Was actually going to do the same now against Djoko to sort of squeeze out some value but he might actually lose this first set... Sinner's really grinding it out!

just took Djokovic @1.42, seems as value, expected to lose one set (not first one, but it is still for first set losing as well)
Sinner has momentum, serving for first set, and playing well, but it is a long match, best-of-5, and he needs a lot of experience to challenge Djoko, will be interesting dough

Didn't want to bet in this game as it is already included in two other multi bets but I think I caught the right moment:

A bet on Djokovic to win with odds of 1.94 is good in any situation  Roll Eyes At least it's better than I thought to bet massively at 1.16 odds. Maybe the odds are even better if he loses the first set, but I'm not likely to increase the risk.

Right now the odds could've increased even higher than @1.94, because Sinner wins the second set 6-2. I checked with Stake and the betting on the match have got odds of Novak Djokovic @2.35 and Sinner @1.55 and there were more prediction stating that Novak Djokovic will easily reach the finals. For now things were getting to be tough for him.

Yes, big upset brewing. Sinner has just taken the second set... pretty easily as it happens, 6-2.
Sinner is playing well, but at the same time, Djokovic just doesn't really look like the Djokovic we know. Of course we can't write him off, even from 2 sets down.
In the past, in this situation, I'd still back Djokovic to win. But today, he just doesn't look like he's fully there, whether it's fitness or what, maybe nursing an injury, I don't know.
Djokovic normally has answers to every problem he faces, today he doesn't. He doesn't even seem that bothered.

I'm not at all surprised either way.
Djokovic played a "fluctuating" season losing matches that on paper might seem within his reach (like those immediately after the Australian Open).
Let's see if Sinner is able to close at third set, we are at a fundamental moment

Of course, I didn’t think that Djokovic would let me down, but sooner or later it had to happen. At the moment, to be honest, a 1.65 Sinner bet looks like obvious value, but I'm done with betting for today (losing Djokovic burns my two more multis).
Why did the odds for Nadal go up to 1.34? Is he really going to lose?

Why did the odds for Nadal go up to 1.34? Is he really going to lose?

With the way the Djokovic match is going, Nadal is more likely to be the favourite for the tournament. Nadal started the tournament with zero practice on grass and fresh back from surgery... it took him a couple of matches to really get into his stride, but he's getting stronger each round and is looking in quite ominous form at the moment.

Meanwhile on Centre... the inevitable fightback is beginning, Djokovic now a break up in the third. But he's shown a lot of vulnerability in this match, and the other big names (well, Nadal, there aren't any other big names left!) will be taking notice.

Loads of drama in men's don't you just love it when it goes all the way?

Time for me to tune out but Djokovic's comeback (I'm not jinxing it am I?) should make for good reading later.

Yup, soon as Sinner won first set I took a live one on Djoko @1.46. I know I already have an outright on him but it looked really good value too for me.

Of course, had I seen him at 2 sets down I'd have bet no matter what -- should have been at least 3/1 eh?

Sinner after winning the first two sets have lost the next two sets. Djokovic has shown his class and proved that he can level the match even with two sets down.
The match is totally level now and it can go anyone's way from on. Personally, i wish Djokovic to win this last set and move ahead in this tournament.  After all, he is the favorite to win the title.

Djokovic never gives up whatever the score is. I think that this is one of the most important features that a champion needs to have. He didn't panic even though he was 2-0 behind in the sets. And he managed to win the other three sets also. Even though Djokovic was almost losing the game in the 2019 Wimbledon finale, he managed to win the cup.

Djokovic has the habit of coming from behind and managing to win the match. It's not easy to be 2-0 and still manage to win the match. You need to have strong nerves to not only stay in the match but also beat the opponent.
Today's win will give more confidence to Djokovic to win another title.

Tough test for both favorites. Nadal vs Fritz and Djokovic vs Sinner. I think if Djoker gets past Sinner, he will surely reach the finals as I think he should be able to beat Goffin/Norrie in the next round. Sinner absolutely dismantled one of the favs in Carlos Alcaraz with a convincing 4 set match win. How surprising is it that we are going to witness one of Garin or Kyrgios into the semi-finals of Wimbledon?
All these matches are going to be interesting. I was much into the game of Nick Kyrgios vs Cristian Garin, because both have given similar performance. They're close in terms of age, rank. Both are playing against each other for the first time. Nick Kyrgios is expected to make a win based on the odds.
Kyrgios at his top level beats Garin at his top level every time on grass and does it easy. Problem is, we never know when Kyrgios will manage to present his top level while I am quite sure Garin will play a good match and fight it out for every single point.

Sinner could be a test for Djokovic and Fritz already showed that he can beat Nadal this year. I am looking at outsiders to take at least one set as the bets to go for.
So that’s a thing in tennis huh, dress code for specific grounds… Am not a big fan of tennis though so you could pardon me if I don’t know much of the game but I watched a reply of the round of 16 on the evening of yesterday and it was such an amazing watch. I kind of fancied the way Kyrgios played but it seems his arm injury is going to pose some measure problems on how far he would go in the competition. You could see him straining his arm and doing some exercises after some rounds and that doesn’t seem very good to me. He did manage it good but and advanced to the quarter finals but the semi finals is where I think it would end for him.

Of course, had I seen him at 2 sets down I'd have bet no matter what -- should have been at least 3/1 eh?

yeah, took him again @2.39 at 2:5 in second set, bigger odds than Outright bet to win Wimbledon
somehow, it was clear that he will turn it after 0:2, and Sinner was not even close to win, he has a lead, but never been close to match ball or something, so passed without any nervous

second match is also fifth setter, expected easier win from Norrie, and at the moment, Goffin is a bit better, but I think that Norrie will meet Djokovic in semi-final, a lot of tennis today in men's category, two matches and maximal ten sets Smiley

I meant why Nadal's odds are increasing (which means, according to the bookmakers, the probability of winning is decreasing), if I'm not mistaken yesterday the odds were about 1.2 today 1.3 i.e. bookmakers believe that the probability of Nadal's victory has decreased overnight.

Djokovic saved my single bet and two multi bets, one now fully closed:

Jauber Ons, by the way, also lost the first set but then won 2. So far, despite the gigantic volatility of seemingly “sure” games, I have been successful in tennis  Cheesy

These all odds were juicy and surely free money because while Djokovic was 2 sets behind my 11 years son was sitting near me and watching this match comfortably, and I was surprised by his attitude because Djokovic is his favorite sports person, and he was losing, but my son was still normal as I talk to him about this situation his reply was interesting.

Djokovic hates new players, so he gives them some good chance after this he will ruin his game and same happen, but sadly I was not able to place my bet on this odd because I'm having network trouble now as I check result feeling sad he is doing these tactics for some years and working for punters because mostly after losing first set or two sets odds jumps, and he enjoys this all situation which is wired for me but still this was good entertaining match.

Sinner could be in better shape after sometime because he is currently the most exciting player in tennis circuit.

Djokovic used his toilet break today to talk to his reflection. Obviously it listened well after Djokovic lost the first two sets.  Cheesy
But I really liked the way Sinner played today and I'm sure we will see a lot more from him in the future. I'm looking forward to the next tournaments with him.

LOL, he admitted that he had a pep talk in the bathroom and perhaps he wanted to psyche himself. Yeah, still impressive play by Sinner, taking out Alcaraz earlier and then almost beat Djokovic. He is still 20 years old, before we forget. So a lot of good tennis from this kid. And I thought that he can do it after winning the first two sets.

So it will be Norrie vs Djokovic in the semifinals, haven't check the odds, but for sure Djokovic again will be the favorite.

Been a few nice green slips for me at Wimbledon too, the upset/comeback picks are quite good. Really wish had more time to bet live too, miss out all the 0-2 down bets but no complaints.

Kyrgios, Nadal or Djoko has to be the next casualty, agree? No problem for me to put one bet each on Garin and Fritz, but I'll wait for Fritz to get above 4/1 if I happen to be able to live, for now Aussie killer Garin @4.54, see if he keeps earning me money.

@KTChampions ha I forgot you had that weird acca on the favs, think almost everyone in your picks saved you with comeback wins! Had some small successes myself, singles though and yesterday even tried an uncharacteristic tiny 3-legger with a 10USDT freebet win from the last 4-3-free (sportsbet), just need Halep to win today to book it!

Well Sinner certainly has upped his game at Wimbledon, big dissapointment for him
though. Didnt Djokovic do the same at the French open 2 or 3 years ago? gave Tsitsipas 2
sets and then won the other 3!

In todays Quarters I am fearing more for Nadal than Kyrgios. Fritz is going well
and has beaten Nadal already but yea this is a GS.
