Alarming you've given them enough time already, opening a scam accusation is now justified, although if you still have patience you can still wait for 2 or 3 more days and if nothing happens and since you exhaust all means to bring their attention through natural means of communications it's really time to open up an accusation, that's the right section for your complaint just update us here if the issue is already resolved.

They seriously need to up their game, I've been a defender of them and I've seen this before and I think that it's time that they have to answer for the problems and I think that they need to expand their team that's going to handle everything because if they want to stay afloat, they're going to need someone to deal with all the problem and they need someone to manage the website.

I agree with the bold part. For the past few years that he's running his business (Bitvest/777coin) we know how he build its reputation, his part as a responsible owner and same goes for his signature campaigns before. But often, he is delayed on giving the payments though he's still paying. So we cant say he's a scammer running away for his responsibility. Its just a bad management and probably no one wants to tolerate that kind of behavior. Anyway, is the hot wallet still empty? Its been a while since I last visit the site.

At the very least, they need one or two people or even more people to handle their site because it's a business website. It won't work well if one or two people only manage it. Sure, there was withdrawal issues but it has been fixed, and not to the very best as others but until today I play and withdraw and this is it for years.

completely agree with this, Maybe @lightlord needs to put not only a system but an active assistant just for cases like those above .

Apparently now, when they refill the hot wallet, they don't fill the withdrawals entered during the empty time, or inform you that there are now funds in the wallet, you just are supposed to manually cancel all pending withdrawals every 12 hours or so and resubmit them.

I don't think he is saying he got his withdrawal already. He's implying that the solution for pending manual withdrawals is to fill the hot wallet first and let it take the course. And nothing done to those pending manual withdrawals. But if you are a player and has issues, maybe you can send pm lightlord also as he checks the forum from time to time. Make sure also if he gets online, you can send him pm as I think he will resolve it. But if you don't want to wait in vain, yes, you can very well try other casinos. It is your choice anyway.
