Its just funny that CP3 really is 0-12 when the game is being officiated by Scott Foster. We might think that there is a bit of biased on it but we can't say it without proofs at all.
Nice trivia, I don't know that, however, I still believe that the Suns did not lose because of the officiating, that's too unfair for the Bucks because we saw how they bounce back from the first two losses and they have dominated the Suns already winning the next 4 games. Maybe next time CP3 has to be friendly with the refs especially with Scott Foster so the curse will be broken. I think it's just a coincidence. Scott Foster's won't do such a thing or it will cost him his career. It's not easy to look for a job when you are at that age. I believe it's 13 playoff losses straight now after game 6 and an overall playoff record of 2-16. Sad for sure and hard to discount. You could maybe say that Scott Foster calls fouls in a way that hurts CP3, but something is definitely up there. The only way to justify the statistic and not think Scott Foster should be fired is if he's doing it on their behalf, which is where all the conspiracy theories come from. I haven't heard Chris Paul comment on it at all, but I suspect it will be in his documentary once he retires.

And even reminded him of that string of losses: https://twitter.com/MarcJSpears/status/1301374451066470400So the conspiracy theories continues and CP3 is still haunted by this and we will never know the real story about their beef and maybe he can tell it all once he retires as you said.

I tried to dig deep because of this. I just want to know what players, coaches and assistant coaches think about him and I think your speculation might be true. Or it could be a bad police, good police rehearsal that they do behind the scenes and Scott Foster just loves to be the bad police. We don't know. Here's the article from LA Times making a survey about top best and top worst officials dated 2016. Yes, he had been hated for a long time. https://www.latimes.com/sports/nba/la-sp-nba-best-worst-referees-20160131-story.htmlTop best: 1. Danny Crawford, who got 30 votes. 2. Joey Crawford (no relation), with 25 votes. 3. Monty McCutchen, with 13 votes. Top worst: 1. Scott Foster, with 24 votes. 2. Lauren Holtkamp, with 14 votes. 3. Marc Davis, with 12 votes. I think the deep reason was he never do conversations with whoever is trying to correct him. He doesn't admit his mistakes unlike other officials.

Maybe next time CP3 has to be friendly with the refs especially with Scott Foster so the curse will be broken. Speaking of OKC Thunder, I saw Kemba Walker after checking their roster and he is gone in the Celtics roster already but I can't find any legitimate news yet. https://www.nba.com/news/celtics-trade-kemba-walker-picks-to-thunderThe Celtics are bringing Al Horford back, trading point guard Kemba Walker to Oklahoma City for the five-time All-Star on Friday in Brad Stevens’ first major move since he moved from the Boston bench to the front office.
Boston will also send the No. 16 overall draft pick and a 2025 second-rounder to the Thunder and receive 7-footer Moses Brown and a 2023 second-round pick in return. So it seems it's official already, maybe they think that Kemba is not really a perfect fit for them, specially in their run on the play offs wherein his performance really goes down (maybe he has injury or something). Interesting to note that they will get back Al Horford to man the middle for them.

As for the Pels side of things, it's a good trade, getting rid of bad contracts and opening up cap space. Lonzo will be a restricted free agent, so their roster could have a completely new look come next season. It'll be interesting to see who they bring in to play alongside Ingram and Zion, don't forget they also have a rookie head coach, Willie Green. So, a lot of question marks ahead for New Orleans...
The NBA draft is this Thursday, July 29, we should see more trades being done in the upcoming days.
I think Lonzo will opt out of the Pelicans since his father wants the 3 of his sons to reunite at Charlotte Hornets. I'm not sure but I have a feeling it will going to happen. Valanciunas is indeed a good addition for the Pelicans, and I myself is also excited to see these young Pelicans to mature and become a championship caliber team. I'm hoping Ingram and Zion to stay with the Pelicans until they win a championship. Drafts and trades are still here to give the fans an excitement during the off season.

I curiously check that and yes I see his name under OKC rosters, his journey chasing for the title with the Boston is now over. Was thinking what if he stayed with Charlotte and let MJ managed his career, imagine building a good squad around him as the main man of the team, for sure there are lots of media exposures and more advertisements for him. Moving forward, let see what impacts he might bring to this franchise and who's going to be there to help him out.

He retired already and he is now 69 living a peaceful life. I guess. 39 years of servicing the NBA and was stopped by a knee injury. I think age is also part of the reason behind it. He will be remembered obviously, because of the Tim Duncan first ejection incident of his career from laughing on the sidelines. Bad mood + Duncan grilling him for an offensive foul. Refs had their bad days too but being professional should stay. He was later fined, suspended for the whole season and even went through anger management sessions just to get back for work. After that he admitted he made a mistake and became one of the best officials out there.

I really do not get the Celtics trade, that looks nearly like "get Kemba out no matter what" type of trade, never understood why teams like Al Horford so much and pay him that much neither, he is not really a good center neither, dude plays with 14 points and 7 rebounds, that is not really a great deal, in this day and age you need centers who can either shoot and spread the floor, or at least grab more rebounds for the shooters to retry when they miss, needs to be a great pick and roll defender as well because that is used but needs to be master and pick and pop as well.
So long story short this wasn't a trade to get AH to the team, this was a move to send Kemba away no matter what and they got a deal from OKC, they didn't even get a good pick or anything, they weren't really looking for any profit on this trade, only thing they cared about was sending him away. Weird move.

I've never known this conspiracy but it's freakingly eerie and for sure CP3 has thought about it. The NBA draft is this Thursday, July 29, we should see more trades being done in the upcoming days.
That's for sure, can't wait for the trades to come and feel the same heat as what we've seen with the Nets roster update before.

I've never known this conspiracy but it's freakingly eerie and for sure CP3 has thought about it. It's just a coincidence, I think CP3 has a phobia on Scott Foster so he never wins a game when this guy is the referee. If the NBA sees that he is not making his job fairly, they can easily fire him, unless the NBA themselves are involved. I guess we should stop making this kind of theory, it's just senseless IMO.

Not sure why Celtics just keep trading their guard position though.

They might focus on Brown and Tatum this time instead of putting more guards in their lineup. This trade is one of the big ones early before the Draft pick. Most of the time they do it after. The other was Valanciunas being sent to Pelicans for Steven Adams, Bledsoe, and two future first-round picks. https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/31891102/memphis-grizzlies-trade-jonas-valanciunas-new-orleans-pelicans-steven-adams-eric-bledsoe-sources-sayIt's going to be a roller-coaster ride including the draft pick with so many good young players to choose from.

We’ve been watching for 13 games straight now. At this point it goes well beyond coincidence. You could make the case that Chris Paul has some sort of mental block when it comes to winning games with him as a ref, or maybe Scott Foster calls certain fouls other refs don’t, but there has got to be a cause for this statistical anomaly.

Kemba Walker is out of the Boston Celtics line-up, what surprises me is them getting Al again, they could get someone that can really play 'true' center position, for me Al is not.
Yes, it could be that Tatum and Brown will be the center piece of Boston. And as early as before the playoffs starts, there is already a rumour that Kemba was already on the trading block. The story from an insider says that the Boston management is concern about Kemba's nagging knee injury. And it is now confirmed that he has been shipped out to OKC. I'm interested to hear about Ben Simmons case though, we all know that how poorly he show himself in the playoffs and even Joel was vocal about it. Maybe it's time for the Sixers to trade him before next season. Same case with KP, he is so inconsistent as a Dallas and didn't compliment Luka well in the playoffs.

Same here. I am more of following KP because I have read the story that he is not happy with the Mavs. It looked like he disappointed the fans but there is a deeper reason behind it. The plays that given were all for Luka and all he had to do is wait in the corner like a PJ Tucker style offensive play. No player who thinks he can do many things will like that idea. His contract will also be a problem if a trade happens, its way big for other teams considering how prone he is to injuries. He better stay with Mavs, make peace with Luka and create some chemistry.

I saw a post on Facebook yesterday saying that the Sixers and the Raptors have a proposed trade. Sixers will receive VanVleet, Anunoby and some picks. Raptors will received Simmons. Well, the Raptors did declined that trade and I think that its the better decision. Simmons' future is kinda unpredictable right now and its risky for the Raptors to get a player who can't even shoot threes and can't make free throws and will trade 2 of their most talented players. I think that the Raptors are in the rebuilding phase but this isn't the trade that they want to. Now the question is who will get Ben Simmons and where he will land this off-season . The Ben Simmons Saga continues .

Not to brag but I would bite my tongue this time because the guy is still young and he would improve if he do so. There's too many room for improvement for him but it isn't impossible of he puts effort and doesn't mean what he does in the the past that he will still have the same future. There will be too many rumors circulating right now and it's just better to avoid the hype because even the Nets superteam hasn't gone much this season - all for hype and deals.

Not aware of the Luka and KP thingy inside the Mavs, but definitely we have seen them in the playoffs and I would say that it is showing in the games wherein KP wil just pass the ball and doesn't want to shoot. But in any case, the management should step in and make this two a great player and Dallas in the contention for the playoffs next year or even land in the top 3 in the West. I know it's difficult because there are a lot of good teams. But Luka has proven himself already that he can carry the Dallas, he just needed another supporting cast and KP could fill that one up nicely.

He will surely improve, I believe in that, and actually, it's not hard for him to train especially his FT shooting as he is a talented player. If Giannis has improved his free throw shooting a bit, I think Simmons can also do his. Maybe, he needs to play with other teams where he will not only be a shadow of the main superstar because 76ers already have Embiid which I believe not a good team player.
