely depending on Leverkusen's game against Bayern Munich and have no other chance but to win Der Klassiker.
