AriesIV10 just mentioned this on the forum and they are right.  The RPM's on your fans are WAY TO LOW!  If it is on auto, take it off of auto and put it on manual to 100% as soon as possible.  At least 80 or 85 percent minimum.  My guess is you already have them on manual and need to increase the percentage.

I am very curious about how high temperatures would affect the lifespan of S7.
It seems that from purely chips perspective, everything is peachy for OP even at as high as 73C (as far as error rates are concerned).
I try to maintain less than 60C, but some folks swear for mid 60ies as a better range.
It would be very difficult fact to establish. On the other hand, SPT was fine at up to 115C (direct chip temp, though).
i would hate to miss out on a potential +5-10 % of the hashing IF it does not affect the lifespan, but it is a big IF, of course.
On the other hand, why would Bitmain optimized fans (I am talking about auto) for 45-55C when they could have run them at 65C if it is all good at those temperatures?

I'm home again and have tested my batch 8 with my "3  lower end server psu's" DPS-600s:

4110Ghs 600Mhz 1140W
4150Ghs 625Mhz 1200W
4398Ghs 650Mhz 1245W
4490Ghs 675Mhz 1285W
4700Ghs 700Mhz 1335W

Chips seem to like about 60c temp, I get less errors as reported by others. I have fans at 45% inlet fan at 3960, outlet 3720, I took some static fins away from exhaust fan. When I unboxed miner and left it to work for weekend speed was 4500Ghs with stock fan speed of 4600. Efficiency about 0.28 I get Bitmain powers next week and test again.

Thats good to see - efficiency is not terribly affected by frequency. (600GH/200W overall)

Wow- I'm in Canada too. My bank didn't charge me nearly as much. The conversion fee was about the same- but the transfer fee was only $13. I'm with RBC.
Anyway, the transfer went well and showed as paid in about 1 business day for me. All in all, I  wasn't as bad as i had anticipated.

Having said that, I agree that BTC is definitely the way to go.

I stayed up to read the NEC till 6:30am this morning.  I slept until 2:30pm.  It is 3:30pm now.  

I do not see it written like what prelude provided regarding the "feeder to the breaker.'  However, I do see many references of "...marked 100%."  So, I must conclude 80% is the rule for all Main breakers and other breakers installed in the Main Panel or Sub Panels unless otherwise stated on the breaker that is listed.

Now, I'm going to have to determine [After talking to electrician] if it will be cheaper to have a 700 amp service provided by the power company and installed by the electrician to get what I want [OR] get a 600 amp service with special breakers "marked 100%" in special panels.  I'm not sure which will be cheaper but I will find out and pass that information along in the forum.

Yes, I'm pulling the trigger.  I'm just the type of guy who prefers to do it themselves.  If anything were to go wrong with a rig, there is no one to blame buy myself or the manufacturer [Depending on what went wrong].  I feel better not being concerned about if anything went wrong, would I be compensated for the loss of a rig(s).  I've seen too many horror stories for me to risk 78 or more rigs potentially getting lost, stolen, burned up, etc... then hope they had insurance that would take care of it IN AN EFFICIENT AND TIMELY MANNER.

There are good hosting centers I might consider trusting in the future, such as, Toomin, sidehack, or Oregon Miners.  That's about it.  In the mean time, I intend to keep going here till I reach 600 amp demand and cannot add anymore.  THEN, I will see about hosting the rest afterwards.  The price savings between keeping them for myself verses hosting is very little difference IMHO.  At least during the winter.  At present, my revenue is 4 times my power costs.

Here is some Overvolting - overclocking of my S7 Batch 1 with DPS-2000BB and J4bberwock breakout board.
Getting ~ 5660Gh/s, Voltage is 12.75 V under full load.
Power consumption at the wall is 1590Watt => 0.28J/Gh efficiency
I know it runs hot, but I need the silence.

Thank you for the advice but I want to keep the noise at a minimum. The fan is set to manual at 28%
If the temps goes > 75C, I will adjust the fan to 30%. Each 2% gives you ~ 4°C less temps.
Furthermore I checked BM1385 temp rating and Bitmain indicates here that they can take up to 125°C (Operation temperature : max 125°C) :

I know the temp sensor is not on the chips but on the boards but it should work fine I think (If chips are less than 45-50C over the temp sensor it should be good)

I have ran all my S7's at ~62 C; I haven't had any problems.  Each S7 hashes about 200gh/s more when using manual fans targeting 62C.  Those of you who don't believe this; try it for a day with one of your S7's.

If you are afraid of heat damage I suggest you get an old miner and stress test it.  I have done this with many miners; I ran an S1 between 82 and 93C for 3 months.  It had a higher error rate at that temp but otherwise was fine.

Running fans at 80% or higher will only use more power and increase vibrations; which will eventually result in your heatsinks falling off.
