Team Lebron won the All-Star game as I predicted. But it ended by a really close score like 163-160. And I didn't know that there was a thing like that the side to reach 163 points first wins the game. The game would have been more boring if Stephen Curry especially didn't put on a great show here. He got 50 points and scored 16 three-pointers which was really insane. It was like he scored three-pointers from everywhere and showed how great player he was. He is one of the legends for me already.
With what we saw, I think there's no more debate on who is the greatest 3 point shooter of all time. Curry maybe not be in the top 1 yet per record, but eventually he will break that record and own the top 1 spot. Curry is still young and as long as he is remains healthy, he can continue to generate points especially from the 3 point line. He is already the greatest 3 point shooter that we have seen in the NBA and will continue to pile up more 3 points in his career that it's going to be very difficult to break. And the thing is that he knows how to position himself, to go around screens and that's what makes him un-guardable and can shoot anywhere he wants, there is no range for this guy. Absolutely,he has unique set of skills that no one can ever replace. Its impressive because he made many threes and its hard to stop Stephen Curry when he is on fire.Steph isnt just a great shooter but he is also a great playmaker, dribbler, lay ups and passer. He is just making history that can never be forgotten.

After Kobe's death, it's not as enjoyable as it used to be, even though he's not playing, I wish I could watch him in the stands and be able to see him That's a bit scary if you ask me. Yes, I'd love to watch him play again, but not as a ghost, it would be better if just in my dreams. I just recently watched the 75th anniversary with all the greatest being called and when Kobe was introduced it brought tears in my eyes. He was so young and could've helped more young players in the league but it was all gone just like that. Somehow, other great players putting effort to appear at Cleveland made me happy again specially for the old ones. It brings back good memories.

There were even reports that the GOAT, Michael Jordan might not attend the 75th Anniversary Ceremony at All-Star because he is with his The 23XI Racing team, which he co owns. But after the race, which his driver finished 2nd if I'm not mistaken, he had to board his private jet en route to the NBA All-Star. And that's what we call the best move, trying to beat the clock again.

LeBron drained a winning shot and Curry won the allstar MVP that's kinda interesting for Cleveland right? On the other hand, draining a long three consecutive is equally entertaining with showtime allstar game dunks.

He was a very respectable, good person, loved by everyone. He was an iconic and well-known name not only to the NBA spectators, but to the whole world. At least, they play for him in the last period and we commemorate him once again We can be emotional at such times, many of us have been very affected by this death. We will remember him with good memories

I think it's subjective if you mean enjoyable if you only want to see what you wanted to see, we have to move on and it's just proud to say I'm a Kobe fan as well but we should accept the fact that he's gone physically but what he brought to the league is matchless, he's one of the reason how NBA was shape in the 2000's.

Curry changes the game, even the big men nowadays are already shooting 3's. Like what we witnessed during the 3 point shooting contest, it was Town who won the competition, who would expect that? right? Anyway, I guess the players now are enjoying their short break.

Is it me or this is one of the worst dunk contest I ever watched? I think the one that is best for me is the 2016 All star dunk contest, I think it's better to have a Aaron Gordon vs Zach LaVine rematch I would want to see those two competing to dunk contest again, I hope we would have a good one next year.

Can't argue about that, in-fact he holds the most 3-points made in NBA history with few attempts and was followed by Ray Allen. https://www.nba.com/stats/alltime-leaders/?SeasonType=Regular%20Season&StatCategory=FG3MStephen Curry is no doubt the best 3-pointer the NBA have ever see, watching him playing and making 3-points is like it's so easy to him and his unstoppable especially when he found the right aim. No matter how deep it is, he can always make it happen.

Correct, and based on the comments, this motivation makes the game fun for Steph and us fans seeing an insane shooting night for him.
So it's not boring to me, and if I'm not mistaken, all players have their time in the game but obviously there are those that have been voted the most and the stars amongst the starts. So no complain about the distribution of time. What's important is that the fans come to see a good and entertaining game.
That's what it should be and we are glad to watch it yesterday and even more proud for Steph since he has that inspiration to boost his performance and finally won the All-Star MVP. Tomorrow we are back with the games and this is where the real fun begins since those teams that still have the chance to snatch a spot in the top 10 will play well and sometimes might get to where they want to. Both the top 12-15 are still close and if they managed to get some straight wins, they can snatch it from the other teams that are struggling. I'm really happy about Curry's achievement. He will always be remembered until the day he decides to retire in the league, for 13 years he keeps on moving forward and breaking records which many of us though those records are already unbeatable until the name Stephen Curry arrives on the scene and then now he added another achievement. Yes, starting tomorrow playoffs season will commence and we will probably see some teams overcoming higher spots.

I totally agree. This year's dunk contest was awful. If any of the 2016 dunks had been made this year, they would have won unopposed There are many good dunks, but they often fail to make creative dunks. I think we can't see different things like before because there are many moves that can be done. Actually, the players are quite athletic and talented

That's why we are having a problem being entertained by dunks to just get to the next round or to win the game if the other one fails to complete his act. Social media already showed the greatest dunks of high flyer players although they are not professionals. They also added creativity and we can all watch it for free without waiting for an All-Star event unlike before. They say it's different when you watch it live but there are more streamers now than the amount who attends the event.

I agree that Stephen Curry has been one of the best players the league has ever seen, but at the same time it is very important difference between him and people like MJ or Kobe. The fact that Lebron and Curry could stay marketable and fun and entertaining, whereas players like MJ and Kobe were people who just attacked their opponents and be ruthless is the difference.
Curry always looked like he was having fun and that is what matters, he is always entertaining people even during pre-game warmups. As long as he keeps that going, and stay a great player then he will grow bigger and bigger in the list of best players. I already put him in my top 10, and that is not an easy task at that age.

Curry's final record will probably be unattainable for future generations of players for many years. As far as I know, he has already made 3,083 3-pointers in regular seasons. So we can assume that Stephen will easily score over 4-4,5k three-pointers by the end of his career. Obviously, this will only be achievable if he avoids serious injury.

I’m glad to see that DeMarcus Cousins is getting a contract with the Denver Nuggets for the rest of the season. Sacramento did him dirty and it’s been nothing but injuries and missed opportunities since then. It appears he’s finally gotten himself into a position where he can rebuild his game and show the league what he is capable of. He may never put up the monster numbers he did in Sacramento ever again, but he’s certainly got a couple years left where he could be a menace off the bench for a contender.

After Kobe's death, it's not as enjoyable as it used to be, even though he's not playing, I wish I could watch him in the stands and be able to see him I might disagree with you. Even prior to his death, the All-Star game is still the All-Star we are seeing today, of course with the different format but should not have a different view as before. It's just that maybe you pointed out because you are die-hard of Kobe and do not bother to see anyone else. As an NBA fan for long, the game should not be not just about seeing Kobe, respect to him, but for other players as well.

That's always what we expect from him but always ended up in another way around. I'm also glad that there are still teams hiring his service but unfortunately, I can say that his career is now done. I don't see him in a rebuilding process but just a bench warmer by now playing maybe 10 minutes at maximum. It's unfortunate that there are superstars who ended up like that. The sad reality in the league.

LeBron James' last shot was very good, before that they tried three pointers all the time. Stephen Curry shoots a really good three-pointer. Correct. We have different forms of being entertained. For me, I enjoy watching the NBA All-Star game even without Kobe Bryant because it's not he is the only one who should be followed why we are watching All-Star. Not a purely fan of Kobe but I respect him a lot and consider him one of the great. I also like to follow these young players that surprisingly in the All-Star Game at a young age. That means fans are appreciating these young players now and they doing their best to vote these players to take a chance playing at the All-Star game. Other players take 2-3 or 3-4 years before having a chance to play at the All-Star game but today, lots of young ones are now recognized.

I enjoyed watching kobe and respected his game even as a knick fan. And feel bad how his life was cut short but how would him being here still effect this year's all star game? Kobe had a winning drive that I've only seen cross sport in someone like jeter so no hate there. Just wondering how this effects the game now?
