I have Tsitsipas ML,  , odds is too tempting not to bet on him. Maybe this will be his chance to beat Djokovic who knows.

I remember that there is a tournament last year that Tsitsipas was leading, won the first set and was in the middle of the second. However, it was raining so the game has to be suspended for a couple of hours. However, when they come back, it was a different Djokovic and Tsitsipas has lost the momentum. So perhaps this might happen again but this time, Tsitsipas will have the mentality to win.

Last years Roland Garros final, Tsitsipas was up 2 sets to 0 against Djokovic than Djokovic
flicked a switch and won the remaining 3 sets!

TBH I cant see him beating Djokovic in the final today. Djokovic is playing great, Ruud
didnt get a chance yesterday. Djokovic sees the #21 GS ahead of him and this tournament
is the launch pad for RG.

I've gone for a 2:1 Tsitsi win at 6.06. He's not even 3/1 ML and I should have been alert enough to get an early final appearance, but I think if he wins, he'll still lose a set. You're talking about the French Open, where he was my outright pick actually, broke my heart since then, as he actually led that last meeting 2 sets before the weather ruined his flow, like you said.

I am also expecting 3 sets here, it seems all their clay matches have a tendency to go the distance. I have chosen safest over 21.5 games @1.86 bet which can pass even in 2 sets. Really can't decided who will take the title and odds for exactly 3 sets is just @2.3 so over has better value.

In the women's final we have untouchable Swiatek against Jabeour and I am taking Swiatek 2:0 @1.55 here. She did not drop a set here yet and absolutely destroyed Sabalenka yesterday while Jabeour looked done and dusted in the first part of the match. This one should be easy even though H2H is favoring Jabeour a little.

The problem for young players is that they are used to playing shorter matches on two won sets, and they have not played many matches on three won sets and don't have enough experience in such matches.
Due to the rule of three won sets, it is much harder to win the GS tournament because the players need a lot more physical and mental strength, and Djokovic and Nadal have an advantage over the competition here, when they are completely healthy and ready.
However, I'm not sure how much Nadal and Djokovic will be ready for the RG. Nadal suffers from injury and Djokovic has not played many matches this year and has not yet reached his playing peak.
Maybe this year we get another winner at the GS in Paris?

First set ended with clean sweep, 6:0 for Djoković with plenty of winners thrown into the mix. Only good thing about set like this is that player starts second set without emotional baggage. It would be even worse if he lost in tie break. This way I am still believing Tsitsi can make this interesting. He can't possibly play any worse

Finally Djokovic returned to play as we are used to knowing him... as number 1. I missed his performance "out of the ordinary".
 
It must be said that today probably was not the best day for Tsitsipas.
It is clear that he was really tired, a bit angry. In the first set he smashed a racket at 4-0 against his bag... and even in the second set despite a clear advantage (4-2) he was unable to capitalize on the victory of the set.

At least you got the Swiatek expected clean sweep, huh Trofo? 28-win streak but it's all up again with Jabeur as favourite for RG. Ons is at 16/1 though... something in me itching for a bet.

Yea straight forward enough win by both Djokovic and Swiatek and I would say both
are guaranteed finalists for RG.

The only player able to trouble Djokovic currently is Alcaraz and in terms of Swiatek

I can't believe you got odds like that after first few games. It was 1.5 before the match and after leading 2:0 or 3:0 I sort of expected odds like 1.15 or 1.30 max.

Tsitispas had all in his hands in second set. Just needed to serve it out one more time and I would have gotten a perfect day. But it is what it is and new tournaments are starting tomorrow. Plenty of opportunity for some winning bets.

Yeah, Djokovic really got into a great start, Stefanos tries his best in the second set, but Djokovic is too good this day. Well time win for him leading to the Roland Garros.

Yes, she really does. Unless Barty makes a surprise comeback? I would love to see Barty playing Swiatek in this sort of form, but sadly won't happen. It's difficult to see anyone stopping Swiatek at RG.

On the men's side, Djokovic's return to form looks quite ominous for everyone else. Nadal is clearly not 100%, Medvedev will be rusty on his return to the tour but is poor on clay anyway, and the usual 'nearly' contenders (Tsitsipas, Zverev etc) are likely to make the later rounds but then fall. Unless Nadal can miraculously get back to full fitness very quickly, it probably leaves Alcaraz as the only real challenger. Hope he's on the opposite side of the draw to Djokovic, or else the biggest match at RG might happen before the final.

The way swiatek is performing is really impressive its been a while since we have seen a women dominating in such a long period of time but the question is can she keep it up which i highly doubt so i think we may see her lose in the grand slam as for men i think djokovic will win the next one alcaraz is indeed a strong opponent and a treat on clay but we have yet to see how he perform in a grand slam.

Very good odds, no? Waiting for final outright rather than winners, as I just haven't been able to pick a winner for yonks unless it was a huge favourite and only time I pick that kind of favourite is when there's a nice promo to go along with.

Anyone been following Dominic Thiem's progress since he is back playing? He was
playing Cecchinato today at the Geneva tournament and lost 3-6, 4-6. He will be
rightly frustrated with his progress.

I had a mini bet on him to win today but it wasnt to be, Its frustrating because be needs
game time to continue building but if you get knocked out early you dont benefit, obvious really

Swiatek is playing amazingly, but we can't say that she'd beat Barty if she hadn't retired. Personally I'd still favour Barty, but I suppose we'll never know. Swiatek has lost only 3 matches this year... including the one time she played Barty, just before the AO, and lost 6-2 6-4. Has Swiatek raised her level since then? Yes. Enough to beat Barty? Impossible to say for sure, but Barty was a long way ahead of everyone else.

Norrie^{no.1 seed} has booked his place in the quarter final against Baez, as has
de Minaur who faces Watanuki. de Minaur has been performing well lately.

Couple of interesting matches today, Carreno Busta the second seed plays Coria and
Khachanov, seeded 5 plays Molcan, both seeds should win their matches. They
are obviously both favoirites, I have gone with Kachanov @1.5 to win.
