I guess I need to be more specific, when will it be like before where everything was automatic and we didn't have post on here and email anyone about our orders?

So any new payments aren't instant anymore like it was before?

We always aim to make payments as rapid as possible but do at times experience technical problems which can cause delays - should this effect you then get in touch and we will always rectify the issue.

No, everything is still the same and everything is instant.

You see 1-2 orders a day that fail here, however we process over 250 orders every day.

hi i did not save my order id number and i have not received my funds in my btw-e account i did a money gram trough Walmart and had the funds sent to by btc-e account and received a email from zipzap saying that the payment was successful however 6 hrs later i still have no funds i have sent an email to your support but no reply yet i am just looking for some help with what is happing with my funds.

Hi Yankee, I recently purchased bitcoins through Bitinstant and requested that they be send via email to me. I have a tormail email account that they are supposed to be sent to but have not recieved them. Not sure what's up and I don't know where to find my OrderID to track the progress. you may want to include something about your newbie policy within the help contents. I had to look at another online help forum so I would know why I couldnt reply to a post. It may be in there already, as I didnt look very hard but at the same time it wasnt too clear to find right off the bat!

How i can uninstall bitminter. i cannot fint the uninstaller? please make a guide for this. Why you have guide only how to install bitminter, i want to remove from my machine, another way i will reinstall al my OS it is take me 40 min. If you are correct you will make a guide for how to uniinstall bitminter. Thx in advance.

I put in an order Wednesday, emailed tech support on Thursday, and have heard nothing. Is anyone else having issues? I understand sometimes things take a while, but this is the first time it has taken more than 24 hrs, and the first time tech support has not responded at all.

still waiting on this - i had sent my order id through the usual channels before yankee responded to this thread so if they looked it might have been corrected within 2 hours after the failure... now i really want my fee refunded
