What is happening with the Rockets? are they expose by the Clippers here? I was thinking it would be a close game but it seems like the Clippers are betting them every quarter,.. Rockets are dead when their 3 point shooting is not hitting, Clippers knows how to beat them?

That's the answer right there. When the Rockets is not hitting 3's or shoot at a low percentage, they will surely lose. I guess, their small ball won't really work specially in the playoffs. I mean they're not the GSW.
PJ Tucker as a starting center is still a joke. Though, they have been winning games, but I don't really trust their line up in the playoffs.

That's correct because they can't be so stable in the playoffs, that's a series, once the opposite team figure out how to stop their 3 point shooting, what would they do next?  they can't score in the inside so most probably they'll just rely too much on the outside, and the game is over.

They need to keep the rotations to workout, they are smaller now but if all of their key players will keep playing the monster game that they can be
it's not easy to any team to stop them, playoffs is different so for sure Rockets managements know this and they have the adjustment and not only
for shooting the rainbow arc but also attacking the weak side and take every advantages that they can get from their opponent.

Let see if they adjust for that matters since if they will really on 3pts then  they will be anticipated by the opponent and in future they will got a problem in the paint area since I'm sure with this  their opponent will use that as their weakness to beat their ass up especially if they face Lakers or Clippers in play offs.

Let see if they adjust for that matters since if they will really on 3pts then  they will be anticipated by the opponent and in future they will got a problem in the paint area since I'm sure with this  their opponent will use that as their weakness to beat their ass up especially if they face Lakers or Clippers in play offs.

Playoffs is different, a lot of adjustment that is going to happen as no team would just allow to be beaten by their opponent.

 Lebron could literally break 40k points if he continues like this. I know it will be very very tough and I know it requires a longevity that we haven't seen in probably 30 years but dude is on the way to being one of the best players at 35 years old that ever played at that age and he doesn't look to be stopping. Dude is literally leading the league in assists this year at age of 35, which is insane to think about.

 Even if he avarages 1500 points in the next 4 seasons (by age of 39) he would be able to break the 40k point barrier, lets be honest unless he gets a super bad injury he can average 1500 points quite easily, dude is around that level right now and we still have 20 games or so left in the season as well. I think we will see lebron at age of 40 with a 40 thousand point, 10 thousand assist and 10 thousand rebounds which if you ask me will probably never happen in the next decade after him, dude has been a machine of excellence and I do not see anyone else being that good for that consistently ever again.

I doubt it, I think the result will not that be surprising.

I can't speculate about that but for now, let's just use their games to it. As far as I know, these two teams fought in the court twice, and those games are won by the Milwaukee Bucks. 129 to 14, and 119 to 91. The first game, Kawhi was not in the game and they fought well better than when Kawhi is there with a 28 score deficit. I know that these data is not that reliable with the small number of games they have but still, I think Bucks can still win against Clippers in the Finals.

I am sure from now on we will see a lot more players who will play at around 40 years old as well because technology of sports science has improved a lot and taking care of body is a lot easier today than it was 30 years ago. Players who started the league today will be able to play for 2 decades without too many problems unless they face big injuries.

Obviously, there are still times like what happened to Kobe (rip) where no matter how much you take care of yourself you will never be like before, but without that type of career ending type of injury, many players will play until 40 without a problem. So, that means good players (many superstars from today's game like Giannis) could very well break into 40k points in the next 10 or so years if they do not get a horrible injury streak or anything and just play 10 more seasons with a decent health.

Clippers and Lakers are both hot, they both chances to extend and reached the finals, it's tough to choose between this two teams as Leonard and James are bringing their teams into it's finest. The chance are equal for this terms to meet in the West finals.

I would also like to add some observations about the longevity of Lebron.

Others might not agree with me, but in this era, basketball games is soft. That's why players are not that banged in and out and to some extent could factor why players can still maintain their form despite playing 10-15 seasons.

As compare to the late 80's-90's and early 2000 wherein the game is pretty physical. Today you can go to the ring uncontested, as compare to those era that once you get inside, for sure there are going to be a lot of help and chances are you will get hurt with elbows poke in the face etc.

We all know that he had one of the worst injuries we witnessed in a game last year and everyone is hoping for a good recovery. Clippers is so damn strong even their roleplayers are almost like stars of NBA.
Lou Williams specially. That guy have made his way being the 6th man of the year and over and over again.  3 times to be exact.
He is supposed to be a star now which is in the first five of one team but I think he just want it that way.

He can shoot, he can make his way to the rim. He can really score. An offensive guy.
Bucks is something else to talk about.
I want to see more with Bledsoe. It's like he is becoming on and off and that is not good if you want the championship.

The NBA just sent a memo on every teams that there might some cases where they're going to play in an empty arena, without the attendance of the fans and media.
But they are still considering some disadvantages if they going to push this to happen.

I guess there are still necessary options left so the NBA can still continue to play with the fans in the arena, such as strict implementation of checking the temperatures and health conditions of every person that comes to the game, including the players, staff, and coach.

As much as I wanted this to happen, we cannot really tell. There are too many contenders on the West and any team can take the Western Conference championship.  Unlike in the East, unless Giannis chokes, it is most likely the Bucks to bag their conference championship.

IF this happens, the role players will make the big difference in taking the Championship. Clippers have solid role players like Williams and Beverly. They do not even have to heavily rely on their star players. Which I can also say with the Bucks. This what makes watching them very exciting.
