does the team have enough funding to survive for the coming years? my friends say they will not buy decent because of this and i post here to prove them wrong. i read on the roadmap big things are supposed to happen at the end of this year i am very excited!  

Well if they used it wisely they have more then enough. But just the developement of the underlying tech gives it value sooner or later. I don't think that people are realising the potential yet, so there's no speculative market yet.

If you read a few pages back you will see people saying that the advantage that Decent has over other ICO's from a couple of years ago is that they have a lot of money.

There is 800+ BTC in the ICO wallet left, assuming they have at least a few million in the bank left after cashing out 4000+ BTC (if they aren't spending ridiculously) and a few thousand BCH. I'd assume they have at least $5-10m at their disposal to keep the project going for 3-4 years until DECENT has it's own independent value and they can sell small amounts of DCT to keep them going from that stage on.

I really have no clue on how much of it they have cashed out, or in what point. And i am not sure if they have ever told us that.

I agree that the team should be capable of running the project at least for a few years. But I agree that it would help everyone to disclose the use of the funds. Helps to build further trust for the team and the project.

Yeah, I thought we would be a top 30 coin by now. But the project is still solid so who knows what the future hold. From what I hear Tron is like Decent. Is that right?

What I've heard is that they are similar in that I think Tron does content distribution. I still haven't studied up on it though. Just that if so I wish Decent had its market cap since it was first.

Global hackathon competitions are much more healthier and good to assure real involvement of young and experienced developers in potential blockchain based projects. Decent team has picked up another interesting location for next two days hackathon which I call as workshop which open doors to new possibilities for everyone.

I agree it is important that the team discloses more information. They raised money from the public and owe them respect in regards to that money. The team said in Telegram they are evaluating the best alternatives, so for now we need to wait for it.

I don't think there is a campaign. He is from the team and therefore wearing one. The official signature campaign ended more than a year ago and I don't think there will be a new one any time soon. But they might share the signature just to wear it for free

The one thing about the team is that they are ambitious about the project, and the fact that they still have a lot of funds, hopefully things will turn around for the best. I was checking LBRY coin thread, since they were our competitor sort off, and things are not good there.

That is so big cause I would like to appreciate the efforts of the team to become part of this revolution. I believe in future this will be very helpful when awareness will increase and so many people will recognize the potential of this blockchain. They must participate in charity events to help those to achieve their goals.

Biking is good, but people here are more worried about how the funds they invested in this project is being used. Efficiency is key in this market. Is there any answer to those concerns?

Hopefully one day soon DECENT will reach the value it deserves, the whole market is going down currently so DECENT is going the same way. This has happened many times before and eventually it will head up again.

They have sold the BTC but it doesn't mean they have spent it, they could have millions in the bank for funding for the foreseeable future.
