the price at this point is relatively stable, that's right. but it won't stay like this for too long. the market is waiting for a large buyer to start lifting the market up to over $700. after that, the price will advance even further. we just need to have a bit more patience.

At the moment, there is no ban of the bitcoin in many countries. So it is legal for the people to use bitcoin.

I think the government cannot ban bitcoins because if they can we should not be here and witnessing how bitcoin has reach its success already. In the future when the adoption is enough already, the government will be force to also adopt and would probably legalize the use of bitcoins and when that time happens I think we cannot make profit here in investing as the price will likely to be stable that time.

And because bitcoin is globally used, even for a country that bitcoin is ban, there are lots of options on how can a user of that banned country can able to convert their bitcoin into fiat.

There are people here in the community where bitcoin is banned in their country but still doing some bitcoin earning method since like I said there is always a way to convert their bitcoin into fiat.

I agree, there will probably always be a way to convert BTC into fiat currency, although you may lose a lot to fees since you will need to go through several steps of conversion. 
I would say be on the lookout for news stories that demonize Bitcoin. If you start to see a lot of stories about how people use BTC to buy drugs, weapons, pornography, etc
this is a telltale sign that powerful people don't want the masses using cryptocurrencies, and are trying to scare us by associating it with things that are illegal.

Saying sure would mean that it would really happen, although we believe that it will happen in the future but we should reserved some doubts as their is no sure investment in this world.
