76ers got a really embarrassing defeat against Celtics last night by 87-135 home. As these two teams were really close in the standings, I had zero expectation about this kind of a result but here we are. Even if Embiid scored double the points he scored in this game, it still wouldn't be enough for getting close to Celtics. I'm looking forward to watching James Harden soon. By his arrival, I believe that this team are going to be much better in the playoffs.

The Boston Celtics got momentum right from the start of the game. They are hitting shots even properly defended. On the other hand, Sixers looks like in jet lag following the trade. They are not used to playing right now without Seth and Drummond who are already part of their usual rotation for long.

Not totally a problem as few games should be enough to be rebuilt again the chemistry they are used to. If James Harden will be fit on the team, no one knows.

We cannot see how different the Sixers is until Harden will come and play with them and we cannot expect them to be a good team for his addition since for sure they will work on their chemistry to see how fit he is in the system of Sixers. For sure many fans would provably watch his first game on Sixers because many are curious to know if Sixers made a right choice to include Seth and Drummond in that trade.

I guess we are talking about the "possibility" here, of course the expectation will not be seen until he plays with Harden. And it will take some time, not just 1 or 2 games to see how he blend with Joel Embiid and if they have a good chemistry or not. But I'm expecting that Joel might get touches around the rim, alley oop that Harden has perfected. As far as his games though, he will have to adjust with how the Sixers are playing. It's not that the Sixers is slow team, but most of the time they do deliberate set up plays.

What a huge comeback by the Brooklyn Nets, down 28 points against the Knicks, they outscored them in the last 2 quarters, specially in the 4th, 38-19 to win the game against their rivals.

The Lakers vs Utah Jazz had just started with the Lakers taking an early lead 8-0. Jazz has to call a timeout.

Looks like they're going to regain their glory now since they've added Seth and Drummond to the team, their filling the needs of their rotation which is a big man role and a high percentage shooter. Nice game and they've been down and about to be demolished but they managed to kick and start their run in the 4th quarter which made them win the game earlier. Can't wait to see the other star players play as well, once again the Brooklyn Nets are strongly holding their playoff spot.

If you are following Stephen A. (like me), you will know that he is an absolute fan of the Knicks and he always praises the Knicks especially last playoffs against the Hawks.
Just a few minutes after the game, he just made a rant on public about how he feels on what happened on his team. You can watch it here and laugh as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=37KkJBSVBuw&t=27s

No Kyrie, no Durant and no Simmons and you will blow out a 28 point lead? I think I might agree with what Stephen A. said that the team is a trash Cheesy.

76ers and Nets are scheduled to face on March 11, it will be a tough game for sure.

This should be epic, considering that Durant will most likely be back by then. By the way, it's also worth noting that this game will be on the home arena of the 76ers. So I wonder how the 76ers fans will react to Simmons' first appearance on their court. Although it seems to me that Simmons will most likely want to miss this match due to his mental issues.

Durant is expected to return this month and will probably play against the Celtics on the 25th. Yes the game will be held at 76ers home, so there's a high chance that the newly formed Big 3 of the Nets can play on that day against the 76ers new tandem. I can already imagine how intense the game will be.

About Simmons, I have read somewhere that he's already training with the Nets and showing some signs of hunger to play again.

Will check that out later, thanks for the link. But I do agree that Knicks is really trash for this year, not sure what really happen to them. Last season they made the playoffs and they are really hot specially Randle leading the team. And even in the road, they are tough to beat. But this season, nah, even Randle was being booed now by the Madison crowd. Obviously, something needs to be done with this team and make a turn around after the all star break (which also happen last year, the big turn around was right after the all star, putting a winning streak).

^Congratulations both of them won the game. What a night for the Nuggets who won against the Warriors home court. Monte Morris with a clutch 3 pointer fed by Jokic to give him a lot of floor space to have a better shot. Just enough time to release it.
Lakers on the other hand made a huge comeback after being down by double digits until the 3rd quarter. The 4th quarter was mostly Lebron James and Russell Westbrook highlights. That's their game, attacking the paint as much as possible and it was rewarded with a W.

What a comeback by the Nets, it's really tough facing a home-court crowd.

But Seth Curry and the rest of the Nets make things possible, winning this coming from behind a good rally that
Intense the crowd. Not sure what happened to the NYK that collapse in the second half will take them to a huddle
room and talk, it's nearing to the next round, and every win is important now.

update since Nuggets and Lakers already close the gap...

Congratulations on this win. It's very to see a bet made on the last 3 minutes of the game but since you choose a handicap bet option which is really a good call since the two matches that you bet includes a team that has low discrepancies on there stats so that +7.5 on both bet is somehow a safe bet. You are very lucky that both the team that you bet on didn't lose there spirit by the time they are behind with that points with only few minutes remaining on the clock. I was surprised how Lebron manage to comeback this game.

Lakers is currently behind by 8 points so I take advantage on it and make +7.5 Lakers on the 3 minutes of the game same with Nuggets against Golden State Warriors. I decided to parlay it and use small amount of money to bet since I trust both that they close the score gap to minimum when the match is over. I will share my bet slip here in case my parlay win. I know that this is do or die bet but watching live is really gives me courage to bet with them base on there performance.

I hope Jokic and Lebron will not gonna let my bet down!  Cheesy

update since Nuggets and Lakers already close the gap...

That bet on +7.5 Lakers is a bit risky lol. The Jazz keeps the pace with 8-10 points lead late on the 4th quarter, I even thought the game will finish with a 10+ points lead Jazz win. But, suddenly the table turned around after the Russel Westbrook explosive coast to coast layup and Austin Reaves' and-1. When LeBron gets back on the court he took over and erased the Jazz lead.
That's your lucky bet as well as the Denver Nuggets. What a risky bet right there. Congrats.

Yeah, lots of interesting game tonight, good thing though is that I skip the Lakers vs Utah because I should have taken the -5.5 for Utah. But then again, James and the Lakers with a huge comeback in the last 7 minutes of the game and then they gain the momentum enough to give them the lead. I also love how the Nets comeback as well. Good game to close everything before the All Star.

They had a really good comeback. There are too many missing players in the Brooklyn Nets at the moment, yet they had a very good win. LaMarcus Aldridge and Cameron Thomas contributed by scoring a lot of points. In the Knicks, Julius Randle scored over 30 points on his own, but it wasn't enough for the win Smiley

They did the damage inside, specially those two players. While New York Knicks doesn't have any answer and even Julius can't score in crucial minutes of the game.

The Nets are now on a 2 game winning streak and I think the trade did really good well for them specially Drummond and Curry are helping out in offense in the absence of Durant and Kyrie.

The Knicks just choked that's all Cheesy.
In their game against Portland, they have a double digit lead coming into the 4th quarter and they choked. Now they got a 28 point lead against the Nets and they choked again.

The Nets won but lets talk about the Knicks who choked twice in their last 2 games and lost 3 straight. What do you think is the problem with the team? Is it Randle? or Coach Thib himself? The management? Because after a successful run last year, they are 12th right now in the Eastern Conference with 25-34.

I heard from the commentator that it was the biggest come back of the franchise or I heard it wrong. I was about to give up with my bet for the Nets until Cameron Thomas starts raining shots in different angles and different ways. That dude also has springs in his feet. He can shoot even while defended well because of his flights.
There's so much skills on that Nets bench and they are being stalled because of the stars devouring all the minutes instead of a better rotation. Nash should realize it by now.

Or probably they are really a shit team this season right? One of the biggest comeback I have seen in many years and the Knicks just simply allow it to happen. For me the problem is Randle, after an amazing run last year, he seems to be different, that's why the team have suffered the worst and just out of the playoff run for now. And even the players are almost the same, but the performance is really going down.

I thought that the losing streak will continue but good news is that they were able to break it, the trade benefit them, Simmons has still not played yet but they are already improving, I hope the rotation will get better and the chemistry will improve. Can't wait to see Irving, Durant, and Simmons playing together.

Brooklyn Nets finally put an end to their incredibly bad losing streak of eleven games. They defeated Sacramento Kings first and New York Knicks later on. This was really critical for them because they were going to be out of the playoff area if they went on like that for a longer time. Seth Curry had two nice games and I'm curious about his performance after Kevin Durant comes back also. Nets can get better and better in time and be prepared for the playoffs much more decently.
