Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

whats the best optimal difficulty level for S7 to mine SHA256 in zpool?

currently I have the following:

password = c=BTC,SHA256,d=22000

If I provided you good and useful info or just a smile to your day, consider sending me merit points to further validate this Bitcointalk account ~ useful for future account recovery...

Put diff as low as ~16000 if you are on a real fast internet connection. If your hashrate reports are kinda all over the place, lower your hashrate towards this.  The slower it goes; work down to ~9000 or less depending on how fast the coins and your network is.

16000 should be fine though.

the pool can only payout in coins that are mined, hence eth payout aren't possible.
the only exchanged coin is BTC.

something is wrong, at least in the output:

   Unitus (x11)   60.501 UIS   338.15   511 350   5 mins   4.4 gh/s   0.0003

there are 4.6 gh/s total for x11... and why mine such low profit coin and with as much hashrate? is it fake?

EDIT: I see it's merge-mined, that makes sense ;-)

An update for my small mining account;

Typically I would see 0.0085-0.010/day in my 24 hour earnings.

Since switching to decred only:  0.01311340

So Im content for sure.

I will comment that I swapped 1.6Mh of scrypt mining for 420Gh of SHA256;  but other than that the profitability is right where I expected it to be.

Still very impressed with zpool.  As far as SHA256 goes;  its been staying just the right size to keep profitability on the higher side when it comes to pool luck.  When we get over 100Th;  profitability doesn't seem as good.

Im having a problem connecting to my btc username with my x11, x15 and scrypt miners.  my sgminer for x11 and x15, on both instances, says, waiting for pools and after a while, "no servers could be found to get work from".  here is my config for the x11 miner:

{
"pools" : [
   {
      "url" : "stratum+tcp://mine.zpool.ca:3533",
      "user" : "1N4euqDASdAG5z1QWfv3BtfgNp3z3u6Rfo",
      "pass" : "c=BTC,x11"
   }
]

and my conf for the x15 miner:

{
"pools" : [
   {
      "url" : "stratum+tcp://mine.zpool.ca:3733",
      "user" : "1N4euqDASdAG5z1QWfv3BtfgNp3z3u6Rfo",
      "pass" : "c=BTC,x15"
   },
   {
      "url" : "stratum+tcp://x15.eu.nicehash.com:3339",
      "user" : "14vZ4DHDzhttzKyNAmLzpRq6VLmCGb16vX",
      "pass" : "password"
   },

suggested edit off hand in bold.   Secondly;  if they are both running on the same hardware (algo switching) you need to put c=BTC,x11,X15 respectively.

I have tried that, but now my gridseed blade and zeus blizzards wont connect on the scrypt port either, and they were working just fine a few days ago.  I'm completely at a loss.

also, on the x11 and x15 algorithms, when I tell sgminer to switch over to nicehash, it works flawlessly, as do my blizzards and gridseed using bfgminer.  I'm not sure what's wrong; I have been using the correct ports, so i dont think its that.

I'm glad you caught that one yourself.

However, there does seem to be an issue with coin selection. On several ocasions I have seen sigbnificantly
lower profitability coins getting more hash than higher profitability coins. It would make sense hi the hiprof coin
was small and can't handle a spike hash spike but I have seen  it when the high prof coin is the biggest coin
in the pool. In such cases it should get all the hash, shouldn't it?

A specific extreme example occurred a couple of days ago with quark. DNET, the biggest coin in the pool
was paying twice what SAK was paying but SAK was getting more hash. That shouldn't happen. In fact all
coins in the pool were getting a lot of hash. DNET's share was less than 50% of the hash even though it
represents about 70% of the pool's value.

BTW at the same time the other yaamp clone was 100% DNET.

 you can do decent DCR mining right here on zpool with that card.

I suggest DCR to start;  but look at the code I have inserted below.  you can use this to taylor it to your needs for the versions of the mining apps you have:
Notice I downloaded different versions of ccminer for each algo that works best...
Code:
:start
ccminer50.exe -r 0 -a x13 -i 17.5 -o stratum+tcp://mine.zpool.ca:3633 -u 1PHSDYvVp6HpqtuUPocK41DrdeHbbezaeP -p c=BTC,d=0.004,x11=8.2,x13=6.8,qubit=12.5,x15=5.6,lyra2v2=9.6,neoscrypt=0.5,decred=1.7

No prob.

If you are running a lot of GH/sec on decred;  try upping the diff a little;  see if it wants to stay connected at that point.

I havent had any issues the past few days at all;  only a few SHA256 disconnects.

That miner hashes ~2.2gh so 8 should be good haven't had an issue till today, right now i have one antminer saying its alive and the other saying its dead, I have a fallover pool set on my 2.4th antminer but it just ran all day without hashing and i couldn't even ssh into it had to do a cold reboot to get it back up, i can get it to work on this pool, I have tried various diff setting all to no avail, I guess this pool is not in the cards for the ants, but i will keep trying to get all my gpu's back on.

As JK mentioned, if you have many rigs or cards, you should set a higher diff level or just leave it blank for zpool to manage.
I occasionally run DCR on my ETH rig ( 5 x R9-390) without the d=, and it can go very high, pushing nearly 10gh/s.

I cant connect any of my miners still so, I'm going to point my hash to another pool for now, its very strange that its just this pool, maybe my isp

 i have rebooted everything.
