If you are living in a third world country and there you want to buy a house in the village then definitely you can buy a house with only one bitcoin but if you want to buy in city or in a first world country then you will need some high amount of bitcoin to buy that house.
Lol do you think the price for the house is only worth $ 400? if it really exists. of course I'm going to buy 10 houses as well as real estate investments. I think it's wrong. house prices are not as cheap as it dude. even in poor countries house prices will be more than 5 BTC #imo |

Upon our requirements the number of bitcoin needed for a buy will increase. If you feel that the price of bitcoin is quite ok, then go for a house as investing on property seems to be the best of all time. I think house prices will more than 1 BTC with the current rate now. I can not imagine the size of the house for only with $400? may be very small. unless the bitcoin prices up high approximately $5000/BTC of course you can buy a house with only 1 BTC |

If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house?
Ive been thinking if it went into very high figures i could cash out 80-90% of bitcoin and buy a house outright with no mortgage. Is that even a good idea though? - basically 80% of networth in a house hmmm. On the other hand i dont want to have a mortgage and im fed up with renting due to landlords, letting agents and lack of control.
Buying a house is always a good idea. But I'm not sure about buying a house using your bitcoins. I'd buy something else. Haha |

Countries like india, or someplace similar I see this possible. But anywhere in america you need a ton, and convert that to cash consider doing a cash offer. And haggle at the difference in the midwest or somewhere cheaper if you really want to do it. I know it wouldnt be california or newyork though. |

Indeed, its the best investment you can make but I think its gonna be difficult, its the question if the bitcoin first will increase in his price, and the bitcoin need to get a lot bigger. You should need someone that will accept bitcoins for her/his house and I think that is also a problem. |

well its not a hard thing to do to get that much bitcoins, if you can afford to buy a house then you can just trade in your dollars into bitcoins and go buy it with bitcoins, i think there would be trouble with finding the person who wants to sell it for bitcoins besides that in my opinion bitcoin will soon go up enough that most holders will become really rich thus they will have a good possibility to buy such stuff as houses cars and so on |

Yes, buying a house/car/other technical stuff is default for everybody but sometimes people want to go higher and make more money, i think better not to buy. |

If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house?
Ive been thinking if it went into very high figures i could cash out 80-90% of bitcoin and buy a house outright with no mortgage. Why not if you could make so much money with bitcoin so that you could buy a house you should do it. Your house can also go up in price after you bought it so it can be a good investment. |

i have the exact plan with bitcoin, actually i don't have that much but the house i want to buy requires a bit more money that when the bitcoin price goes up i can have the difference because of the increase.
