while certainly no fan of cryptsy, (and am very glad to have my coins off there and would never use again, and think anyone who trades there after all that's gone on is a fool)  this points not entirely true;

i've never applied to be verified there, and refused to sign up to their new tier system, i managed to withdraw more then the above tier limits. i contacted big v directly and questioned the legality of withholding my funds (you see I work in securities, know more about AML then any of cryptsy bs fake AML team AKA horus   )., and big v let me have my funds removing all limits etc..........so its possible.

TXID(s) with matching screenshots or it didn't happen. Also, This would have to allow multiple withdrawals of 20+ BTCitcoin by a customer because as you can see, cryptsy.com-old has sent an additional 30+BTC recently, as well as many other large TXIDs. These large withdrawals were sent to the rogue wallet, then directly to the $6,000,000.00 address. I doubt you have $6,000,000.00 in BTCitcoin kelsey; Correct me if i'm wrong. If anyone can step up and refute the evidence with their own screenshots and links, showing that the BTCitcoin came from your own account on Cyptsy and was sent to your personal wallet(s), please do so. Although, proving this would also state nefarious activity. Due to the fact that Cryptsy is supposedly under scrutiny to strictly follow KYC anti money laundering rules and regulations.

i personally don't hold bitcoin (unless needed for specific alt trades), but i have since this tier system exceeded the tier limits you listed (without applying for any verification), in litecoin and atleast one other alt.

i've had only 2.3 btc pending for 5 days now. im honestly not really interested in who in this thread does what unless you can send me the pending withdraw.

...luckily im not dying and in need of it right this second. (which is why i've been patient for the past few days, ever after being banned from the chat for asking about btc withdraw, and i guess so have many others)

however i am taking this serious, and in interest of self preservation/financial stability, and the same for the community who is missing their coins right now, i contacted a lawyer, and

he said he'd gladly start a class action lawsuit, and has already taken paul vernon to court before.

he told me to get everyone together who has their money "stuck" in cryptsy with no valid explanation, and he'd be more than happy to help everyone.

honestly that means nothing to me. im posting for the people in this thread that have btc stuck in cryptsy. i like many others,  im not an infant and dont give a shit about the drama aside from the non withdraw-able funds. to me this is business, not a soap opera. i could care less who said what, when, where and why. i have some BTC stuck there along with many other people, and want them to know there is legal recourse they can follow, from a lawyer in florida who has already sued cryptsy before.

Too bad you didn't pay MORE attention to the drama in this thread, because if you had, you'd probably have your coins.  I posted over a month ago how I took my coins off via ETH and sold them on Poloniex, at a profit I might add.  Others did too.  Going the lawyer route will net you 50 cents on the dollar IF YOU'RE LUCKY.

As to the he said/she said drama, it was precisely the sleuthing of Gleb, Spoetnik, Hippytech and others that turned the heat up on these scoundrels and got some other folks to
