Cryptsy's tramps and thieves
Masquerading as shills at Crypto town
They're Cryptsy's tramps and thieves
Every night and day they can all be found
Tradin' their altcoins around
And  around, and around, and around

Did they have their maintenance downtime?  I see people in the trollbox still complaining about no BTC withdrawals.

Important System Notification

https://www.cryptsy.com/

We will be bringing all wallets offline for some much needed network upgrades. This maintenance should take approximately one hour and will take place from 7pm - 8pm EST. This will not affect trading or markets.

Reads to me like Corruptsy has yet to perform the previously announced 1-hour maintenance.

Gleb and Spoetnik, any chance you guys could take your discussion to another thread. The stuff you guys are posting lately seems loosely connected at best and is making this thread extremely difficult to follow.

You post one more time on this thread your ass is done buddy /period

and YOU KNOW why.

No, I don't know why. WTF are you talking about? I respectfully ask you to stop polluting this thread and you respond with a strange threat? You people are nuts.

I'm not participating in this thread anymore. It's completely turned to shit. These guys have twisted it into something strange and incomprehensible at this point. Good luck to all of you.

Moving to Puerto Rico...

Stakeminers - Cryptsy Exchange Issue - 18 December 2015
Clients,
Stakeminers is advising clients that earnings are being adversely impacted by the current difficulties on the major altcoin exchange, Cryptsy. Cryptsy is having technical difficulties related to the exchange of altcoins for bitcoin which is forcing traders to move altcoins out of Cryptsy to other exchanges in order to sell them for bitcoin.
This practice is creating false price lows by for many of the altcoins Stakeminer holds. In addition a number of altcoins wallets are in maintenance mode and are not tradeable, putting further downward pressure on prices.
We have been advised that new computer equipment should be installed on Friday, December 18, 2015, which will address the issue of altcoin wallets in maintenance mode. However, there is no guarantee at this time that bitcoin withdrawals will resume.
Stakeminers will keep you advised as the situation develops. If you have any questions please email us at: info (at) stakeminers.com.
Michael Zinck

Clearly, Leroy Fodor and his masturbating partner, Michael Zinck, are well aware of Cryptsy problems, but stick it up anybody else's asses for espousing the same fuckin' thing they're just now bringing to light.

Follow the link in my sig to read the over hundred lies Leroy Fodor has penned over the years.

I never said anything when everyone flipped out on you telling you to fuck off
when you started spamming this topic (last month) when offers to buy peoples Bitcoin at Cryptsy.
Nope.. i let them all bitch you out for that sleazy ass bs.
This time i will step up though.. You have a lot of nerve asking some of us to be quiet
when your loitering around this topic trying to lure people into a deal where you rape them.
Nobody wants to sell you their Cryptsy BTC at a fraction of their current value.
You are acting like a spammer and a predator.

No one here on any side of any of this will think what your doing is acceptable.
And yeah you were spamming on & off.. you show back up and every couple comments you post
your wall of text again and again.. Buying Cryptsy BTC blah blah..
You want to contribute to the discussion then fine but your predatory spamming is not cool.
There is no reason why you can't just start a topic of your own and put it in your SIG or something.

You do it again i will show everyone ALL of your spam posts you made (showing how bad it's gotten)
Then i will be creating a Reputation topic on you asking all of crypto to do me a favor and leave you a negative rating.
I bet a bunch of people who don't like me would support the idea.

Predators who profit on others misery will not get any respect from me.
What were you asking guy ? 25% cut ?
You should be ashamed !

"Hey, Katrina, turn on the Cryptsy channel to see what's the latest. Terrik's busy arb'ing in China, then we're schedule to online game later tonight after we troll Bruno's scammy ass. HAHAHA"

"Hey, Leroy, Terrik here. Horus just informed me that somethin's not goin' right. Can we game tomorrow instead?"

"Not this shit again!"

"Hey, JShock, should have I saved the data to backups prior to unplugging the machines, or is the info now stored in China enough if shit happens? Not sayin' that it will, but just sayin'. And, tell Ginny I say hey."

Their 1hr maintenance is complete and it doesnt seem to have resolved anything.

I went through a list of alt coins with decent volume to see if I could use one of them as a method of withdrawing, but they are ALL inflated in price on Cryptsy.  That is suspicious as shit

Hey, the ONLY fuckin' thing that matters is that GoldSeal's CasinoCoin was able to trade during Cryptsy's hour long shutdown, along with DOGE, and several other coins, according to what I'm seeing. Take a looksee yourself, not taking the word of a scammy ass - ME. HAHAHA

JShock mentioned in the chat during the downtime that trading would not be suspended during the maintenance window... but if trading isnt suspended, the only thing left are transfers, deposits and withdraws.   I dont know if deposits were working during the window, but we all know withdraws already werent.

FWIW, the one possible way I found to get your coins out with minimal loss is to trade to LTC, then to MOON, then withdraw the MOON out to Bleutrade.  Seems the be the only coin with substantial order sizes to survive big dumps for transfer and the price difference is only 1LIT between the exchanges.   This is of course taking into account that you use the free withdraw option at Cryptsy

The graph clearly shows no activity for an hour, yet the orderbook shows mega activity during a time which nobody was able to trade on Cryptsy.

All wallets will be offline on Friday 12/18 for one hour due to equipment changes.

Leroy Fodor, kick me in my balls again for clearly fucking up! I'm so fuckin' new to all this, thus didn't realize that trading between individuals can easily commence sans the use of altcoin wallet addresses. That said, I just sent Leroy ten bucks worth of bitcoins via my other laptop that's not plugged in, but he'll get the money once I plug it in, thus officially registering the transaction.

Question: Can you explain to me like I'm five how hundreds, if not thousands of transactions are tracked sans the use of Cryptsy generated wallet addresses that are unable to be generated while there's no connect to power or the networks?
