At this point there is no turning back for Harden situation, Sixers are known to be very good at trading and they have traded a finished and done Simmons for Harden and it turns out that is not going to end well for them but at the time it was a good decision.

Now what do they do? If they trade Harden, what can they even get for him? We all know that they can't get all that much for him, it is not going to be all that much possible for them to be getting great players, so do they just go get picks? If they go back to "the process" part it would be hard for fans to accept it, but to be fair they have two pieces that would be amazing for it, they could just send Harden away and get some good picks, and they could trade Embiid as well and get great picks too. Not only they do not have to get picks for those players neither, they could get players that can be turned into picks later on as well. So, it seems like they have a good base to go ahead and tank again if they want to.

If Harden could be easily traded, the 76ers management would have done it early in the offseason. So you're right that the 76ers are unlikely to get any acceptable offers from other teams because they probably want an equivalent trade, i.e. an all-star player. The problem is that there is hardly any team in the league that would be willing to trade its best player for Harden, who has been changing teams almost every year lately.

The same case with Dame Lillard, he wanted to be traded to Miami and up to know we don't know if Portland can do that or if they are really that willing to allow Dame to get out of the team.

And so it's not as easy as it sounds for star players like Harden and Lillard to be traded. It might take another team, a 3rd team to be involved here in my opinion. Unless the destination team is willing to give up a lot of their future draft picks and some current roster to be in that trade block just to get either of this two superstars. So it's a big sacrifice as well with them.

I think the teams which try to get these players have to figure out if it is a good idea to give up what they have to bring in these players. I actually do not think that this is a good trade-off. At least not if we think about the future. But one thing is true that if they do end up making the trade and bringing in a huge player like that, they are probably instantly going to get the results. That is probably not going to happen with the players that they have on the team. In future, they might be able to perform better. But that would have definitely taken time. So probably in that scenario, the sacrifice does make sense.

There should be no problem if NBA gets harden out of his written contract with the Sixers if there was indeed a violation. If it was only a verbal agreement then I doubt Harden would just let that slide. I believe players are smart enough to talk with their agent and make those additional stipulations formal or legally binding.

Looks like both are gonna be out in the next season for the 76ers and they should really find a deal before the season starts because they cannot afford to have these kinds of players who are not gonna be playing their 100% for the team anymore. I think Embiid will easily be out because of his skills and popularity but Harden seems hard to be out because he hasn't been giving his past team at least an appearance in the NBA finals yet. I wonder what's going on in that team and how would they recover if they did not have these star players in their team anymore.

The 76ers can not afford 2 unhappy superstars on their team which is why they need to make a decision to go on with the season with 2 unhappy players or trade James Harden and Joel Embiid to the other teams, for sure this is the only option they have right now because if not they will surely be down again and not be going into the playoffs for this season again, likely there is no available Superstar for them to pick so they will just choose on the available ones right now or if the other teams would give them a great option and they could manage a steal for Harden and Embiid,

I understand why Harden wants to be out of the 76ers really badly. Maybe there's something to do with that contract and the purpose of it, while Harden agreed on that for the sake of the team. If he has said such words against Daryl then that means that it's about the purpose of why he's got a cut of the contract and saying that he's liar, I guess that the terms weren't met and didn't happened at all. We're starting to see the light now as to why Harden wants to get out quickly.

I really think it goes beyond that, surely Harden had enough he sacrificed his last season's salary for the 76ers to not get the team with the players they need for sure James Harden would just want to go to the team that could likely have a huge chance in making it to the finals for sure you can call it the easy way around, but he is nearing to be out of his prime for sure and he is feeling this for sure, and he can not afford to be doing anything about it

Did you guys seen the NBA 2K24 game and the trailer you can surely see Jordan Poole against Draymond Green in the trailer and Poole Splashing some threes on Draymonds face, do you think he can emulate that in their game next season, and seeing Jordan's Poole practicing boxing he surely is readying to face Draymond Green once again or maybe inside the ring, do you guys think he is just releasing something inside so he can be ready into the game, here is the boxing video,

They might just waste their asset for releasing young players which have big potential. Sacrificing doesn't make any sense since just like what those other big stars done for sure they will leave their new teak if they don't like the result of their season performance.

Enough about James Harden. I think I've found an interesting topic to discuss.

Pelicans star Zion Williamson shows off new look in viral photos

Take a look at these viral pictures. What can you say about his appearance? He has been criticized for being overweight, with some suggesting that his weight is the reason he is prone to injuries. However, when you look at this 'scary man' now...

That is given and a team that will acquire these kinds of players should be ready and expect that sometime in the future, they will leave them again and find a better team that they think is more suitable for them and can give their needs. It's not new anymore as the players in this era tend to be more selfish compared to the old good and gold era that players will try their very best to bring the team together and where asking for a trade isn't an option for them as that will just scathe their name.

It's not just his weight but the way he plays with that type of body. He's still too bulky for someone who loves to fly in my opinion and those knees are not going to hold out for an entire season. I'm betting he could play 30 to 40 games in that condition before suffering another season ending injury. What I would like to see them flex is how he improved his game in the post.

Enough about James Harden. I think I've found an interesting topic to discuss.

Wow, with that weight and still have that speed on him that might be for real, a scary monster that can eat you alive when facing you in a one on one.

Hopefully, he will maintain that body plus the skills that we all know he got when he step inside the court,
he was being criticized for being an overweight, now we will see his determination and maybe he might
complete a season without another injury(crossing fingers.)

Yes, I agree. It's a bit too early to speculate that he can now finish a lot more games compared to his recent seasons in the NBA. Sure, the Pelicans need him 100 percent, but he cannot give that same 100 percent if he's not that serious in taking his own body to become fit in-order to dominate the center and protect their rim in a lot more games, especially in the playoffs because they have a good chance for that as long as the main roster is healthy including him. That picture is a plus but it is not yet a guarantee.

At least we've seen some good news from him. The last time I heard about him was when he impregnated a porn actress. Cheesy

Looking at the picture, he's got toned muscles already. That's an improvement already. Although his weight is still very important even if he transformed his fats into muscles because his legs cannot hold for long if he is very heavy. So we're also hoping that he lost significant weight before he starts playing this season. He is still very young and his talent is extraordinary so the fans are really excited to see him healthy for the whole season.

Long overdue. It is about time that he takes this seriously. He has been overweight since he joined NBA. It doesn't help that he got a foot injury in his last game in college. His weight is not helping him heal properly. That is why he is always injured. Now that he is trimmed, I think it will be good for him and his game. Hopefully, it will be enough for him to at least play 65 games this season. If that happens, he will be a great help to his team. We know how good he plays when he is healthy. This will keep him healthy, and we can witness his highlight plays again.

It is a move in the right direction though. He is young and those will come. You are right, his game does not fit the body type that he has. He will need those post moves, but it is not easy to learn. He has been playing this way for the longest time. He is young and he will learn. His trainer should recognize that his game is not sustainable and should suggest this to him. But for now, I will enjoy his highlight and this change will give him a chance to show more of that.

That's what you call a cool look and he really is going to recover and make a good comeback this upcoming season because he was really amazing before he got injured last season. Probably he will be more careful this time and will be at least protecting his health and body throughout the season so that they can go back to play the NBA playoffs again. I wonder how they shut his critics when he went viral with his self-proclaimed former girlfriend? Will that affect him or his game will be changed forever because of it?

Every year since he has been drafted, we have seen these kinds of photos around this time of year. So, naturally, I don't find them believable. When he gets serious about his discipline and eating habits that anyone can see, that means very visible results, then I can believe him. Otherwise, in summer he probably gets better in shape but again some time later he will eat too many burgers and chicken wings and we will see him getting injured again. I'm sorry but that is reality and what we have seen all these years. If he gets serious though, he can energize the whole league. He has the potential to be like Iverson or T-mac in terms of making the league better and more exciting.

Embiid to Miami makes sense, Harden to Rockets do not make any sense at all but Embiid to Miami definitely makes sense. We are talking about a team that has a lot of side pieces, and they could have gotten Dame if they were willing to part ways with some of them but they failed. Right now, it looks like if they want Embiid, they will have to give up Adebayo and some picks as the majority of the trade, maybe duncan or tyler too but that doesn't seem to matter.

By that logic, they could just give up Lowry and some picks and whoever left from duncan or herro, and get Dame as well since he still wants to leave. That would make their team Dame, Butler, Embiid together and that's a great trio without a doubt, would definitely be championship contender.

Honestly I just think his frame is too big for the pounding in the NBA a slashing wing would take.  Most big bodied guys are centers and just post up, he tries to play like a guard but with a power forward/center build.  I hope I'm wrong but I can't see him lasting for more than 40-50 games a year before his body breaks down every year.  He is going to be one of those guys that might sit out every other game for maintenance.

In terms of his new look, it might be sending a good message that he's now ready to play ball with a lesser chance of getting another injury
we all know that he's weight really affecting him.

With that fit body maybe it will give him the confidence to jump high without a fear that he might land incorrectly and because of his weight
he won't be able to carry that load and be prone to injury again.

We will see that improvement this upcoming season, and connecting that to his issue maybe if he plays well that concern regarding to
his ex-gf will be forgotten.

Good to see that he turn his body into a monster, had muscles now similar to what Giannis has or at least gain it through hard work in the gym because of his style of basketball, he needs to add it to his frame otherwise he will get injured again and again.

His body his built differently, I mean he is a high flyer, but perhaps lack muscles in his lower body that's why he can't take that pounding. Let's see how his body will react to this new built and hopefully it can hold the whole season.

This photo was highly criticized on social media. Nobody has any hope for Zion. There were high hopes when he was drafted, but it didn't happen.
He'll play 20 games this season and then he'll get injured. Sad

And yet, here we are again with those hyped photos, hyped videos of superstars.
The best example of this one is Ben Simmons who always have video of him shooting from threes months before the season starts, and when the season starts, we saw him can't even shoot even inside the paint. What an irony, and this is just one example of many who are hyping their fans for their comeback.

As for Zion, it's been year after year that he is either injured, or not fit to play. He can't even finish a whole season with the Pelicans. Yes he is a generational player who has a huge impact with the Pelicans, and we even saw them one time at first place in the West, and I also look at them as the dark sheep of the West last season, but when he got injured, the team is just like an average team who can't even win in the play-ins.

The Media has been known for hyping player like him, and other more. I just hope that the expectations of the Zion's fans will be met, and he lessens his injury. I still remember him being put into trade talks by the Pelicans just a few weeks ago, but now it seems like the team will give him another chance to redeem himself. I mean it's really hard to let go a player like him, who can just bully those people inside the paint, and very athletic.
