You are forgetting the fact that Dortmund is a publicly listed company and that makes management decisions harder to justify in front of shareholders. If they receive these big offers from big clubs that want to buy talents for a lot of money, it is risky for the management to say no. Often times these players have release clauses like Haaland or the contracts are about to expire one year later and Dortmund has no choice but to sell them. Dortmund is not attractive enough for these players to accept a higher salary and stay longer with Dortmund. Just take Bellingham as an example. If Dortmund offered him 25 million net per year, he would still have left to go to Real Madrid and frankly, he would have made the right decision as we can now see. Players use Dortmund as an interim stop in their career.

Kimminch is a player of character and leadership, and I don't think Bayern should let him go because he has not performed well for one season. He was the player of the year of Germany a few times and he proved his ability with Bayern Munich many times. Kimminch’s age is only 28 and he still can develop his game. He has been playing for Bayern Munich for almost 10 years and now that clearly says that he has a say in the dressing room. Even though he is not performing with the ball, he can definitely help the younger ones perform. But nonetheless, he is a great player who should not be let away.

I don't think Barcelona can afford Kimminch to be honest. They have salary issues every time they sign a new player and I won’t be surprised if it happens this time. As for Manchester United, I agree with you. United needs to spend their money wisely now because they have wasted so much recently and they have flopped. Antony, Onana, Hojlund etc.

and this time Leverkusen really gave a very good performance in the bundesliga without being defeated with a consistent performance that always produces points even though it ends in a draw, but this is Xabi strategy. If he sees that the team he is in charge of is having difficulty scoring, he will give a second plan to hold the match to a draw so as not to lose points. even though a draw only gets 1 point, it means a lot for Leverkusen to continue adding points because Bayern Munich also continues to chase the point difference from Leverkusen so there is no other choice but to continue trying to provide an increasingly larger point difference.

I understand your disappointment with Dortmund's administration. They seem more interested in player sales than winning the Bundesliga. The final home game was heartbreaking. As for his transfer to Manchester United, I would not recommend joining a team which is already suffering. They are suffering to get anything right. After I carefully analysed the the growth and general performance of Xabi Alonso since he was appointed as the manager of Bayer Leverkusen, I've come to conclusion that his current performance at Bayer Leverkusen isn't gonna be a one-season wonder. He was able to develop and successfully improve the performance of the team and if he continues to stay at the club beyond this season, I think the club is surely gonna still remain competitive both in the German Bundesliga and in European competitions.

It is very impossible for Kimmich to leave Bayern Munich because it is not a short time for his career at Bayern Munich and he is a candidate for the next captain if Neuer retires later. It is an interesting decision to get Nuri Sahin to join the team as it also carries some explosive potential for the months to come.
