making tickets too many times is not a problem and it's normal when customers want to solve problems quickly.
but the question is, how do you know if your IP and account are banned while you can't enter because you lost 2Fa?
currently the BitVest.io representative has been inactive for a long time and one of the best solutions is that you just keep making support tickets so you get a response from the support team as @pawel7777 said.
I think he tried to create a new account without using VPN, but he can't because he get a warning message. Yeah there's should be anything wrong to keep contacting the support, but if he's using a bad words, insulting or threatening the casino, I wouldn't surprised why he get blocked by the casino.

Some casinos have this rule, for not being bad with the customer service, otherwise the casino can do anything to him.

im have problem in bitvest,my account can't login because im loss code 2fa dan my phone damaged,and im has many times call contact support and make ticket but not get solutions and my ticket no respons from bitvest,please help me for solutions and can login and for disable code 2fa,give me for solutions admin bitvest

Sorry to hear, but this thread is no longer monitored by any of the Bitvest admins, so you have to keep trying to contact customer service via submitting ticket, or maybe try your luck on the site's chat if you see any of the operators is active there.
How long ago have you submitted your ticket? From what people said here and from my own test, they seemed to be fairly quick in responding.

And as always, just double check if you've saved the back up code anywhere.

I don't think it is because you made a lot of tickets because it is normal to do act because you dont have any thing to do in desperation as the support aren't responding.

and besides there are tons of casinos now that you can find a better option than this one.

How long does it take to process manual withdrawals? I've had one stuck for 2 days now.
what do you mean by Stuck? have your withdrawal process is still pending? though I already had idea what is happening as it is normal for Bitvest and 777coin to players to experience such since this happens couple of times or more before.

the Hot wallets have drained and not refilled so the withdraws are pending and some waited for more than a week if I remember it right here.

but just like what said above, direct contacting the CS would be better or at least give them time to refill the wallet.
I wonder if he's still got a pending withdrawal from bitvest. If it doesn't move then that means that as you've mentioned, their hot wallet have been drained again and needed to be filled and replenish again manually.

A two days time for withdrawal is already quite long for which other casinos are boasting an almost instant withdrawal. But because they've got loyal gamblers, it seems a typical thing which it shouldn't be.

Englishflavor might give us an update if his withdrawal pushed through or still pending.
that happened many times before and continues being an issue and now the other problem is that player is being denied of recovering his account as he continuously contacting the support.

Are you sure you're account and IP are banned?
Have they banned you before you damaged your phone or after? Are you sure the ticket(s) you created are coming through at all?
How many tickets have you sent to them? Have you been spamming them every few minutes etc?

You could always use VPN, create new account and start a new ticket explaining the situation. It's also worth checking if your phone is repairable (e.g. maybe it only needs a news screen etc).

Either way, they shouldn't be denying customer service to anyone who has money deposited there.

Multi-accounts is really not that prohibited unless if you do make use of these new accounts on abusing a particular bonus or something like this which we do know that it do really violates terms and conditions of a site. Banning up IP is unlikely considering that it would really be that easy to have an access once again on a gambling site or platform on using up a VPN but of course we dont know the reason behind of such blocking whether this guy had committed out some violation or something like that.We've been following and seeing this thread and this is one of the complaints about account blocking and some

Well, personally the support can get annoyed with that but it is not a valid reason for them to stop helping you by just nonstoply addressing the concern you have and they do not have to take it personally.

That is the reason why they are called customer support/service. Because a success customer service will help you resolve the ticket you brought them and it is unsatisfying if they keep on seeing a customer keeps on coming back with a complain.

How can that be a valid thing that they have banned your IP by just sending them tickets that you haven't got helped? Unless all of those are invalid and you already got a resolution from them or you truly made a violation against their TOS.

This issue is still happening from time to time as far as I can see and I think this issue cant be fixed permanently. This is Lightlord's fault he always takes care of the casino and everything alone so whatever happens he is responsible for solving it.
Maybe Lightlord doesn't trust anyone to take part in managing the casino he has built, either because he doesn't want to lose money to pay the team or he really wants big profits as a whole, we all don't know.
But doing so would make it difficult for Lightlord to be able to run the casino business and create a large and reputable casino.
So far he has had cases regarding payments and because of these cases Lightlord lost his reputation and could even bring down the casino he had built. He did say he would finish it but so far there doesn't seem to be any good progress.

But whenever it's already empty, that means that they haven't refilled it yet and it may take time again until it's going to get noticed. But is there someone who gambles here that has got a stuck confirmation aside from deklitt?

The problem might just appear again and again and the cycle will just go on. While this thread seems already abandoned and no rep from them comes by to reply but maybe they're watching it.

I concur, even if a user sends a lot of tickets trying to get their problem solved as quickly as possible this should not be a reason to get your account and IP banned, after all the customer support of all businesses has to deal with angry and displeased customers so it seems silly this is the reason why this happened, so I do not know if there is more to the story or simply the customer support of bitvest is simply too sensitive and they throw those bans with too much ease.

For now it seems difficult for the lightlord to get his good reputation back because he already has bad feedback along with his reputation.
Financial problems are problems that are very difficult to solve and are considered bad, even though there is a solution but when someone has experienced it it will be difficult to gain trust and the lightlord has started this problem in the past.
If you want to build a casino business again, Lightlord needs to start from 0 by changing all business management like the name of the casino and forming several teams that can be relied on and have the ability.

I think these issues with lightlord inactiveness on this thread have been discussed many times and we have already concluded that Bitvest has no representative in this forum and at that, we should not expect any form of response if there are any issues on the casino.

-That is the reason why we always warn players to make sure there is updated information on the activeness of the site before making any deposits.

I thought lightlord has fixed the issue about their hot wallet running out of funds, from what you've said it seems like this has happened multiple times now after he said he'd fix this issue last year.
Him and his team did.

But whenever it's already empty, that means that they haven't refilled it yet and it may take time again until it's going to get noticed. But is there someone who gambles here that has got a stuck confirmation aside from deklitt?

The problem might just appear again and again and the cycle will just go on. While this thread seems already abandoned and no rep from them comes by to reply but maybe they're watching it.

For sure they care about their community they somehow having a good run before and backed with some marketing stints, but now they are totally fading. Maybe they are not earning any good amount of money to pay up people to market them also to fill their hot wallet from time to time. Provably this is one of the reason why they abandon this thread because they lose the interest of the people and they don't want to see constant criticism once errors happening again in their casino.
