If that's what they want to. Maybe they think that the 76ers now are gamblers and allowing this to happen.

But they won't figure it out because they've got valid reasons for missing those games and even the upcoming ones.

Yeah, it's tough to prove it as they've got valid reason why they can't risk those stars if they are involve into something for sure they know how to hide, they know how to work behind, maybe they already know things before they take it,  whether if it's true or not then it's only them who can tell and what the future will be for them.

Moving forward, we might see them adjusting and maybe they find the way to start winning..

Despite with many absent on the main roster. The Nuggets proved that they are still the better team. They have won against the Golden State Warriors. And I thought that the advantage is with Steph's gang.

I was wrong and the game ended in favor of Nuggets with 114 - 105.

When you reach closer to the end of regular season, teams that are already established end up not caring about the games, because they know which seed they will be, or if they will be in playoffs or not. Warriors are already in, they are sixth right now, which doesn't mean they won't be seventh and go to play-in games, but they are still in, play-in or playoff, they are in.

This means, resting players, even if they are in the game, is more important right now. Most of those "injuries" at Denver? Most of them are resting too, players could return a lot quicker if it was playoffs, because they are needed, but right now they are not needed because Denver is third ranked, so they will do fine too. The real battle happens between teams that are 9th and 10th etc, those have to win.

Now we're here again. Paul George, the superstar free agent supposed to launch the Embiid era into the NBA Finals for the first time, will miss the rest of the regular season. The 76ers are, once again, playing for ping pong balls.

It's like the team is cursed. Embiid is truly a MVP caliber and I don't doubt that. But the pairing seems to be cursed. Injuries hit them hard and even their newly claimed players from the draft seems to be a curse to them. They need back ups, roleplayers, and maybe some veteran champion which could lead the team whenever their stars are gone.

He won the MVP already and so there is a lot of promised on Joel after that. However, he got injured again, and then they did get PG, but they all know the consequences of it as he is also very fragile. This happens on players and teams though, it seems that they can't really take off even if they have great players.

But, I am actually amazed with their young bench after defeating the Mavericks and they played a great offensive battle against the Houston Rockets today which led to overtime although they lost in the end. Still, this is a good sign. They just need their stars back super healthy and maybe this can work out.

They are taking advantage of those time that they can play. And with literally nothing to lose, they just ball and play. As for Embid, I don't know if he can be as healthy as he was during his MVP season and if he can really bring the Sixers to the championship.

Pretty hilarious the the X account for NBA Centel which famously posts misinformation in an attempt to be funny, ended up breaking legitimate news about Anthony Davis being sent to the G League by accident hours before it was legitimate news. Score one for the hoaxers I guess, or is that a bad look for Centel?

People just made fun about the news without reading the real reason. People know the capability of AD and for sure Mavs management just want to make sure that AD is fine and there would be no problem in his return on their main roster. Don't know if this news they leak would give them a bad look or they will just let it pass since somehow Centel is just a parody account.

That's because everyone only likes to read the headlines and not the entire content of the news and article. It may sound funny but the Mavs don't do that trade for just sending him in the G League. But expect some content creators that are glorifying the headline instead of the content it has got. There is no need for the fans to be happy with this because it is for sure that they'll going to put him into use when he's back.

Yes, but they have been criticized for resting Murray and Jokic. I mean there are fans that paid that wants to witnessed them play and suddenly they are in the bench not playing.

In tonight's game, the Warriors are going to play the Bucks. It's going to be a very interesting game as what we mentioned, they've lost to the Nuggets and so they need to bounce back again to keep that 6th spot. They are the underdogs against the Giannis led Milwaukee. But I'm going to lean on them at ML here. This is a must win for them to bring back their confidence.

In all seriousness though, this is good news. Bronny is slowly becoming worthy of being on an NBA roster. I think he has hope of being a solid bench player next year if he keeps improving.

Just for context, the 2025 draft class will be STACKED. Like very stacked that you will still get a great player if you're at the top 5.

The top 3 prospects right now are Cooper Flagg, Ace Bailey and Dylan Harper. If the Sixers somehow get to the top 3, they have a chance to get either 1 of them (depending on what they need), and I don't want to be overexaggerated, but many will agree that the Sixers are stacked with good all-star players and some good role players as well. Adding a future superstar to their team would be a good thing. It's good that the Sixers shut down PG13 and even Maxey probably so that they can tank therefore, increases their chances at getting a good pick in the upcoming draft.

Is this good news? I don't think so. If you're in the NBA, many expect huge developments coming from you. This season, Bronny hasn't done anything at all... or maybe that can be considered an achievement for him. Jokes aside though, he has more claps than shots, and for me, he isn't worthy of being in the NBA. Just let the kid stay in the G-league and develop then give that slot to somebody that's more worthy than him.

I really hate nepotism TBH. Imagine if that slot that Bronny is getting will be given to a player that has a better future than him.

No Steph Curry, no problem by the Golden State Warriors, Podz came back and then bail them out with his outside shooting. Jimmy Butler though, still enjoying his stint with the Warriors and also did have a good game and was smiling all throughout the game.

Giannis did struggle with Draymond's tough defense on him, and it was sort of late when he got his rhythm as the Warriors build a good lead although they manage to climb back in the game but the Warriors can't be denied.

That is part of the strategy to preserve their main and key players to have better results when they're in the seed or playoffs.

I get how they do it and that's why the NBA is starting to do an investigation to some teams because it's not only about betting but more of not utilizing their whole roster.

The NBA management sees that happening and let's see how they're going to take care of that because there is not a rule about that, right?

There's ongoing rumors that Lakers is interested to acquire Durant.

In my opinion if this trade would happen I guess this is not good for the future of Lakers since that  young players is the future of Lakers. Also I don't think Durant would last long in Lakers so they better erase this thoughts and better develop more their young players.

Alex has 12 seasons in the NBA, and looking at his stats, you can conclude that he is a pretty weak center. I don't know if his performance was affected by injuries or something else, but I agree that he isn't much use right now. On the other hand, having a big center with a minimum contract on the roster makes sense. At least he is a backup in case one of the key players gets injured at an important moment.

That's right, it's not like he will be the replacement of Davis, or the center that they really need. They just want someone to be there in case something happen to Hayes as he is the only one who are playing center position for them.

If they can get a good production for Len then good for the Lakers. If not, I do not that think that he will have a good career with the Lakers. And I think Len knows his role with them and he is also taking advantage of that exposure as long as he can.

Lebron will end up coming back after a week or so, which will not be all that good for them since they are missing one of the most important pieces of their team. But Lebron isn't "needed" anymore for regular season, Luka is there and they are winning at the moment, won two in a row, so there is really no need for a "replacement" to AD, or even Lebron.

You put 100% healthy Lakers on the floor, even without Lebron, they could beat most teams in the league right now. Sure they are not a great squad, they need a lot of help, a lot better role players, but even with this current setup, they are good enough for regular season. Lebron is needed for playoffs, and a big is needed for playoffs too. When they reach playoffs, they will realize the lack of center issues.

Oh he is looking out for the team while his father is absent then!    To tell the truth, I don't believe he is going to adapt to NBA anytime soon. He is just lucky thanks to his father being a legend.

I think Bronny should be sent to the G League. That's the place he belongs with imho. He needs to prove himself first to deserve NBA.

12 points, 12 rebounds, and 16 assists, those numbers speak for themselves as he was incredibly effective.

Just imagine if we had bet on the Nuggets' moneyline right after it was announced that their two superstars wouldn’t play.
That would have been a huge payout!

It really is crazy how a good fit and chemistry can change a former all star into a version of his old self. After his unsuccessful stints with past teams it’s refreshing to see him play great again! Honestly, I never was a fan because I often thought he was stat patting too much but now that he doesn’t care about that’s so much anymore he somehow seems humble. Playing aside a great player like Jokic truly brought back the old Westbrook.

Although we have to look at when Westbrook broke the record of the Big O, he was with the OKC Thunder that time. But I do agree that with the rate that Jokic is playing, he has games that he was just shy of triple double, so just imagine getting 1 rebound or 1 assist on those games, his numbers could be up already and could be very close on the numbers that Westbrook has set.

They have a big game against the Lakers tonight, hopefully they will play all their best players so that we can see a great game between the two. Teams are still fighting for the top 6 and it's pretty much very close in the West. Only OKC is already assured and clinched the playoff berth already. While Rockets and the Nuggets are tied 2 and 3, and the Lakers are now in 4th spot.

Los Angeles Lakers versus the Denver Nuggets on ESPN might be the game to watch tonight. Sure, there’s no LeBron but I really do think these two teams will collide in the postseason, so this game might get competitive for a regular season matchup. Especially considering it is being televised on ESPN.
