Just because you're a nice person:

{
  "logDirectory" : "",
  "logLevel" : "INFO",
 ......

Give that a try, let me know!
I can connect to my proxy from cpuminer
my conf cpuminer:
cpuminer_x64_SSE2 -o http://127.0.0.1:8332 -u x -p x
but sgminer -not connected - and from scrypt and from sha256
my conf sgminer:
sgminer.exe -o http://127.0.0.1:8332 -u x -p x
pause
------------------------------
my video R9 290x
use sgminer-5-1-0
What do you recommend miner programm
Thanks!

Are you trying to connect all these algos to the same proxy? I'm doubtful that stratehm has that support built in and will only connect to one algo plus failovers. You may need to run multiple instances.

If memory is not an issue, simply copy-paste a couple more copies of your .bat file, and your .conf file, change names for sha256 and scrypt, and bump them a couple of ports.

stratum cpuminer - 127.0.0.1:8332
stratum sha256 - 127.0.0.1:8333
stratum scrypt -  127.0.0.1:8334

Make sure to change

  "isScrypt" : true

to your scrypt proxy .conf file.

Also, I do believe sgminer will support stratum, try using stratum+tcp://127.0.0.1:3333 with your sgminer as well.

Always hashing for the community. Oh, and dollars.

Got these dropped in my lap last night.   6x R9 280X OC editions.

Time to build another multi-algo rig.  Im just going to source some board and cheap processor/memory;  but make sure that it has at least 6 PCIE ports on it.  Ill have to build a custom enclosure and also use socket extensions;  but that's no worry.  all 6 are the exact same card.

Does someone have a normalization values already for this card?   (save me some time Wink  I'm wondering if just leaving pool default would suffice for this card.....

And does someone have any recommendation of the best version of software for this slightly old card?

280x OC are hard to come by used -- if you have anymore... drop me a PM  Grin

The BBT videos are awesome - be sure to see their latest open cage rig designs too.

Hahahahahaha =)    Yeah;  They are pretty nice cards for sure;  He couldn't just replace them and toss em.   Im interested as well;  That much hash would be a nice thing to have.  It would give me incentive to build a 3V battery arrays out of commonly available cells.   Doesn't take much work to make a few nice 4Kw batteries to be charged with a solar array.  It would be a truly off-grid mining setup at that point cause it would be a wifi signal to a cellular link! lol.

I hope I can get some good efficiency with a generator and vapor feed system.  If I can get down to 1 gallon a day making a steady 13Kw;  I think Ill be a happy camper.  I can dream right?  So far my crude tests show promise.

If you can get AC feed steady and clean, you can power a 1000w PSU just nice for a 5 x card rig. Put a simple windmill too for good measure.

try not setting a diff and see where stratum levels you off.... that's normally a good place to start.

It seems recently hes been trimming the acceptable limits of shares per second.   Ive been having to up the numbers on my miners recently due to rejects (I assume too many lower shares).

On the wallet page:
How hard would it be to add a dot on the graphs for each algo to show when a coin was found by your rig?

If the share submissions are too high, the stratum server will force the difficulty up even if a manual difficulty is specified. It shouldn't cause rejects in itself. The rejects on the web page I wouldn't pay too much attention to at the moment, it seems to report some very high figures that do not correspond with my miners.

Do not allow demand to exceed capacity. Do not allow mempools to forget transactions. Relay all transactions. Eventually confirm all transactions.

Same here. 98% reject according to the site but my miners read about under 2% reject rate. Something not right there.

stratum hasn't ever changed the difficulty on my manually set machines.

on neoscrypt;  I had a forced 16;  and now;  with no diff;  within 20 seconds of shares, it kicks me to 32.   So;  I am sure it wasn't changing my manual diff setting at all.

The reject spikes on the graphs really drown out my hash rate stats on most algos.

highlighted a typo...

Easiest way to calc profitability is:
multiply algo by hashrate, then convert from mBTC to BTC.
