There were a lot of accusations in the past that tennis players are throwing some matches. I even read that there are a player in the top 10 that is involved in this kind of game fixing but he/she was not named. If this is true then the player is such a disgrace to the tennis world. He should be totally ban from ATP tournaments. |

This is great to see one of the greatest players get back the number 1 spot after a long time not being up there. Its great to also see Federer right up there as well, two of the greatest players ever and they are still performing well at the top level. Congrats to Zverev on his best ranking of his career so far. I can't wait for the US Open to start! Yeah good to see young player like Zverev being in the top 10 ranking at his age of 18 years old he belong to the top caliber player is quite amazing, hopefully he can get grand slam trophy sooner in other hand Rafa Nadal is performing well this year what really excited to see is when Rafa & Roger will fight for Championship in US open this is a fight of the verteran and great name of tennis. Finally the day comes, i am waiting for this day to see Nadal in 1st place. He really deserves this place. This year his performance is outstanding. Nadal , he may not be in good form in hard court but he certainly is in good shape , you can't rule him out from big tourneys . I am rooting for him as this is a great chance for him to increase his Grand Slam count . Also don't forget about Thiem . |

Yep, no Raonic either and Nishikori out rest of the year. Things are lining up quite nicely for Federer as it did at Wimbledon. Nadal will probably be his biggest obstacle. What a year it will be if he can win 3 majors after turning 35 |

Its a shame that so many top players will be missing in this years US Open and like you I think this gives Roger Federer a big opportunity to win his 3rd Grand Slam of the year but he does have a tough draw to get through first and if he does then he deserves to be US Open champion. Also Nadal has a big chance even though he isn't the best on hard courts but he is in top form which is good enough to win this tournament. Or will we see an up and coming superstar win? I'm looking forward to this US Open. |
