And furthermore:
Well it's been almost 3 months now since my issue with Bitinstant began. At the time bitcoins were going for $10. They are now $17+. I'm wondering if Bitinstant is waiting for my money to be totally worthless as bitcoins to do anything whatsoever. I mean, they don't even reply to my emails anymore, much less email me to reassure me that they're still working on the issue. Nice way to do business!!!

Hi charlie I still have not recieved my btc. Can u please check what is going on my order number is on page 29 and I paid for my coins on friday. Am I going to be credited for the btc value increse from friday?
I have been ripped off as well for $150 did the moneygaram friday and still no coins. Emailed customer support 5 times no response. Tried live chat no one there. Tried to call no awnser. Was told yeasterday on the forums that my order was processing but still no coin today or response to posts. Thus really sux I guess im out 150.

Hey, woops sorry! Ill look now and of course give you the correct amount.

No one robbed you. Not sure why you wrote 'as well' when there is no one else here who was robbed.

EDIT:

order # 9913553f-0255-4cda-adf2-ef28979fc8d0

amount $150 money gram friday still have recipt

That Order does not show up in my system, do you have a ZipZap Account # from your confirmation slip?

Bitinstant has now claimed to have sent my coins twice, and twice they've been lieing. This is utter bullshit.

BITINSTANT HAS STOLEN 500USD FROM ME. BEWARE!!!

This transaction is exponentially more time intensive than advertised. Support takes more than 24hrs to make a single reply. I still have not received a single reply, or call back, through the main support channels of Bitinstant.

Fuck this. I've rarely been so disrespected by a "legitimate" company.

Jeez sorry to hear that

He is lying and a scammer. Poster keeps flaming our threads but never posts an actual order where we robbed him.

36ac96a4-b9c7-468c-b8b7-eff25accb92d

Placed two orders yesterday:
one for $503.95 and another for $103.95.
I had placed the order for $103.95 first. Only the $503.95 order has been sent. The above order has not. I placed this order at 12:30 pm est on 1/21/2013.
This is not shown on the block chain. I contacted Rachel yesterday about this and was assured I would have my coins today. Well here we are and still no coins. I did not send a duplicate amount so what gives. 24 hours later and still no coins. It seems everytime I send more than one deposit now there is always an issue. Please process this for me as I have waited long enough.

EDIT:
Looks like my coins are finally on the way.
Thanks

Any idea what the issue was? I did not send duplicate amounts....

Cool, I might use this service.

Thanks!!

Hi Yankee.  Any chance I can get some help with the above order?  I had this same problem about a week ago and you cleared it right up for me.

Thanks.

Yankee,

About the order above.  You said there was a problem with the Coinapult e-mail bouncing back and to PM you my btc address and you'd send the coins there.  I PMed you the address a couple days ago, but nothing's been sent to my wallet yet.  I'll send another PM with the address in case I messed that up somehow.  Can you let me know the status of this?  Thanks.

I'm trying to transfer $499 from my Dwolla to my MtGox account, but it seems to be stuck.

The money already left my Dwolla account but it's not showing up at MtGox.

Actually Charlie is lying.

It looks like my payment HAS processed though. Finally.

I'm glad that I wasn't robbed for my coins.

I think Bitinstant support is a joke, but the companies integrity is mostly intact through this transaction.

I wish any other buyers the best of luck and encourage you not to get too discouraged as you wait through the excessive delays.

Which payment dude? You keep saying you have an order and were robbed. I asked you 15 times for your Order info and you did not give it to me.

You PM'd me saying you will send me an email, well where is it?

How are we a joke? You don't even have an order with us, you just spammed this thread 10 times.

Unless you produce an Order ID or have an issue, please go away.

Hello, I'm having an issue with a transfer from Dwolla - order status says "Dwolla failed verification - unable to locate". The money is gone from my Dwolla account, but hasn't shown up at the destination.

The order ID is 45c200f2-972d-4426-9df3-8496a8d1b301

Its pretty damn clear how your customer support is a joke. You guys never even responded via livechat, support@bitinstant, or the emergency phoneline. I had to signup for this forum to get any recognition and even then it was 24hrs per reply.

You have no reason to assume I'm spamming. Thats a shitty defensive mechanism and you need to stop. This was not an isolated incident and you fucking know it.

Do you want continue this conversation and explore the REAL REASON it took 5 days to send my coins?

Still have not received bitcoin. I do not understand why this is taking so long. What is the issue? This is going on three days now. If a manual override is what is required for me to receive what I paid for then please do this so that I may be done with this issue.

Hello,

I had sent an order through frm Dwolla, quote: 3bb37ec0-101d-412f-aa92-a3a5796373f1.  It says failed verification too often - giving up.

I had verified all my info with Dwolla, license, etc.. Is there anything more I can do to resolve this? Every transaction I have had to post here because it failed verification.

I really like using Bitinstant, it's simple and works well. You guys have been excellent getting the money to where I need it but I don't want to have to bother you everytime I process a transaction. Again, everytime I have asked for help it's done quickly - I have no complaints otherwise.   Grin

Hello,

I contacted BitInstant customer service 2 weeks ago in regards to Order ID: fe4ad4a8-f455-4d83-8147-6a55f08c1f7a

I contacted them because I had not received the full amount quoted to my PayPal.

Rachel contacted VirWox, VirWox said they didn't receive the full amount.

The next day I used BitInstant again and again the full amount did not arrive in my PayPal, so i wrote customer service again - Ticket #QWT-TTLYG-224

24 hours passed, no answer. I wrote again asking if BI was just going to ignore these two incidents. Rachel responded with:

Code:
"We're not ignoring you. I had forwarded your order information over to both my CEO and technical support to look into the issue.
'll contact you as soon as I hear back from them. Thanks for your patience".

Wait 4 days, no response. I write customer service again:

Code:
"Still waiting on ANY kind of status update as to what went wrong, if/when I can expect the rest of my money, anything...

I am not using BitInstant again until both of these cases are resolved and if I don't hear back from you soon,
I will share my stories about BitInstant at bitcointalk.org because I have now used BitInstant three different times
and all three times I have had an issue.

Your service is far too costly to consider this acceptable".

Wait 3 days, no response. I write again:

Code:
"It's now been a week since my last contact from you. Please respond".

Wait 4 more days and we have now reached the present.

Can someone please tell me WTF is going on with my money...?
