My transactions are always 2000, 2500 or 3000 never less.

Here are the last few:

2013/03/18
18:38:22
deposit      $2,940.30000   $2,967.64272
Transfer from bitinstant: BitInstant transfer
2013/02/28
14:15:32
deposit      $2,450.25000   $2,459.81636
Transfer from bitinstant: BitInstant transfer
2013/02/08
14:15:59
deposit      $1,960.20000   $3,001.75816

Those are all violations, Im investigating why they went thru.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Still nothing in my MtGox account.  You should investigate.

If I ever get this transaction through, I will try one for less than 500 and see if it goes through without having to spend an entire day trying support and posting on this forum.

Hi Yankee,

Hopefully  you or your staff could help out with this one

Quote ID  [removed]

It's been just about 24 hours since the deposit was made.  I'll be sure to update this post once resolved.  Cool

UPDATE:
Issue resolved. On April 5 BitInstant deposited the funds to my BTC-e account.  It took them 8 days.

Charlie,
I have had a stuck order since yesterday and have contacted you via support@bitinstant.com, charlie@bitinstant.com, and via PM on this site. I would appreciate a reply, (even an automated one) to maintain faith in your service.

Thanks,
Ian

[RESOLVED] 4/2/2013 - 1:30AM -  It took four days and several attempts with support, but I received my BTC.  Unfortunately at a rate about $20 more expensive than the day ordered. Sad

While waiting for processing.... (20 hours now).  I went to the site to see if I could catch a glimpse of the TOS that I violated.  It says 'by continuing, you agree to the Terms of Service..."   but there is not link TO the terms of service - clicked every link on the site and can't find them anywhere. There used to be a check box I had to click, but that's gone now.

Does anyone have a copy of them?

I just read the TOS and it says $1000 not $500. So which is it? $1000 or $500?

Haven't checked this thread in a while...holy crap! People are STILL trying to order through bitinstant? Folks there are plenty of other anonymous options out there...ziggap, cryptocurrent, blue sky traders and others. I sincerely hope that bitinstant gets their act together because they were once awesome...now not so much. If people stop ordering from them maybe they can focus on resolving their undoubtedly high backlog of support tickets and get back on their game. In this case it's buyer beware!

I tried to make a transfer through Dwolla and I got denied (don't know why..). I sent an email to support@bitinstant, but it's been 24 hours with no response. I'd like to get this settled before the weekend and I'm sure the bitinstant support team doesn't want to deal with it over the weekend either.

Yeah, mine is going on 24 hours shortly.  Yankee (Charlie) took my order number by email AGAIN and asked me to confirm - done - now no word.  Thanks for the list of options.  I thought that most of those need to eventually go through Bitinstant anyway.  If not, which is the most direct route?

Hey,

Again, Im sorry for this issue.

This is very simple, you broke our limits. Its right there on our homepage and in TOS which you can read.

I'm not punishing you for it, we are simply investigating to make sure its not fraud (why we have the limits), and we will process it.

So please, chill out, and give us the respect we give you. Further, our support team does not appreciate that your flaming us here when we are trying to fix an issue.

You've sent me 3 emails and many PM's and posts. How do you expect me to work and respond to every single message you sent me?

Still, I responded to every single one. Not all of us can sit on the forums all day like you.

Let us do our work please

Charlie

Hey,

Yes, people are still buying from us and getting orders filled.

Do you have an issue? If not, why did you come? This is a support thread.

These issues represent less then 0.1% of all our orders, this is a thread I created for the purpose of resolving orders which we do.

There's unresolved issues on the previous pages, wouldn't count on it being resolved immediately.

Which ones? Just because customers dont come back to post 'Resolved' does not mean they are unresolved.

If you have an unresolved issue, tell me, and I will resolve it. If not, don't make things up please

A follow up to my previous post:

I don't have my quote ID any more (laptop battery died). I imagine this will make things difficult; what information do I need to send to whom in order to make this as easy as possible for Bitinstant?

Just kidding, I found it. Quote ID: aa8fa2ad-6cd5-4df0-9c3c-855d37717610

Its delayed due to the same issue as I wrote above.

MtGox's API is failing and not allowing us to process the order, as soon as it works, it wil process!

I'm assuming your answer will be no, but I figure it can't hurt to ask: would it be possible to either redirect my transfer to my bitstamp account or refund the transfer to Dwolla so that I can start a new transfer to bitstamp? I'm just worried that the problem with MtGox won't be resolved by the weekend, which would be less than ideal.

Thank you for the reply, I think you're doing a great job at solving problems that aren't even yours to solve (it's MtGox's issue as far as I can see).

Yankee, You know the rules better than the customers. You should add sufficient checks on your page to avoid unintended offence of your rules. Also, please perform all the necessary checks BEFORE taking customer's money. You are doing the other way round. Take the money first, and check errors later. Any error occurs, no matter whose fault, you have customers money stuck in your system. We are offering you free loans if they don't turn out to be donations!

I'm not sure when my two order issues are gonna be resolved. Order ids here,
b4b9d586-63d6-42af-aee1-4cf342853041
471aeba3-8b09-4437-8bf4-17558d836147
Both have money stuck in your system and both stuck for unknown reasons. Before having these issues resolved, I won't use your system any more and I'll keep warning people about your system.

My transactions are always 2000, 2500 or 3000 never less.

3a9419a2-9c02-41a8-b3d9-37a900fe4cb6

ac18e731-6bff-4277-8199-c8d73d06468d (This is the one I'm thinking didn't show up at Mt.Gox)

Thanks

P.S. I had a couple friends have 100% success at the same time my transactions took place so it appears to be random. Hopefully it gets fixed, we love the convenience!

Hey!

This is exactly my point. We do our best to resolve everything, but its very difficult. I asked you to find me orders unresolved, not to prove a point, but to actually resolve them!

Ok here goes:

QuoteID   ac18e731-6bff-4277-8199-c8d73d06468d

For that last one, we emailed you a MtGox code (not sure why), if you did not redeem it then it either cancelled or our account did.

Confirm with me you did not, and Ill do a manual transfer into your account.

Yes I talked to support yesterday and they told me  I didn't provide a valid account # so the system gave me a mtgox code (I did provide a valid account # though and used the same account # for 2 other orders paid at the same time that went through fine) and to redeem that code but when I tried mtgox said it was either a nonexistent code or had already been used. It seems the same thing that happened to the guy right above me happened to me. I had 3 orders 2 went through fine and the 3rd gave me a mtgox code that doesn't work....

if it helps

the other 2 orders were

538ee4e7-58a3-4e75-abf2-9d5d6ff160fa
