Yes. Their only chance is Anthony Davis and bad news just keeps on coming to them with AD being injured once again.
A playoff opportunity has now a lower chance for the Lakers team, might as well look for a different match-up like the Suns and GSW being in the conference finals or Chris Paul finally getting his first ring of his career.
Lebron got a lot of it and I don't think he will force this one, I want to see if Westbrook will try harder even though he is doing it already because he is the one who badly want a championship. And Melo when healthy.

Spectacular performances by both of the teams in the Bucks vs 76ers game! I was feeling pretty sure about that Bucks would win this game even if it ends by a very close score. There was still a highly competitive game and I was right about a close score. But the winner was 76ers by 123-120. We watched a great rivalry between Giannis and Embiid. And the winner was obviously Embiid.    While Giannis got 32 points, 11 rebounds and 9 assists, Embiid got 42 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists. Embiid had a huge role in this win certainly.

Embiid is always, always playing on an MVP level that is why he is the top pick right now on winning the MVP this season and if he continues to play like this and no injuries (hope not) then he might win it TBH.

Its just good to see 2 bigs having their rivalry but in the end Philly got the victory and still they got it without Harden. Just few hours ago, I watched a short video featuring Embiid making the infamous Harden step-back. If he can master this I don't think that anybody can stop him in scoring. There is a possession too that he used the Nowitzki famous move one legged fade away.

The only problem that I'm seeing with Philly is their inside defense when Embiid is on the bench. If he is in the bench they are playing small ball and well its good that even though they are sometimes in a smaller line up, they are good offensively. They don't have any 2nd big aside from him. Do you think that this will be the problem for Philly as the regular season and playoffs goes on?

At that point, James Harden will have a bigger responsibility. Normally, they were having problems while Embiid wasn't playing as you said. But from now on, I believe that Harden will help Embiid's load being lower than before. He is a great scorer and 76ers did the right thing by adding him to the team too. I expect Harden and Embiid to make a great duo. And this will help them in the playoffs a lot without doubt. They are much stronger now and they can play bigger.

I don't know if Lakers can really gave them a good match since Lakers is struggling to get there teamwork work properly and play there role properly but if LeBron manage to use his team mate properly base on there skills then they might have a chance to give a good performance against any strong team.

It can really be good in paper, but in actual game? we all know that GSW has all the advantage in this game. For what record got by Lakers got it give them more lesser chance to get a spot on playoffs. They are struggling so much this season and by the absence of Davis will add huge burden to them.

It is full of one of the best players of this season like Giannis, Lebron, Curry, Jokic and DeRozan. They have been very good at scoring and carrying their teams so far. And I believe that they will win this all-star game by putting on a great show here. I wish that Durant returned from his injury now. And I really didn't see any meaning in choosing Andrew Wiggins for the all-star starting five at Team Durant.

Agree on this, Slum dunk competition and 3 points shooting is just for fun event so usually underdog win because they have less pressure since they have nothing to lose unlike heavy favorite players since many people expect a good performance for them. Curry and Thompson is already not participating on this event a long time ago to give way to new players that still don't win a title on this competition since they already prove themselves in terms of 3 point shooting.

Ahmm a Lakers and GSW matchup would not involved Kevin Durant. However, it's still going to be an exciting match up that'll going to get a lot of viewers and fans.
If the Warriors chase to take over the top seed and the Lakers continue to struggle and eventually win the play in tournament and take over the 8th seed, then we can see a GSW and Lakers match up in round 1.
But I think the Suns will retain the top seed till the end of the regular season. So, I guess it will be Suns and the Lakers again in the Western conference round 1.

I haven't checked the lineup yet but seeing DeRozan as a starter, makes me happy because finally, he got a chance to play with the greats in all-star. DeRozan has an outstanding season, he deserves to be recognized and the all-star game is just a good way to recognize him.

Their team looks more solid than Team Durant. Just as Durant, he's got some players that are also prone to injuries. But, there's no competition on this and it's just a pure exhibition.

Luckily Davis will be able to come back soon, so as long as Davis is with the team in the play-in tournament, the Lakers still have a chance to get the last spot in the playoffs. They are not as we are expecting them to be, before the season starts, they are 2nd of the top favorite to win the championship, next to the Nets, but look at these two teams, they are at the bottom of standing.

Jalen Green is overrated to me. He is a high flyer but I doubt he has that creativity. He's like Dennis Smith Jr. for me in terms of dunking performance.

But who knows I'm wrong here since we are just seeing their dunks in-game but not during their creativity moment.
