Golden State Warriors are going to play one of their most comfortable games tomorrow morning. Their competitor is Detroit Pistons and they are one of the worst teams in general. Warriors will have Curry and Thompson both in this game as it seems. Considering this fact, they will have a big opportunity to get an easy win unless they make simple mistakes. They lost to Timberwolves in their last game and they would want to make up for this bad loss in this one. I'm favoring Warriors and maybe I can add them to my betslip too.
This would be an easy game for GSW and a sure win for them. They can't afford to lose this one since KT is adjusting and getting some more minutes to get back his old self and the Detroit Pistons is perfect for that. As we know, they are losing some games due to their new rotations because they seem to adjust for the addition of KT in the court. Nevertheless, they already established some wins which will gonna secure their Playoffs spot.

Curry and Thompson lead the team so far with some decent shooting, they'll get this one, and I'm sure it's a blowout win as there's no way the Pistons will be able to come back in the 2nd half.

He's 33 years old already but he is still at his prime for at least 1-2 years. He is athletic there is no doubt about it. The problem that I'm seeing with him is his shooting. Yes he is a triple double machine and that is the problem. He focused more on rebounding and passing more than shooting that it affects his shooting accuracy. Sometimes his low FG percentage is causing the game.
This season he might be considered as an all-star player still but not the same as he is on OKC since him and Lebron is carrying the team. In 1-2 years his value will decrease because he is past his prime already. I hope though that at least he will got a championship at his stint with the Lakers alongside Lebron.
Honestly, I doubt that Westbrook will be able to win the championship with the Lakers. His prime was in the 16/17 season, and now he is showing the worst performance in the last few years. Nevertheless, I also noticed that he started making fewer turnovers in the last couple of weeks. It could just be a lucky coincidence, or maybe he realized that his desire to make a triple-double every game is hurting the team.

They are close to winning with just 3 more minutes. (time of writing) 20+ points lead with just garbage time. I don't think the Pistons can make a big run with that small amount of time so this is a W for the Warriors. The Splash Brothers started it great with the splashing of threes. This is a sign that their duo is back and Draymond Green might be shaking in excitement now to join them and be the center of all the offensive plays for the two sharpshooters. Edit: It's a win for the Warriors.

I heard a rumor that 76ers rejected a trade offer from Detroit Pistons. The trade consist of Jerami Grant, Saddiq Bey, and Kelly Olynyk in exchange for Ben Simmons. I was a bit frustrated about it even if its just rumors. I would not trade Grant that easily for a Ben Simmons type and worse he added more players with it. Grant is one of the rising stars in the league and it's not easy to find a good player like him who can shoot in and out and defend. Besides, they already a good point guard. Cade Cunningham. All they need is time to build the chemistry.

It could just be a lucky coincidence, or maybe he realized that his desire to make a triple-double every game is hurting the team. I'm thinking of this as well. I think that he will be the same as Malone, Stockton, Mutumbo, Wilkins etc. that will never will a ring. Lets just say that Westbrook isn't the perfect fit for the Lakers since he has the same playstyle as Lebron where both of them are passing. What the Lakers need I think is more of a initiator or at least a consistent point guard. With regards to triple double, I don't think it affects the team because he is winning 70+% of his games when he is making a triple double. Either way, he is nearing to past his prime and in the next 1-2 years like I said his performance will be lower than how he is playing right now. I've seen Grant playing with the Nuggets in the bubble and at that time and he is playing well and a big contributor to the Nuggets during the playoffs. I've seen this trade rumor too on Facebook and it seems like its a good decision that 76ers rejected the trade. Grant is a good shooter and a good defender as well. Its just that the players around him are just average players. With the addition of Cunningham, give this team a few more years and a few more players that will fit to the team and they might be a playoff contender but right now the team is at the bottom position of the standings. Its better I think to just let Grant stay alongside Cunningham and let them get better players that will help the team.

That's their decision, maybe they don't want to receive a bunch of players in exchange for Simmons, 1 against 1 and that 1 is a superstar like him. I don't know, maybe a Westbrook type player would make Sixers give it a go.

Wow, that's a good deal to reject! Jerami Grant alone already a good value to replace Simmons. I don't see any point from Piston. Are they showing that they are no longer interested in this season? Are they thinking that Simmons can lift the ream up? If it's for real, they are lucky for not closing this deal. If they have plans to trade Grant and those other mentioned names, better to sort out and rinse those available known stars, that's much wiser than taking Simmons..

Simmons cannot offer consistency in the offense, unlike other stars, they can carry the team for a win, and since Simmons is not clutch and his shooting is not so impressive, the recipient of the trade will make sure that what they are lacking are on the defensive side as that's where Simmons is good at.

Maybe certain issues on his current team what gives him pressure to take some action inside the court and we know Simmons is a good player and maybe he didn't get proper support that's why he's performance drop. So lets hope that Simmons will be fit on his new team if he will be traded to other team since we know he can still contribute knowing he can handle the ball and also he's still a threat inside the paint.

It was Simmons who lost interest on playing with the team, he is not cooperating anymore because he wanted to get traded, however, the team will not easily trade him, they are also looking for a great deal that they will also win on the trade.

I think they are preparing to rebuild their team next season if they include Grant in the trade. Hopefully it was rejected though because it was a bad move for the Pistons. Having Simmons with the team, might clogged them even more. Get support to Cade or even change the coach if they want to be a contender next season and not get another player that might bring more problems for them in the future. Simmons might be good in Sacramento, but we are not sure if the trade are going to be push through or not.

I agree, but he has a reason not to love the team anymore as they are planning to trade him, the guy has a pride, it's not all business for him so he sacrifice his salary for every game that he didn't play, that's what the price can do.

Yeah I don’t think there is any questions that this team is headed for a high seed in the playoffs. I mean last night Klay only had 21 points and Curry only had 18 points and they still easily won that game (not that the Detroit Pistons are a very good team lol). It’s great to see Klay back though. I don’t necessarily like the him or the warriors but basketball is better for it with these guys doing well.

He is more accurate in this game although it ended in a low scoring game, but the splash brothers are alive here and the domiance of the warriors are once again displayed.

They have got this win by a big margin of 16 points. I think this was somewhat of a predictable score as GSW are on insanely good form lately and no way the Pistons had a chance against them. Klay seems like he's getting back to his best as he scored 21 points in this game and assisted 4 while taking 3 rebounds. Curry had an average game as he scored 18 points. I think both Wiggins and Kuminga played from their side. I think a big difference is that GSW scored 14 3 pointers while the Pistons scored only 9.

The Detroit Pistons is a suitable opponent for Klay to warm-up and get his abilities back so that he'll be used to it again as playoffs are already approaching near, they need Klay now more than ever and his stats are also quite improving since he returned from the injury. Today he made 21 points and stole the ball twice in his 22 minutes in court, and led the team. Tomorrow, they'll play against the Pacers. We'll see if he'll be consistent.

If they have plans to trade Grant and those other mentioned names, better to sort out and rinse those available known stars, that's much wiser than taking Simmons.. I think that rejecting the deal was the best option for them. I for myself wouldn't trade grant for Simmons let alone adding two more players to the trade. Grant has a very bright future and they need to keep hold of him. I'm not saying that Simmons is a bad player, but trading Grant for him is not the best option in my opinion. Maybe they can trade some other player or two for him, but not Grant.

A brand new transfer is done. Juancho Hernangomez + 2 round pick of Denver goes to Spurs, Bol Bol and PJ Dozier goes to Celtics, Bryn Forbes goes to Denver with this trade. I feel like Denver is the only one that got a decent player out of this, nobody else really got anything. Spurs did not really care about what they got in return, all they cared about is emptying a space so that Primo would get a lot more minutes, with Forbes there it would be silly to give Primo minutes when you have Forbes, but with him gone then it will look a lot better to give him some minutes.
Celtics are just idiots, that is not a big change at all, and the only one with Forbes going to Denver, they have a great shooter at bench. He still lacked defense a lot, he is slow both laterally and any other way, but he improved his dribbling so I would guess he would be decent as a bench player.

I'm eyeing for Sacramento's trade. Fox is a good addition for Sixers. He can play alongside with Embiid and Curry While Simmons might help Sac and improve their stats, Not sure if he will have this same attitude issue once he saw something bad or once the fans dislike him, still young and very capable of improving his skills and talents. Nothing for now, still waiting before the trade deadline ends. Hopefully Simmons' departure from Sixers will happen..
