Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Agreed. There will never be a shortage of customers in the field. Guys you are right in most cases but not always. Prices in real estate fall under some circumstances which include war, natural disaster etc. I think nowadays Bitcoin is a better way to invest money than buying a house. On the other hand if you want to buy a house to live in it then do it of course because you can't live inside of Bitcoin. ) |

It depends in your bitcoin if you hold more than 50 bitcoins i think you can buy house and lot here in my country.. But if you have only 1 bitcoin i think its better to collect more bitcoins and wait for the price increase to high to make a profit..
Yeah, 50 bitcoins is big enough in some countries and could really afford a small house, might be a studio type enough for a small family...  |

But I don't think OP can buy a house now, If that happens May be it will take hardly 5 years atleast from to change the rate of bitcoins and adaption in Real estate side. |

If only hypothetical situation makes you invest in bitcoin then it isn't a solid or well thought of reason.If my country is going through a war or any other natural calamities then do you think people are going to care about their coins or their wallet's ? majority of them will be lost or be hacked.Real estate might still hold at that time though, cause you are legally registered. |

You should it would be pretty cool if you got that, plus you can buy it with your own. The bank is not involved if you do it like that, that's pretty nice. yeah buy a house just as we invest. because the price of real estate is growing every year. I am also planning to buy a home in the near future. I'm still collecting bitcoin as much as possible It is possible. But then must be the value very high and that is not now. The value now is very low and that is not so good. Maybe you should wait for a price rise. |

I would buy a condominium in a nice place and keep that as my home base. I would use the extra fees for condo fees and the like. I could buy a Google car
when the city is outfitted for Google cars. I am unsure of EXACTLY what I'd buy, but I think a condominium, if I am in a place I like, then it would then be a
wait and buy a Google car.

That is if the bitcoin price is high enough for you to buy a house off it unless you're an owner of an exchange who plan to go rogue then it might not happen for you.

What is a normal coin amount? I think there is not just one answer for that. For you this might be something of 1 to 5 or 1 to 10 coins. For others a normal number of coins is maybe in the hundreds or thousands. My point is this is a pretty subjective matter of opinion. Therefore you should be more specific about that. Let's say you own 10 bitcoins.Buying a average house in a average quarter/area with that amount of coins, being very optimistic, might be possible in 10-20 years. |
